The location is convenient. Not too far from ski resorts and the gorgeous stores.

My family and I came to go skiing in Keystone for the break and had a great time. The condo is close to keystone in Dillon and with 3 bathrooms was very convenient for a large family.

Clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location! We had a great stay.

Couldn’t recommend this place more. We had a great time staying and exploring Dillon. Quick walk to the amphitheater, farmers market, and town. Wi-Fi was strong enough for a few folks to work during the week. And quick access to activities on the water. Will be back!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at David's wonderful condo. The unit is beautiful, roomy & extremely comfortable. The elevator & ability to load & unload our luggage by pulling our car up to the main entry made our move in & out very easy. The place is so well stocked with supplies that you only need your groceries & personal items. David contacted us early with clear instructions for check-in & phone numbers to call in case we had questions. The location is perfect since it is close to so many mountain activities. I cannot use enough positive adjectives to describe this beautiful condo. We loved staying there & were very comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Dillon.

Lake Dillon is a great place to stay. Want to hiking bike trails And great places to eat. In this phone.

Unit is on the top floor so we didn't have to worry about guests upstairs stomping around. The property is quite dated looking on the outside, but the unit is very nice inside! We had a great stay and would stay again.

The property was exactly what my family was looking for. It was close to Keystone and kept my family comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us. We'd love to explore the area in the summer.

We wanted to get away for a couple of days and this place was outstanding!!! Everything was great, could walk to several places and the beach. Definitely will consider staying again. Very clean, easy access and perfect for us!!

This is the third time We've stayed with David in Dillion and as usual it is a great place that I would thoroughly recommend. Close to the public bus makes it a breeze to get to the ski fields and to the nearest supermarket to do self catering. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants when you are too tired from skiing to cook for yourself. David is incredibly responsive to any queries and eager to help you out on your stay. Thoroughly recommended.

Great location and owner was good. Few minor things like confusion with parking pass, coffee still in coffee maker, hot tub down but overall nice place and the owners communication was top notch

The good: condo was clean. Great central location to ski at Keystone and Breck and to shopping. Three full baths was nice. Good parking. Nice furniture and comfy. The OK: the building itself is very old and pretty rough looking outside of the condo. The hot tub/sauna has been shut down by the health department for being unclean. The workout room, also not clean. There is not laundry in the unit. While it has three bedrooms technically, you can’t get to the third without walking through the second bedroom. You can’t get to the bathroom from the third bedroom without walking through the second bedroom. This was an issue especially with teenage siblings. It was so hot. We had the heat all the way off and it was easily 75 degrees in the condo despite it being 10 degrees outside. There were plenty of fans so that was very helpful.

Everything was as shown in the VRBO listing and the host David was very proactive on working out a boiler noise issue during our stay. This unit is very quiet and is on the 3rd floor right next to the elevator. The parking is also really close to the main door. We will look into renting this unit again next year.
