We stayed in Waterford 23 for three nights in September 2022. We chose it because we have a puppy and it was one of the few places that accepted dogs. The people at Steamboat lodging were easy to work with and very organized. Everything unfolded the way that they said it was. The property was super clean and well positioned and I would highly recommend it.

This is our second time staying at this location. Our family of 6 adults and 1 dog love staying here. The updates even from last summer are very nice, the home is very comfortable and easily accommodates a group. We hiked, fished and went paddle boarding at Lake Pearl. Beautiful lake and not at all crowded. Thank you for sharing your home, we definitely hope to stay again!

Recommend for skiing Steamboat. Close to resort and very nice accommodations.

We were looking for a pet friendly townhome close to the gondola and Waterford 23 fit the bill. Not close enough for us to walk in your ski boots daily (though some tougher than us are probably fine!), but there are ski and boot check places at the base of the mountain so you can just leave your stuff there and easily walk to/from. Townhome was well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Property managers were always easily reachable and helpful. The bus lines are not far away so it is possible to not have a car in Steamboat, but a car just makes getting downtown that much easier.

As always the team at SBLC made our Trip easy and amazing. The staff here is fantastic, and we will continue to return. Thanks for everything

We had a great stay in Steamboat! The property was perfect for our family. We spent our days hiking, cycling and paddle boarding at Stagecoach Res., we saw a mother moose and baby just a short walk from the property. Our evenings were spent enjoying being together in a large and very comfortable home (also watching bear walk by from the deck!) Thank you for sharing your home. We visit Steamboat often and found this to be one of our favorite locations.

Awesome and super-room space for my wife and I while we did some R&R in Steamboat. Next time - post Covid we will be renting this place again with a larger group. HotTub and Sauna was perfect. Well appointed kitchen and lots of room. Exactly what we wanted.

Amazing home within walking distance from the resort

The Waterford was perfect for our stay. Full day on the slopes complimented by a soak in the hot tub. Steamboat Lodging was excellent and helped us throughout the trip. We will definitely be back in the future!

We like the property. It had a great feel and was really close to the pool. The only issue that we had is that the unit was listed as a no pets unit but when we got there it had dog hair on the whole main level. We talked to management and they did give us a discount but I would have preferred no hair.

Very well organized, and easy process for everything. Awesome location, just a short walk to the resort.

Our family of 7 (kids ages 6-15) had a great time at this property. There was ample space and having 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom was so convenient. We loved having the private hot tub and also enjoyed the pool. The location was fantastic & made it easy to enjoy the wonderful city! The communication was excellent and everything was clean! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great property with lots of space for our two families!

Overall a very nice property and location. The check in process was simple and easy. The property was also much bigger than the photos indicate. We would definitely rent this property again or refer it to family and friends!!

My family of five + my sister had a wonderful stay at Waterford 23. The decor is super cute, there was room for us all to spread out and the kids LOVED the bunk room. Bonus points for being right next to the heated pool and having a private hot tub in the property so the adults could hang out after bedtime. There's also an easy walking path that takes you to the ski area that we walked and rode our bikes on. We'd love to come back this winter since it's so close to the slopes. Overall, awesome place to stay in Steamboat and lots of communication with Steamboat Lodging Company!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Beds were incredibly comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We loved the wood used in the bedroom with the bunk beds; gorgeous! The sauna & hot tub were a true pleasure to come home to after skiing. Spent our evenings enjoying the warmth of the fireplace. Great location and the shuttle service was phenomenal; I don't think we ever waited more than 5 minutes. Thank you again for the lovely accommodations. We were in town to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and ski. The property management company was so helpful and sweet. They worked hard to help locate a package we'd had mailed as well. The condo was clean, well equipped and had everything you could ask for. We had such a great time and recommend the property to others for a great time! Thank you!!
