The property is right on the boardwalk and beach.

Didn’t realize my room didn’t have a fridge or microwave until after I booked. But that’s my fault.

Location was perfect, for access to the beach

The WIFI was terrible. The TV was still analog, not good reception. The air conditioner was so loud had to turn up the volume on the tv to hear.

rude staff, not clean, bed not comfortable, tv not working, no hair dryer, no shampoo, not refrigerador, not coffee maker, smell bad and very expensive, when I try to cancel my second night explaining why, the staff was completely rude.

Location, view, maid service, front desk, maintenance, pool, parking.

Bathroom could have been cleaner when we arrived and toilet seat needed repaired. Beds were very old/worn or poor quality.

everyone was friendly .. excellent customer service. rooms where clean they where always clean eve the pool side totally recommended everything is close to you … you don even need to use ur car

The staff was horrible; I was told by a supervisor my guest that was visiting was allow to visit and then sent a guy to try and barge in my room. We felt very unsafe and there was no consideration or common courtesy. Had the worst experience and was unable to find another hotel due to it being the holiday weekend. Staff service was horrible supervisor Trish was nasty and unhelpful. Would never go again.

great location, beach access and on the boardwalk

We have been staying here for a several decades. The staff is always welcoming and helpful.

Location was amazing right on the beach but close to food, shops and mini golf. They went above and beyond to accommodate us with our large family and we’re more than happy to do it. Our toilet was clogged and there was no plunger in the room and they came right up and plunged it and replaced the “flapper” in the back of the toilet for precautionary. Which I thought was awesome! Then it was my nephews birthday while we were there and it was said in conversation in front of the woman and she asked if it was out to put his name on the board wishing Him a happy birthday which was his favorite part of the trip! Awesome staff!

We have stayed here many times. The staff treats you like friends. It is very quiet and comfortable.

It was convient, located right on the boardwalk a hop skip and jump from the beach. The pool area was clean and well kept

The property was clean but dated. in my opinion it could have used new carpet or take it out completely. It smelled a little moldy which I know happens at the beach. That’s why I would recommend the carpet to be removed
