This the third time we’ve stayed at this house and it’s just a great location and spot to relax.

Everything was as advertised and then some! Beautiful, clean, classy home located near everything that ones heart desires It was close to Fishermans Village which has restaurants and shopping. The private boat slip with easy out access to Charlotte Harbor leading to the Gulf was excellent for boating. The house had everything needed for the stay. The split floor plan made it great for sharing with others couples or families. The screened in pool looking out over the canal was a daily favorite. This is a must stay property if you are in the Punta Gorda area.

Loved this property. It was so enjoyable the pool and we enjoyed fishing from the dock. We caught a bunch of catfish but we practiced catch and release. This home had everything needed. I would suggest purchasing an air fryer and a waffle iron for the kitchen. Thanks for having such a comfortable home.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Property has been well-maintained it was clean and the manager/owner was very responsive and friendly. My husband particularly loved fishing off of the pier and spent most of his days enjoying that. Having a pool was an added bonus that my family loved as well we spent many days just hanging out by the pool. Will definitely stay at this property in the future!

Summer fun!
Dave is an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything with the property is explained clearly. House is clean, appliances great (wife wants to buy a new dishwasher now...). I fish, brought a 21' center console, easy in/out to the Peace river and Harbor. Dave provided an extra extension cord to reach my boat, and the hose from the pool was long enough to reach the boat also. Hooked a juvenile tarpon and multiple catfish from the dock. Great times!

Great Experience!
This was our first vrbo and this property set the bar high early. The house was as advertised, very clean, and pretty much turn-key for a large family like ours.
We really enjoyed the pool and lanai which were also very clean and surprisingly private considering the close proximity of the neighbors. We had fun fishing off of the dock and caught numerous catfish and mangrove snapper. And the sunsets!!
The house was perfect for a large family and it struck a great balance of layout, location, and amenities. Check-in/out was easy and Dave was great to work with and quick to reply.
We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful Home 🌴🌞
A truly beautiful and spacious home with stunning canal views. Our family absolutely loved this property! The home is very well equipped and exceptionally comfortable. With the large pool and multiple loungers, most of our time was spent on the lanai. Any issues were dealt with and resolved quite quickly. We immediately realized what a gem this home is and booked it for next year!

Punta Gorda Hibiscus House
This home was great for our party of four adults. Spacious rooms and everything we needed for a wonderful retreat. The heated pool was used daily and the outdoor entertainment area was where we spent most of our time. One evening we even saw a dolphin swimming in the canal just feet away the house. Sunsets were amazing. Would definitely stay there again,.

Absolutely beautiful home!
This beautiful home is exactly as pictured. Quiet & beautiful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, awesome bike trail all along the water. Minutes from Fisherman's Village.. We felt so "at home" immediately upon our arrival. Owners didn't miss a beat as far as providing everything necessary for our 1 month stay. Comfortable furniture and beds, wonderful pool and views of inlet were breathtaking especially mornings and evenings.
Highly recommend this home & we hope to stay here again next year.

Great Getaway!
The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. We felt right at home. The pool was the perfect temperature and ideal considering the Red Tide blooms in the nearby beaches. We didn’t need to leave home to enjoy the pool or relax. It was a great escape. We hope to come back and stay there again soon!

What a luxurious private home on the water! Responsive owner and well kept home. Lots of nice upgrades inside and out, super convenient pool access bathroom. Couldn't ask for a better view in the isles. Met the house cleaning staff in passing, super nice people and they really do keep the house spotless.

Relaxing Oasis
Loved this property. The neighborhood was charming and quiet. Just right for walking and bicycling, yet close enough to shops and restaurants to be convenient. The pool was fantastic. It didn't take long for this house to become like "home". Would love to stay here again.

Great Spot
Wonderful host with prompt communication. We spent the Holidays . Everything we needed for our 5 week stay was there. Cooking utensils to beach chairs. We also used the dock several days for a boat rental. Thanks Dave.

PGI House
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is very well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances, towels, linens, pool toys, etc. Great neighborhood that was very quiet with beautiful pool and sited on a lagoon that connected into the canal system for quick and easy access to Charlotte Harbor for those of you who are boaters. Can't say enough good things about it and we would definitely stay at this property again.

Great property at a great location
Anyone thinking of relocating to Punta Gorda or PGI should stay at this property. It is in an ideal location for the Isles and is located on the turning basin. The turning basin is very wide and makes the home seem private. The home has been remodeled and is nicely furnished. Great internet and a nice TV that allows you to sign into your own streaming accounts. Comfy furniture and bed and a very nice pool and outside seating. You can fish off the dock too. Plenty of dishes and the kitchen is nicely equipped. Staying at the location allowed us to experience what life in PGI could be.

Really nice Property
We had the pleasure of staying at this property for two months and enjoyed every day. The location is great, very picturesque and quiet. The fact that it is located in the very beautiful and popular City of Punta Gorda is also a bonus. So much to do here if you , boat, golf, cycle or just walk. The restaurants are fantastic and we haven't had a bad choice yet.
I would recommend this property for all these reasons.
