Our kids ( and the Adults) were happy with the game room and the accommodations with this property. We would definitely book again!

The property is very nice. 4 bedrooms with lots of beds, plenty of room (only two bathrooms but we knew that) and an open kitchen + washer & dryer, decent size back yard and lots of amenities (kitchen appliances, hot tub, etc). Now for some of the issues: 1) I was contacted by the “host” the day prior to my trip letting me know that not only could we not use the hot tub but we couldn’t even be outside between 10p & 9a because of the city’s noise ordinance. The ordinance says “excessive noise” but the host made it clear that we would be fined and asked to leave if we went outside. (2) There were TV’s in most of the rooms: front room, living room and several bedrooms but we could only get one of them to work and there were no instructions. (3) The AC in the house was set at 78° but with the temp tire outside at 100°+ the temp in the house was consistently at 80° or hotter. I messaged the host twice on Saturday through the VBRO app asking for the temp to be adjusted lower with no reply. On Sunday, after two nights in the hot home, I texted the host. After several texts back and forth, I had to be stern and state that I wanted the temp to be lowered (the instruction book stated they would have to do it remotely) only to be told they couldn’t. 4) the home had rules all over. Front porch, front room, living room, back porch, hallway….hanging on the walls, binders… it did not feel “homie”… it actually felt less like being in a home and more like being in a hotel (actually worse) 5) Disney is also a good walk away. It’s not happening with kids, strollers, after a long day, etc. (an Uber is pretty inexpensive) The home was nice…. But this was possibly the worst VBRO experience that I’ve had.

House was clean and nice. Outdoor space was great. Neighborhood was quiet. However, the hot tub was turned off and there were no instructions on how to work it. We emailed, tried messaging on Vrbo, and called the property manager but never got a reply. The house instructions were outdated too. For example, it says you must park in the garage but all other instructions were to park in the driveway. Also, when checking out and locking the door, the instructions were to just hit the button and no numbers needed, but in reality this was wrong- we had to enter the numbers then hit the button and it locked. Spent 5 mins trying to figure that out.

We really enjoyed this property. Big rooms, comfortable beds. Kids loved having their own rooms and TVs, and playing air hockey. We loved the short walk to Disneyland (~20 minutes, or ~4 minutes/$7 via Uber). Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the close proximity to Disneyland. However, the house itself was not all we had hoped it would be.

I would absolutely stay here again. The house was very clean, spacious and the game room in the garage and the hot tub were a huge hit with my family. It is very close to Disneyland and it was perfect for our stay!

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect for our family. 6 adults and 4 kids had more than enough room. The game room setup in the garage was perfect and a nice surprise. Unfortunately it rained and rained and rained while we were there so we weren't able to enjoy the hot tub but it did look nice. My only complaint, and it is very minor, was it looked like the cleaning was a little rushed before we got there. Nothing really stood out but things like a tissue shoved in the electrically wiring behind the TV in the master and a few wrappers left on the ground inside. Other than that it was perfect! Thanks and we will be looking to stay here again should we do another Disney trip in the future!

The overall was great but there was one issue me and my family did not like. The one issue was the checkout list, this seemed really inconvenient and the last thing I want on vacation is a "CHORES LIST" other than this there was no other issues to complain about.

Very nice home. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Close to Disneyland about a 5 minute drive. Perfect for families with children. We all enjoyed the games and the home. This home was really clean which was greatly appreciated. Overall we loved it and will definitely stay again on our next trip to California.

This property was excellent, even better then expected! It was super clean and the beds were really nice and very comfortable. I appreciated that the sheets were nice and there was plenty of towels. Our grandchildren loved the ping pong table. We arrived in town a bit early and the owner was so great, we were able to enter the house a bit early. We would definitely rent this property again. :)

It was nice that they had a high chair and plates for toddlers. It was mentioned you could see the fireworks from the home but you could barely see anything. Overall it was clean and the location was a short drive to the park. I would not recommend walking especially if you have small kids.

It was easy! So glad we found it! Despite each of us taking turns being sick we had a great time! Close to Disneyland, so we could bring the littles home for a nap and get back quickly! It was clean, well stocked with appliances! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The only thing I could suggest is that there needs to be towel racks in the master bathroom and dressing area. It would be more convenient than juggling towels. Also we enjoyed the nice kitchen but it would be nice to have a coffee grinder included in the appliances. We definitely will rent this home again

Property was as detailed. Family enjoyed our stay. There are small repairs needed such as painting and maybe some hooks in bathrooms for cloths. Area was nice and we had a great time.

Great home and location to Disneyland. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Well stocked with towels, beddings, tableware and a TV in almost every room. Property manager was responsive to any needs. Looking reward to returning again.

Jacuzzi didn’t work! And owner was very rude , nicehiuse and all just poor communication via the owner and ammenities where not useable !

The layout of the house is fun. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We had some problems with the main bathroom toilet upon arrival and were not able to use that one for a day, but someone came out while we were at Disneyland the next day and fixed it. There are some holes in the walls/ceiling here and there, but those should be easily fixed and didn't detract from our experience. It was nice to not be in a hotel room and to be able to spread out. We had a 14 month old baby with us and she had lots of room to run. It was definitely a good and memorable experience and I would recommend staying at Valerie's place.
