The house had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable and clean, we couldn't ask for more.
Didn't expect to pay extra for charging my hybrid vehicle, so I didn't bother with that. Otherwise perfect.

Had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great shower. Twin beds are a bonus when it’s a group of friends. Owner was lovely.

Spotlessly clean, really comfortable, well equipped kitchen, toiletries included, washing up stuff provided, dishwasher and washing machine all spotless. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom and the en-suite spotless and well fitted out. Parking excellent and the drive for off road parking was large. The garden was lovely in the sunshine with an open decking and a shaded area too. Nice touch with milk and cookies and a bottle of cold water in the fridge. Also tea and coffee supplied and a filter coffee machine. Best holiday home I’ve stayed in. Easy walk to the shops as well as the town centre and the minster. Also the cycle/walking greenway is almost on the doorstep. Lastly it was so quiet and peaceful in that location.
About the only thing that could make this lovely place even better would be a downstairs loo, but that’s not a dislike.

Great home from home experience. Becky was super help, with little bits and pieces. Would strongly recommend to friends and we will use the accommodation again.

This is a beautifully appointed holiday home, the photos of the exterior don't do it justice. The decor is tasteful and of excellent quality, sparkling clean. The terrace catches the evening sun in time for cocktails, the kitchen has all the appliances you would need. The hostess was very friendly and helpful.
The bedrooms and lovely main bathroom are ample sized, but the smallish lounge and dining area may become a bit crowded if you are 8 for a longer stay. We were just 5 for 2 nights and very comfortable.

The house was extremely clean and mostly very comfortable. The owner introduced herself and was welcoming and friendly. It contained everything we needed for our stay and was in an excellent location for our needs.

We slept on the top floor. The bed was a little bit wobbly and creaked a lot. Also the hinges on the concertina door to the bathroom would benefit from being oiled as it made for a very noisy visit to the loo in the middle of the night.

Incredibly clean, with everything you need. Comfy sofas and bedrooms. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, milk left in fridge ready. Loved the “splash” eco toiletries and detergents. A really comfortable place to stay- a real “home from home”.

Stay away a lot for work, normally stay in hotels but Cedar Place was exceptional, really clean, comfortable beds and able to cook for ourselves
Couldn't fault anything, everything was perfect, even able to park our van right outside the door for peace of mind, garden area was great to sit out and chill.

Everything really well equipped and lovely little touches like leaving us milk and biscuits. The beds were the most comfy ever and it really was like home to home.
