Que sonó 2 veces la alarma y no nos resolvió bien de porque sucedió. Esa noche no fue agradable pero por el suceso nos descontaron el cobro estacionamiento de 2 días con eso no se si se cubrió la mala experiencia porque bajamos asustados y hasta sacamos al niño del baño envuelto en una toalla.

Comfortable beds and proximity to Disneyland

Having to constantly ask for towels. Booked for 5 people but kept getting only 4 towels (some of which were of very poor quality)

Front desk was able to find room for early check in. Clean hotel & friendly staff.

Breakfast hours could be longer

We had a clean room with kitchen, a nice view which was a plus for us, very pleasant every area very clean and the lady at the front desk was exceptional, breakfast was great and the location was great; we will definitely be coming back here 👍. Thank you Hyatt house at Anaheim resort/ convencional center.we had a great time and we can’t wait to come back again

Clean rooms close to Disney

More tables at breakfast. Couldn't get a table to eat at due to being very busy. Had to stand and eat.

The room configuration was perfect for families because it had a two sleeping areas which including a sitting room, bunk beds and a sleeper sofa for my 3 daughters, plus a full size bed for me. Both spaces had their own tv too. My daughters said this was their favorite hotel we’ve stayed at, and that speaks volumes because we have traveled a lot this year for their cheer competitions. We also utilized the in house restaurant, which was conveniently located on the ground floor and offered reasonably priced kids meals with very generous portions. A hot buffet breakfast was included with our stay. My girls each enjoyed the food options, which is incredible because my 6 and 8 year old can be very picky eaters.

Just stayed here for 3 nights in the 2 queen/pull out bed room. Rooms were clean and spacious. Room got cleaned on the second day. Staff was quick and attentive whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was just right! Enough to keep us full until lunch. We had an early flight on our last morning and staff was kind enough to let me start getting food 10 mins early. Toy Story shuttle to Disneyland was so convenient. Loved this hotel!

Walls were a bit thin so it did get noisy at times but we used a sound machine and it drowned it out.

the property felt safe, was an amazing distance to nice restaurants and the Disney park, and the rooms were extremely clean

The walk to Disney is around 15 minutes or 10 minutes depending on the speed you are walking, and this might be a problem with families with small children. There also needs to be more lighting at night since it is very dark.
