I loved how the bathroom had shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen as amazing didn’t expect that. I slept like a baby. We will definitely stop there again. We travel to and from Myrtle Beach to Massachusetts a few times a year. I give this 5 stars
That I didn’t stop here before. There really isn’t anything to complain about. That my vacation was ending.

Staff was great, clean room and for the most part quiet. I will say that the morning coffee in the lobby was fantastic! We travel a lot and that’s not always the case. Overall nice pleasant stay and the staff was great! I highly recommend staying here

Room was very warm - 79 degrees, even after being in the room for an hour or so. Auto control was not operational, so it ran continuously. I chose to use a trick I learned in working with computers & internet - shut off at the thermostat for several minutes, then started it up again. Started blowing cooler air finally, but it ran continuously through the night. Not a full restful sleep...

Billy and Jason were the epitome of what front desk service, accommodation, and being personable are!! I'm in a wheelchair and Billy made sure the bed met ADA standards and even switched out frames so I could access the bed easily!
Queen bed was too small for disabled but they're upgrading to king beds. The carpet was not very clean as my girlfriends feet turned black but unnoticeable to the eye. However the hotel is going through renovations and I'm sure it will be even better. Please consider that my comments are based on now and not the upcoming renovations.

Well when booking it ,it sounded nice And said everything was open . Reason why we went there,for a bday getaway.
It took forever to get there, BFE On all these goat trails. Then we got there nothing was open except a restaurant and Starbucks which we don't like.
Hot tub dirty and maintenance guy rude as hell.
Then we were kicked out first night there due to trying to use hot tub. Knowing there was a camera there we put a little bit of bleach in it to clean it so we could use it since nothing else was available.
Anyways we were kicked out with no refund . So we paid for 3 nights for one lost night.
Only good thing was room was nice and had a fireplace.
I highly recommend asking A LOT Of question s before going there.
Just an FYI
So now trying to dispute it!

The cleanliness was not there. My room had hair all over the place, stains on the bed frame and curtains and the cost was excessive for the very outdated hotel.
