This is truly a vacation getaway location. Paradise on the water as listing says. My family and I were very impressed with the cleanliness the amenities and the overall experience at this River House. A home away from home. Fun for everyone! I even relaxed long enough to read a book(from the small library at the house). You won’t be disappointed!!!

We stayed at River House for a month and found the location to be very convenient — there are 2 restaurants within a 5-minute walk (We really liked Bayou Bistro) — also it is a short walk into town and the sponge docks The Host was very nice and easy to communicate with — one of the beach chairs broke and the host had a new set there immediately — there are docks out front which made sitting and watching wildlife a regular activity —many birds, dolphins, and especially mullet jumping The home was well appointed with all the pots and pans needed to cook in as well as a nice BBQ gas grill — most nights we ate outside on the patio — the property offers easy access to the Pinellas Trail for biking enthusiasts Tarpon Springs has many fun places to get a fresh brew or a wonderful meal and yet retains an old Florida vibe All in all a great month at River House was had

We stayed the month of February. Fantastic house in a fantastic location! Plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen, grill, bikes, kayaks, very clean, fenced yard for our dog. Each bedroom has own bath. The location can’t be beat! We walked everywhere, church, store, restaurants, Spongedocks, downtown strip, and the bayou to see manatees! The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. Was hoping to stay next year but already booked! Hopefully we’ll be back sometime!

We enjoyed staying at the River House. It's proximatey to Tarpon Spings shopping was great. The house was large and comfortable. The Television had no cable, only streaming. The host responded well to any questions we had. The river frontage is hard to see and enjoy due to all the frontage had docks which were full of boats. Before we left, we asked the host if we could stay again the following year, and he said no, as he had already rented it out.

Clean, comfortable and convenient, as advertised.

My husband and I were so lucky to find this beautiful home to spend our vacation in. We stayed for the month of February and didn’t need to buy a thing but food! All necessities were provided and many extras. The beds were more comfortable than home and the house was spotless! Mornings out back we’re so peaceful and we actually got to see a dolphin who came to visit. Sunsets were amazing! Short walk to the sponge docks and the beautiful bayou, or take a bike ride (two are provided). Shower was heavenly! Our company cancelled but had they come there would have been more than enough room for everyone. Will definitely try to get back sometime next year.

Property was just as described. Very clean (and I’m picky). Host was amazing. We feel like we made a friend! Would not hesitate to recommend this property to others!
