Nice place

Everyone was very nice! Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was a bit skimpy.

Everything went well, i will stay again whenever I come back

This was a decent hotel for the Louisville area. Rooms were clean and spacious and appeared to be newly renovated. The area didn't seem that great, however. The breakfast was very minimal.

Clean room

Had to choose a place quickly to stay while in Louisville and although I felt they could have offered a little discount for staying a full week, the hotel was clean, updated and quiet. Continental breakfast wasnt much more than cereal, honey buns and waffles but was enough to get you out the door in the mornings. Don't ask for extra towels and wash cloths though, especially while maids are still there. They will stand at your door waiting for the 2 dirty ones before giving you another. Good thing there was only 2 of us staying or I guess we would have had to share. Location was extremely convenient being seconds from Watterson Expressway. And again, was thankful for the quietness and that I didn't have to listen to traffic all night.

It was convenient for us to get to and the area we needed to be. It was about what I expected for the price. The staff was very congenial.

I like the location of hotel because it's close to my family. The carpet was dirty and smelled was the only thing wrong with this hotel. Also some of the door didn't work with the keys.

Check in was so quick and easy, i loved the space of the room i loved the layout only thing i had a issue with wAs having to clean hair out of the jacuzzi but besides that i will be making that my monthly get away

It was a good little trip my room was cool was clean everything was cool somebody was trying to get in my room but he was looking for the room next-door and the staff actually came up and let him in my room but the lock didn’t let him in but he was sorry for trying to get in the wrong room

I was quite and really peaceful. Did not worry about anything

Service was excellent. The staff was willing to help me with everything I needed, along with their personal thoughts about how to experience Louisville with the little time that we had. Bathroom upgrade was complete and really nice. The rest of the room was ok, but plans are to upgrade that as well. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay for 2 nights.

We found a bedbug in our first room. Was given a second room. Found another bedbug. Front desk attendant had no idea what to do. We left and spent a lot more on a same-night booking.

Not a horrible hotel but when we come back to Louisville we won’t stay again. Its not located in a very nice neighborhood, only restaurants in the area are fast food and sirens were going off all night and day. The beds were comfy but both beds had hairs on the sheets and pillows. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal, yogurt, honey buns and little muffin packs . No fresh fruit. They do not keep the breakfast area stocked so once the honey buns are gone you are stuck with cereal or yogurt. I will say the night clerk was super friendly and helpful. When I asked about nondairy options she grabbed me a couple muffin packs so I would have them the next day.

Even though check in was at 2pm and we arrived after that there was not a room available. The room was fine for the night but there was no hot water in the morning. Overall probably won’t chose to stay here again.

When I first arrived I had trouble finding the entrance. The sign is somewhat blocked by bushes. But overall I had a great experience. It was clean and quiet. The man at the front desk was very nice. We talked a few minutes about where I was from and what sights were available.

The staff was outgoing and friendly. The building, while older, was well kept and clean. The bed was very comfy and the room was very nice! Will definitely stay again!

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The Continental Breakfast was much appreciated, too.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was great and helpful. I got my money worth. The location is situated where I can get to all the places I visit when in Louisville. I stay there a few years ago and received the same good service. I hope to stay there for the Louisville Jazz concert next month. IT'S OK!!

This Days Inn was comfortable, All staff was accommodating, courteous friendly and so honest. I left change that had fallen out of my purse when it dumped over. I couldn’t pick it up because of a back injury and so I thought oh well they could use as tip and figured they would gather it up and take it with them. Boy was I wrong. They cleaned the bathroom and left it on the countertop of the bathroom. Amy, who checked me in did an amazing job at the desk and was kind enough to show me the room so I could see if it was accommodating for my daughters stay which it was. After checking out I got a call the same day from Nan, the desk clerk, to let me know items had been left in the room and the cleaning staff had gathered it together and brought it up at the desk and I could pick it up at a later day. What a thoughtful and caring act.

It was fine. Beds were decent. Staff was great.
