Just like being at home

Very nice place right by a small lake, stayed and played RTJ over the weekend this place was perfect for our group!

The lake view is very nice. The pool table and sticks are better than any we have run into before. It was nice they had some basics in fridge that a traveler might only need a touch of. Some Tv stations are blacked out so record your favorites at home. The house is about a mile from Grand National Golf Course which is a great place to play.

The property was wonderful. Very spacious inside, pond and natural setting made for a great time for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked for family cooking.

We enjoyed our stay

This is everything we thought and then some!! It's sitting on a beautiful lake, surrounded by trees. It slept 7 adults with room to spare, with 5 bedrooms and several couches. Nice pool table, big kitchen, and plenty of large TVs and places to sit for ballgames, or eating. It also has a gas grille and very nice deck area!! Over all, we were very pleased!!

Great house in a great location for golf at Grand National or for an Auburn game. We had seven people and had more than enough space and the house was more than expected. Great trip!

Friends and I had a great time. House is wonderful and quiet and extremely close to the courses.

The home was beautiful and exactly what we needed for 8 women. The property is also very pretty and the location was perfect.

It was very nice to have a place for the family to come together for a wedding in the area and everyone have a place to come to and feel comfortable.

7 friends and I stayed here for a golf trip. The house seemed bigger than the pictures and nicer. Not that it doesnt look good in the pics but I think they dont do the place justice. Everything was amazing and clean.

Our team was in the area for nearly 2 months and this home could not have been better. The attention to detail is like a 5 star hotel. Very comfortable beds, kitchens equipped with anything you could possibly need and in excellent condition, AC that worked perfectly, showers with good water pressure. Location is almost unbeatable. Very close to town, but also secluded enough to guarantee a peaceful stay. The owners are very nice and kept in contact once in a while to make sure everything was to our liking, I would recommend this property to anyone, you won't be disappointed! We have certainly enjoyed our stay with Scott and Janice.

Everything was perfect! The owners were fantastic and responded quickly to all communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience to spend Christmas with family and friends! Gorgeous home and location!

We enjoyed our family get away at this large home. It was able to accommodate our family with plenty of room for everyone. The large tvs helped us enjoy the bowl games and the proximity to the Robert Trent Jones golf course was nice.

Great house with plenty of room for the entire family!

We stayed at this beautiful home for the Auburn home opener. It was the perfect place for our group (4 couples, 2 teenagers). The home is conveniently located approx. 10 minutes from campus, and was private, clean, and comfortable. We'll definitely be back again!

The property worked for us

Wonderful trip and a perfect location for Grand National.... The place is very roomy... great views of the lake and incredible deck space and entertainment areas... great privacy and clean bathrooms... unfortunately, we had 1 issue with an upstairs bedroom that had so many flies we couldn't use it. luckily one of our guests didn't mind sleeping on the couch.

We had a great time. Great place and set up. Fishing was fun but use worms to get the best bites!!

We stayed in this lovely home for graduation. It was very accommodating for our extended family. The deck on the main floor was a wonderful place for our meals and the living room was a nice size for our group. We would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect house for our trip. Easy access to the golf course, food nearby, and enough comfort and entertainment on-site for when weather prevented golf. Check-in/out and communication with the hosts was effortless and pleasant.

We had a great time and the house was perfect! Wished we could have enjoyed all the amenities but was rushing around doing wedding things. We will definitely look this house up again if the need rises. Janice is amazing and very accommodating!

Great house, was there with family for a wedding weekend. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Pool table game room came in handy when we had down time on Saturday before wedding. My family would stay there again if there is another get together.

The house is in a wonderful location and we had a great time however we would not book this one again. There is plenty of space and its nicely appointed but its incomplete, dirty and unsafe in many aspects. There were LOTS of cockroaches in the kitchen and basement areas. The bathrooms had old almost finished soap bars, used razors and other personal items in them. The entire house is filled with personal items in closets, drawers and the walls are covered in family pics which makes it feel a bit creepy. Its almost as if the family bugged out suddenly. The gym is well equipped but there are floor to ceiling mirrors just leaning on the walls. This is incredibly dangerous as one tap from a weight or bump from a foot could result in a major injury. The outside porch has no railings on the bottom level (about 5 foot above ground) and an unmarked step down where three of our party tripped and one sprained an ankle. There is also no lighting on the porch where this step is making it particularly dangerous at night. The dog area outside has a hole in the fence by the corner of the house so we couldn't leave the dogs there as advertised. The "dog room" is full of construction equipment and debris and is unuseable. There are incomplete door frames (not trimmed out) in the basement area. The garage is cluttered and also has steps with no rail system. This house is basically a lawsuit waiting to happen. I would discourage anyone with small children from staying here. We asked the landlord to consider a refund they didn't respond. They did wish our daughter who sprained her ankle well and said they had insurance if we had any medical claims. I have stayed in many online rental properties in about 10 states and internationally and this property was the most unprepared I have stayed in. Again, nice home, nice location but in my opinion, it needs work before it could be a safe rental. We had a good time but would have booked another home if the true condition was revealed in the listing.

Great property...perfect for our 4 couples. We would definitely come back...maybe for a football game next time!
