Water pressure in the shower was horrible. Could barely rinse my hair or beard.

staff was very friendly. rooms were very clean and stayed cool throughout the night. breakfast in the morning had a decent amount to choose from. And they allow dogs which I need!

location was a little iffy, but the hotel was tucked away from the main road, so I don’t think it would be a problem.

The room was comfortable, and i appreciate the types of locks the door has. The place was cosy

Happy for waffles as a breakfast option. Wished for more fruit or something a bit different.

Well, where to begin!! When we walked in to check in, the front desk lady said the police had just got there and there was a guy running around upstairs in a green shirt! She was laughing about it, while checking people in in front of us ! Then we were given key cards that didn’t work for room 333! I go back down to get key card straightened out, find out she gave us wrong room number ! So I go up to correct room, walked in , it was a queen single room when I booked a king single room ! So, downstairs I went again !! They blamed it on booking.com even though I had paid for it through the site in full ! She then went on to tell me that they were out of King rooms! Told her that’s what I booked! Again, blamed booking.com but she did find a king suite that had a couch ! We finally get into that room! It seemed ok until I went to shower the next morning and seen what looked to be blood on the railing of the shower once I was in it ! I was discussed! I never said a word to front desk but I do plan to call Best Western to let them know what happened !! Please stay clear of this hotel !! And to add, more police came along with ambulance ! Still not sure if they got him out ??!!

We only stay at Best Western Hotels anytime we travel. The staff are so nice and the rooms are always so clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’ve been to so many Best Westerns and I’ve never had any issues. we stayed for one night at this was the halfway point from our vacation spot to our home. 😊

I like the hotel did not smell like a musty hotel but had a very inviting scent. The remodel was modern and very tastful.

At first glance hotel had an inviting smell but when I got to the room found hair in the shower/bathtub. Went out ask front desk to clean while gone but they got what they saw and did not do a clear as I found more hair close to where last location was. As for room to be cleaned and only once did they come back to leave towels. Last day I had to go get towels for myself. It is the cleaning staff to make sure the room is somewhere they would want to stay themselves and until that happens you will always get dinged in that area. The sad thing is I ask every day for my room to be cleaned only to be ingnored. It wasn't horrible but the cleaning staff needs more training on cleaning so that customer will be more comfortable.

we got a phone call at 11:45 pm at night and our kids were sleeping ! from front desk asking how many people were in the room lol.
