We had a fantastic stay at the condo. Very clean, good kitchen, nice space, unbeatable location. Owner very communicative, on point instructions. Pictures as advertised, would 100% stay again.

Perfect location for enjoying Snowmass to the fullest. Access to the mountain, the Mall, the hot tub was so easy that we could maximize our fun time. The only downside was the size of the unit, pretty cramped for four adults, the place can hold six but six adults would be very tight. If you have kids, no issue. Luckily we were not in the unit much so it didnt matter. Overall, great time.

My husband and I and our boys had a wonderful time in this Snowmass condo! It was great to be able to sit in the cozy living room with the fireplace and be able to see the chairlift! The hot tub is only a few steps away from the front door and was a great way to unwind after a day on the mountain! The condo had everything we could ask for and Jack made everything so easy with quick responses to any questions we had! He also left a welcome basket with drinks and snacks which was a nice touch. The access to the slopes was great too!

There's lots of things I loved about this property, but my favorite was its location. A quick walk through a parking lot to Fanny Hill to ski and 10 steps away from the direct bus to Aspen and Buttermilk (to Highlands also, but that requires two buses during the week). We skied all 4 Aspen mountains during the week of our stay and we utilized public transportation, so this condo's location made that super easy. Not to mention a quick walk up to the mall or down to the Village for food, apres ski or shopping. Parking our car in the lot across the street from the condo was simple. There's no ski locker available, but we left our skis in the alcove in front of the condo, and it was fine. The unit has a small washer and dryer, but we mostly utilized the free washer/dryer in the common laundry area (a 1 minute walk from the condo) as it was more efficient for our family of 4. The condo is beautifully decorated and set up for skiers with hooks, benches, and floormats to keep snow off the floor and your gear organized. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want or need in terms of supplies and everything was of great quality. The bathrooms were beautiful and there was plenty of hot water. The second bedroom is on the smaller but was totally fine for our two teenage boys, who are 6 footers, so it would work for anyone. The landlord was responsive to all questions and clearly takes pride in his rental so I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again or to recommend it to friends. Thank you, Jack, for a great stay!!

So you aren’t connected to either, but can walk to both in 5 minutes or less. If you walk to the end of the street, it’s ski in/out. Parking is super convenient right across the street. Also close to the grocery store. TVs in both bedrooms. Kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to cook meals. We would stay here again.

Perfect condo in the heart of Snowmass
We enjoyed our stay. Condo was perfect for a ski trip. Everything was set up for us, the place is updated and comfy. Easy access to slopes and all the restaurants.

Great location!
Loved staying here. It was a great location to get to village, skiing, and to go to the Snowmass mall. Condo had everything we needed! Hot tub was beautiful, and we loved the fact that we could use the hotel amenities at Stonebridge next door. Thank you and we will see you again!

Wonderful ski in / ski out on the slopes of Snowmass!
We had a great time in Snowmass in this awesome condo. It is on the ground floor and the location is incredible. It's right off the slopes halfway between Snowmass Mall and Base Village. We loved it! It's a cozy two bedroom, two bath with a comfy sleeper sofa, great kitchen, fire place, and a perfect sized table for jigsaw puzzles. We enjoyed the hot tub just steps away and had access to all the amenities at Stonebridge Inn right next door. It was clean and Jack was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation and look forward to going back!

All you need!
This space is all your family needs for a wonderful stay in Snowmass. First off, the place was spotless and nicely decorated. The recent renovations are first class and very tastefully done. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need, even for an extended stay. Beds and baths were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space for our family of 4 and a weeks worth of clothes and ski gear. TVs in all the rooms gave us some flexibility to watch different shows when it came time to unwind. The location is about halfway between the upper mall and Base Village. Which makes getting to either a piece of cake. Plus, you are right next The Stonebridge, Village Shuttle and RFTA stops, so there is a restaurant and transportation just steps away. Additionally, the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to answer any question we had. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit.

Extremely well appointed and convenient! Perfect for our family with 2 kiddos.
The unit is perfect. Spotless and everything brand new. They thought if everything - even solo cups and extra Kleenex!! Ha. We were a bit nervous about access to ski school (6yo and 3yo) but we simply walked very easily down the mountain in the morning. Only the kids made things difficult. Ha! The gondola to the village and base camp were both very convenient. The Stonebridge Inn was amazingly helpful and literally right outside the door - even the shuttle to aspen was steps from the door.
It was a wonderful spot and made for a great memory-making vacation. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful!!! We hope to come back again!! Xo

Loved the property! Very new and clean! Beds are very comfortable and Jack and Amy respond very quickly to what ever need you may have. We had a wonderfull time!! I would recommend this condo for any family summer or winter vacation. Very well located!

As advertised....or better
Stayed in late March. Great accommodations. I'd advertise it as a SISO....a VERY short walk to the slopes. Clean and more than enough space for 4 adults. 10 - 15 minutes from airport. Owner immediately responsive to questions. Keyless entry.
We skied Snowmass twice and Aspen twice. Snowmass is so convenient I could have skied there everyday but was outvoted by adventurous kids. Aspen an easy 10 - 15 minute drive. We utilized Uberski to get to there which worked perfectly. Walked to the Village for meals and shopping. 5ish minute walk.

Convenient location to slopes, village, and pool
The condo is on the first floor, which is great when coming in from the slopes. However, the windows are at street level and people walking by can see in unless you adjust blinds. The unit interior could be updated, but overall we were very pleased with our stay

Very nice location
Very nice unit for 3, maybe 4 persons. The view is limited and it's bellow the road unit. Nice thing is walking distance to fanny Hill slope. There is a wonderful spa and gym walking distance too. The bathrooms are **, very simple but ok. Kitchen and bed are good. Old big TV in dining room. For the price we paid everything was okay. Would do it again if the price goes down

Excellent Location - Condo Could Use Some Renovating
We take 2-3 ski vacations a year to varying locations and typically find most of our rentals on VRBO. This was our first trip to Snowmass. This vacation rental is an adequate property. I would give this place five stars for location. In addition, other positives included comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. In addition to convenience, the location was also very quiet. We only used the kitchen to make breakfast each day, but the kitchen did seem to be well outfitted - good quality pots and pans and a nice set of Henckel knives. The reason I rated this rental unit as only average is because the bathrooms are in need of renovation - especially the master bathroom bath. I realized after we arrived that there are no pictures of the bathrooms posted on the website. In order for this rental unit to be a four or five star rental, it would need to be updated. The shower in the master bathroom is just barely adequate - at minimum, it needs a new shower head. The kitchen could also use a face lift, but since we enjoy eating out at the restaurants when we visit, that is not that big of a deal to me. In summary, this place is definitely adequate and would be a great choice for someone seeking good access to the slopes. If I were to return to Snowmass, I would be interested in the Terracehouse location but would likely look for a renovated unit.

We loved our stay at Terracehouse! The condo was comfortable and clean. The location can't be beat - we walked to everything!! Restaurants, grocery store, and ski slopes are all close to the condo. Snow Mass is beautiful! The town is very family friendly and we can't wait to go back!!

We had great stay very conveniently located ski in and out. Well equipped kitchen nice high quality linens ,fireplace and tv in each room for privacy.
Snowmass village and mall just steps away .Shutlle bus and transit station around the corner. Simply Perfect !! Super nice over easy to talk and communicate .

This is what you want!
My wife and seven year old son and another family stayed at this condo recently. Location is perfect. We loved the linens, duvet, and pillows in bedrooms.. High quality, and we slept well! Condo is near pool, hot tub, and workout facilities, another plus. I had a back injury, was not able to ski, and was able to use hot tub and workout facility while family enjoyed the mountain. Ski rental is nearby, and will hold skis overnight, no need to bring to condo. If you fly into Aspen, can take bus to condo, very convenient. One can also take bus into Aspen for shopping, dining etc...Condo is very comfortable, modern, and clean. Like I said in title, this is what you want!

Great Condo In An Even Better Location!
This condo is in an absolutely great location at Snowmass! It has very easy access to the lifts. My family and I were able to ski right down to Fanny Hill, pop our skis off, leave them off to the side and walk 100 yards to the condo and have lunch or take a break.
The condo is located right next to the loading / unloading parking spot for your car. Couldn't have been any easier to get situated.
In addition to the location, the condo is appointed very generously. The leather couch and arm chair in front of the fireplace were just what we needed after a day on the slopes. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. This kitchen was very well appointed and has everything that you'd need for a great stay.
My family would strongly recommend staying at this condo for your Snowmass vacation!

Easy access for moving in and out, short walk to the slopes, this condo had everything we needed for a great week of skiing. Hot tub is awesome (even has heated walkway), gas grill available, good WIFI. If you want simple but effective, this is the place.

A small families dream!
The pictures show exactly what you are getting. My wife, brother, cousin, and I enjoyed blue bird days on the slopes, hitting the hot tub for recovery, and lounging around the condo with some beverages. The unit is in the easiest location possible for unloading the car, bonus! It is also close to the hot tub, so a mad dash in a suit with a towel is not unbearable. The kitchen had everything we needed to do breakfast, lunch and dinner. When we needed a latte fix, Fuel Cafe is a convenient three minute walk. The living room area was comfortable. If you want to ski down, shoulder your skis and walk 50 yards this is your place. If you want a little Apres ski in Aspen, no worries because the free bus is two driveways up. The space provided a great time for my family.

location, location, location
Traveled to Snowmass for a conference and some skiing. This condo perfectly suited our needs. A short walk up the hill to the conference center was convenient. Ski rental and restaurant right across the street started the trip off on the right foot. Walk about 100 yards, put your skis on and you are on the lift. After ski soak in the spectacular hot tub that is located steps from the condo. You can't go wrong staying here.
15" of fresh snow in 48 hours was icing on the cake.
