Lovely apartment in nice neighbourhood

We were in town for a family reunion - rented both units. Fantastic location. And off-street parking - which is super important in SD. Both units we clean and matched the online description. Our whole party loved it. One night, we had dinner for 28 and there were plenty of seats and dishes. Would definitely recommend.

Dana and Becky were so easy to work with. Tremendous views. 2 condos 7 bedrooms. Tons of room. Easy walking. Nice basket of goodies left for us. Try enjoyable stay.

Fantastic penthouse on the southend of Mission Beach right near the volleyball and basketball courts and all the best surf. The beach is incredible and the location is about a half mile down from where the high traffic area so it doesn't feel like everyone is on top of you. Dana and team were super communicative all throughout and came by within the hour to help us get the modem reset for internet. We had 19 people (five families) staying in both units and it easily accommodated us. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a spacious unit with amazing views. It is also fully equipped with everything you would have at home. They also have two Weber BBQ's so we grilled out almost every night!

We stayed in this property for a week with a relatively large group. The communications were clear and thoughtful, the amenities were great, and the location was top-notch. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this pair of condos for anyone with a large group of people looking for a place to stay on Mission Beach.

The views from all rooms of this penthouse are just amazing. We had family members with limited mobility and this place is perfect and inclusive. No one misses out. Everyone can be together and watch the word go by. The elevator makes it completely accessible. The views makes it completely unforgettable. Comfortable furnishings. Clean. Fully stocked kitchen. No scrimping on trash bags or toilet paper which is sometimes frustrating. Just wonderful. I really can’t say enough good things.

We found a bunch of hair on the sheets in one of the master bedrooms, the kitchen cabinets were not clean, neither were the mirrors behind the door. When we had an issues with the electrical, it was solved immediately. Overall we had a great time - thank you!

This is one of the best rentals I've stayed at. Very clean and well maintained. Communication with property managers was quick and efficient. They were very flexible as well. I will recommend this penthouse to any family/friends who need a place to stay in San Diego.

Felt spoiled to have our pick of the oceanside or the bayside at any given moment! So fun for all of us to watch the boat and air traffic from our perch in the penthouses when taking a break from being out in the sun. Welcoming and very responsive staff - very impressed with staff's proactive welcome & departure calls, very speedy response times when little questions came up, and requests for any feedback. Also appreciated the accessibility of the place for a guest with a walker. Beds varied a touch in comfort upon survey of guests in different rooms and word is they are getting new sheets for a better fit. Sauna directions need an update and we missed out on enjoying this due to waiting until the last night to try it. Love the easy access to relatively quiet parts of both the bay and the beach! Would stay here again with a large group of various ages in a heartbeat!

Our family has nine adults and seven teenagers. Everyone was thrilled! We rented boats jet skis played volleyball on the beach swam in the ocean had a perfect blast. Plenty of room for fun!!! Beds were so comfortable

The properties are very clean, well-stocked, sanitized, and all pieces of furniture are very sturdy and high quality. Everything that you can ask for was provided in abundance. There are barbecue grills even, tables and high chairs by the entrance, comfortable rocking chairs , steam baths/sauna, jacuzzi/whirlpool bath tubs. The beach is very, very close to the properties. The owners check-in on us and responded in less than 3 minutes whenever we called or texted with information we required. Kitchen is loaded with everything you can possibly need and more. The washer/dryers in both parties worked well. Toiletries and laundry/dishwasher detergents, trash cans, even ziplocks were well-stocked for your convenience. Thank you, Dana and Becky, for thinking of everything. I have already recommended your property to our friends and relatives.

This place has amazing views of the San Diego river and the Pacific Ocean. We loved watching the canoes, boats and paddle boarders go by. We also loved watching the dogs play at the Dog Beach. This is also walking distance to the beach, Belmont Park for shopping, food, coffee, etc. Our family loved the morning walks and we even saw a group of dolphins! This place would have been perfect if it was clean. It needs a good deep cleaning. Despite this, our family made the most of the property and had a wonderful time in San Diego. Thank you.

Great location, plenty to do within walking distance. We rented both suites and had plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

This place is highly recommended! Had such a great experience and was seamless throughout the entire process. Everything was accommodated for from kitchenware to sheets and towels! Glad I found this gem, the views are unreal! Central location to a bunch of stuff with the beach right downstairs. Don't hesitate if your'e on the fence, you wont regret it!

This was the perfect spot for our large group of football fans. From the amazing view to the location to all the amenities the condo provided...it made for a great getaway for our group. Becky and Jenelle were awesome to work with in getting everything set up for our weekend. We will be back.
