1 little bar of soap to bathe with, no change of towels from day 1 to day 2, beds were not made up after day 1, no cleaning or attention to the room at all.

The location, pool, hot tub.

Stayed 5 days to visit mom in Canada who is in long term care. First day room was dirty, toilet didn’t flush and refrigerator wouldn’t get cold. Asked to be moved to another room and that room the air conditioning unit didn’t work at all asked again to be moved to third room and it was ok. I choose this hotel for it’s location but mainly for the Wi-Fi because that is what I needed most to be to work remotely. For five days the Wi-Fi never worked once, front desk kept saying it would be fixed and never worked. Checked out on fifth day asked for the manager because I felt I should get a credit for no Wi-Fi. She never came to the front desk to say anything to me but told the gal who was working she would take $50.00 off my total bill and send me the receipt via email. As of Friday 6/24/22 when I left to back to California I never to date have received a credit or the emailed receipt. The staff at this hotel we’re very rude and would never stay there again norwill ever recommend this hotel to anyone. This stay was to visit our mother who is in long term care in rainy river and is terminally I’ll, this was a very important trip for my family and I and my brother needed to work remotely while there. Would have left each day it wasn’t working but front kept promising it would be fixed each day the tech was there. This is the first time I have ever given a bad review, I’m not one to complain but someone in upper management needs to pay your hotel a visit and hire all new staff. Very clean. Staff was friendly - the one gal - don’t know her name - really should smile. Pool area was very clean. No complaints.

The location is not the greatest because of the train tracks, but bearable. The breakfast could really have been hotter - biscuits were cold and the gravy not too hot either but still tasted OK. More fruit would have been nice. The ice machine was rather “melty” but ok.
