The house is centrally located to whatever you want to do in the area. Clean, well equipped, VERY comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. The little fenced yard is nice for the dog. We enjoyed the hot tub both nights!

The location is amazing. Cute quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house is very comfortable perfect for multiple families or groups of friends. We really enjoyed our stay here, I have absolutely nothing negative to say!

Place was as described. One of the cleanest places we’ve stayed which was nice. The coffee and wine were a nice left as a welcome gift were much appreciated. If I had a group with me, I would stay here again.

Our small adult family loved the Shady, nice sized house for our long weekend. Home has ample sized rooms, and is well appointed, with a well supplied kitchen(coffee maker essential)! Climate control is a sweet feature for the summer too.
We loved the location, and ability to walk to stores, shops, river, and downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and comfy and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was perfect for me and my husband, daughter and son in law and two grandchildren. The garage had more than enough room for two cars which is where we stored them as it is walking distance to a grocery store and to downtown shopping and restaurants. We especially loved the personal welcome note with a bottle of wine and coffee packet. Check in and out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend if you want a cozy place to stay.

We gathered as a family in Bend to celebrate my wife turning 60. We were four adult couples coming from Campbell & San Diego, CA, Portland and Seattle. This property provided us with a great, centrally located home to spend family time together. It was clean and comfortable, and most importantly for us, had four bedrooms each with at least a queen size bed (vs one bedroom with twins or bunks). We loved Bend and the property. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Great. Easy check-in and out, clean, great location near breweries, enough space for 8 adults and 2 kids + a dog. Ample hot water, hot tub was nice. Well stocked except no oven mits/hot pads and no hand mixer (We celebrated an early Christmas and cooked a big dinner.)

Enjoyed the stay in Bend, but frustrated that the property owner disconnected cable before our stay. Did not have too much time to watch TV, but at the end of the day, it would be nice.

Came for a short weekend to run the marathon. Great close place to hang and recover or go about the town. Walking distance to some of our favorite food and drink places.

Overall very nice house
The house itself was very nice with a well stocked kitchen. The over range microwave didn’t work but the owner quickly provided a replacement. The bedrooms were all a nice size. We enjoyed using the garage so that our car was warm from the start.
My main complaint was after booking the home over 6 weeks ago I never received another confirmation email or “welcome to the house” email prior to our arrival. I had to contact the management about how to enter the home. And I was told the email had been sent the day I booked the house 6 weeks ago (which I had forgotten).

Great location
The house is in a great location, easy walk to great food spots, grocery store etc. Luckily we ate out for dinner because there were not a lot of bowls or other things needed to cook a meal for a large group. Overall great experience based on location.

Okay, but…
In a house that can accommodate 8 adults, you expect to have place settings for 8 adults.
You also expect to have enough TP to get you through your stay, not have to implement rationing to make it the duration of the stay.
Also, pay attention to the policy on modifications to your stay, and save any email correspondence. There was zero flexibility offered to me.

Dog, kid and family friendly
It was a great location for families to gather! It was super nice to have beach towels and the half bath right off the kitchen! The school one block from house was a hit for the kids and it is only a short few blocks to a grocery store!

Better than we imagined
The house is just lovely, far better than the pictures convey. The upstairs king suite is huge and absolutely luxurious. The walk in closet was a dream as we had to spread out and organize ski wear. It was a really easy walk to lots of great dining spots and a wonderful market. It was also an easy shot to get out to Mt Bachelor (leave before 8!!). We appreciated all the thoughtful touches in the house.

We loved the neighborhood/location, and it was so nice to be able to walk everywhere around Bend. Being so close to restaurants, downtown Old Town Bend, and Drake Park was definitely a perk! The layout of the house was perfect and very comfortable for our family, and very clean! We would definitely love to stay there again sometime, and will recommend this place to others. Thank you for sharing your home, and enabling us to have such a fun, comfortable, and memorable experience.

in town for family vacation
this house was great, we were 7 people and one dog plenty of room for all, close to everything, great being able to use the garage, hot tub was a wonderful addition, grocery store in walking distance even in the snow. the only request would be to have a couple large saute pans and pots for cooking for eight to ten people. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Bend. thank you for providing our family a great family vacation.

Comfy rooms, reinvigorating hot tub, garage storage for bikes, close proximity to grocery store, coffee shops and good food. Easy bike ride to Deschuttes National Forest and the myriad of trails there.

Great stay in Bend
We had 2 families, including 4 kids over July 4.
The House was very conveniently located to Drake Park, downtown, local grocery, microbrewery, coffee shops, etc.
Everything in the home was functional, with space and supplies enough for everyone.

Great location, great stay
We had a lovely time staying here. The house had plenty of space, comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and perfect location. Walking/biking distance to food, markets, parks, the river and down town. We had our dog with us and half a block away was a large, grassy, fenced in off leash dog park which was very convenient.
We will definately be returning!
