We really enjoyed our stay!

PROS: historic charm, comfortable enough, everythingvyou need, a few nearby restaurants, cafes, walkable location CONS: expensive, parking at house extremely limited, spiral staircase challenging, 20-30 minute walk to where you want to be, realistically accommodates 4-5.

Great property, and great house. Will definitely book this house again.

Smooth check in. Nice space. Good pillows. With steep stairs It’s definitely not handicap friendly or for people with mobility challenges but it was perfect for our girls trip.

Well maintained, and equipped. Only negative is the 3-levels of stairs. Emails to Duvet the property manager, would not go through. But they answered phone quickly and effeciently.

The location was a short walk to local restaurants and attractions. The driveway is a bit tight so be aware. The overall stay was great and so was the property.

Everything about this place is 5 stars from the architecture to the location. The living room is immaculate and leaves you feeling like you are relaxing in a time long passed. The master bedroom is so cozy and the bathroom shower and whirlpool is everything!!! The location is quick and easy to get to everything Charleston is. We stayed here for our wedding and it definitely added to the enchantment of the Holy City. Will definitely be looking at staying here again in the future and especially with stay duvet. Look for their listings as they are absolutely the best!

The home was beautiful, comfortable, and probably one of the cleanest properties I've ever stayed in. It was close to the DASH bus (free) and had wonderful options for dining within steps of the home. The kitchen was amazing and it was nice to be able to cook a little rather than eat out every meal. Overall it was spectacular, with just a couple of things to note: 1)Many reviews mentioned the tight parking. It is doable, but you have to be cautious. We were in a Subaru Ascent (large vehicle) and did just fine...once we took note of the guard poles and steps that are positioned in the alley and the parking space. Just had to go slow and use multiple-point turns. 2) The steps were also part of reviews we read. We had a 76-year-old in our party, and again, it was doable, but we had to go slow. Someone with mobility problems might really find this a challenge. There are a lot of them - including steps up and down to the bedrooms, bathrooms and sunken living area. Just be aware. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend to others!

Loved every minutes of our stay here. More than perfect for our family of four. Comfortable and accommodating. We especially loved the master bedroom, bathtub, and big shower. Washer and dryer an excellent plus! If we ever return to Charleston, this is where we will stay!

The weather didn’t comply with our stay, but the place was nice. Very vertically oriented property, which was challenging with little ones but we were able to make it work. The heavy rains caused leakage in one of the upstairs bedrooms near the window. Old place but well maintained. In a good location for enjoying King street area

Excellent stay. The parking is extremely tight & the driveway is in need of repair, nothing that would prohibit a future stay but may impact which car you choose to use for your trip

We stayed at the Tully for the weekend to attend our daughter's graduation from CofC. The location was great because it was near the college as well as all of the shopping and restaurants that make Charleston such a fun place to visit. Everything about the house was comfortable and enjoyable. The only caution is the stairs. They are beautiful but somewhat narrow for those of us who are elderly and they're are lots of them.

The photos of the property are accurate...Although they leave out pics of the 3 flights of stairs. The floors were swept but not mopped. If you have an infant, children or elderly this is NOT the property for you. Steps/step downs are everywhere. Parking is terrible unless you have a very small car. The master bedroom suite is awesome but the other two bedrooms are mediocre. Location is good.

We loved our stay here--it was easy to get out and walk around town, then come back to relax/recharge. The beds were quite comfy and the house was nice and clean. We couldn't get the balcony door to open so there weren't any areas to sit outside and relax, but that wasn't;t a big deal. As others have mentioned, the stairs and the parking are not for the faint-hearted, but they weren't an issue for us.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful house in Charleston South Carolina! Our family got together for our sons recognition day celebration at The Citadel Military College and this house was in a perfect location! You won’t regret the stay here!

We really enjoyed staying at this rental! Just a short walk to restaurants on King. The only comment I have is that there are a lot of wooden steps do keep that part in mind if you have anyone in your group in that has difficulty walking or a toddler.

Beautiful home in a great location! We walked/ran downtown everyday. So much to see, shop and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is as described. The home has beautiful architecture and is in a great location. Parking is tricky for SUVs. House was clean and communication with property manager was efficient.

Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures! The multiple floors helps everyone to spread out and the location was perfect for exploring Charleston. Thanks for having us! We all loved it and would recommend staying here!

1ST class comfortable stay. We had a great time being walking distance to so much of the best of Charleston.

The place was too big for just two adults but we loved it! We enjoyed the soaker tub and awesome shower. It’s a beautiful place. King Street has a lot of closed storefronts and restaurants due to Covid so it wasn’t as much of a hot spot as we had hoped. The first night we arrived at 2 am and before we could even park, a homeless woman came up to us begging for money. After that, though, we never had another person lurking around the property. Parking is very tight. We have an SUV and while there was space for it, there’s very little space between the houses so it’s hard to back up and the road is so uneven that you’re afraid to give it too much gas in fear of hitting the porch or house next door. We tried not to leave by car once we got parked. They provide coffee but there’s no creamer or sugar so bring your own if you’d like that. One thing they do have that I didn’t see listed was a washer and dryer and the detergent! That was a pleasant surprise. Beds are pillow top and comfortable. Pillows are typically flat. We always bring our own anyway. Bedding is comfy, towels are nice. It’s really a great place to stay.
