Property was located close to pier/downtown. Clean, cozy, quiet. Private parking was a great touch. New appliances. Nice bathrooms and comfy beds!

We had a fantastic stay at the Lazy Summer Lodge. The beach is just minutes away and we found the house quiet and comfortable. We will return!!

Home had everything we needed- clean bedrooms and bathrooms, fully stocked essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms, and convenience of proximity to the beach and stores. Was great to have fully functioning washer and dryer as well. Was a great family trip!

Not able to connect to either cable or internet reliably the entire time we were there. House was very clean, and a great location.

You can see the ocean from the balcony upstairs. The beds were all super comfy. The house was clean. It was far enough from the train that always goes by at 5am blaring the horn. When we stayed at a hotel right on the beach, that train woke us up everyday. We hated it. Much better experience at this house.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. Within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Nice kitchen and a/c in the bedrooms was a real plus! However, there were a few problems - a kitchen chair that was already broken when we arrived, a closet door that fell down, nearly on top of my grandson, and a shard of glass under the vanity in the upstairs bathroom. Nothing that a little more attention to detail ( and more in-depth cleaning) couldn't fix.

A little hard to find since it's behind the larger house on a main street. Very cute house, 10 minute walk to the beach and even closer walk to downtown & Pier area. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00, it was closer to 4:30. The cleaning crew was down a person leaving one girl to clean the entire house. The kitchen floor was a mess but we wanted to get into the house. We think the previous tenants were disrespectful of the property. Remote controls for both TV's were underneath a couch or bed, sofa in the living room had been moved and in one of the bedrooms, the space above the air conditioning unit had been knocked out leaving a large open space to the outside. Since it was Sunday night, we did a quick fix ourself (having Rite-Aid across the street was a bonus!). The response by Vacasa was QUICK, they kept us up to date on the status of the repairs! Very surprised to see the kitchen did not have a TV. The living room did have a TV but it's on the 2nd floor. Kitchen is on the first floor & needs to have a TV! Kitchen could also use some screens on it's bow type windows. We were there with mid/upper 70's & no humidity. It would have been nice to open the windows & let some fresh air in. Vacasa does leave a welcome brochure on the kitchen table, but had no contact information if anything did come up. We found that odd. We would recommend this cottage but advise there is no yard space since it's tucked behind another house.

Nice house. Only a couple blocks from the beach. We loved our visit.

This house is in a great location (but a little hard to find because it is tucked in behind another house). Drug store right across the street. Restaurants and shops just around the corner. And amusement park and beach just a walk down the block. Management responded quickly when I called to tell them there were no extra kitchen garbage bags. The house was superficially clean BUT if you have a dust allergy this is not the place for you. It desperately needs a deep clean and a little TLC.

The house was perfect. Very clean. Great location! So close to beach. The only very small issue is the parking. Very tight driveway and technically not two spots because it is shared with the house in front and it would be too hard to park next to another car, however once parked we just walked everywhere anyway. Would definitely search for this specific house again.

In terms of location, solid 5 stars. Close to the beach, the fairgrounds, plenty of shops/stores around.
They were able to give us a late check out too which was really nice of them.
The house itself though, its really pretty but terribly maintained. When we first walked in, all the floors and living room furniture were horribly sandy, so sandy that we had to clean the whole place first before unpacking. The furniture needs an upgrade. The drawers upstairs are so old they are Literally falling apart. The pull out bed downstairs came apart screws and all but as we discovered, it wasn't the first time since they were holding some parts with duct tape. Other than the house itself and the really poor cleaning, everything else checked out
All in all, we had a great time.

The property is nicely appointed, so there's not much to bring other them yourselves. The beds are a bit "rough" in terms of comfort, but are serviceable for a few nights. We were awoken at 8:00 am on Friday to the loud sounds of gas-powered leaf blowing machines and a driver-mounted leaf sucker. Suggest avoiding a Thursday stay.

The location to stores, restaurants and to the water.

Great little place close to everything. 2 bedrooms upstairs so be careful if going with elderly people. Very clean and spacious.

Great, very clean little home that we rented for a girls weekend. Everyone slept great and enjoyed their time in the area. My only complaint was that the house rules say to take the trash out to the bins outside and not to leave it on the porch. The bins were full upon our arrival so we were unable to leave any trash bags in the bins. Would highly recommend and hope to rent again in the future!

This house is perfect for anyone looking to have an adventure in the old orchard beach area. It’s accommodations are perfect. Air conditioners in every bedroom and the kitchen. 2 fullbathrooms. Washer and dryer and fully functional and full furnished. All you have to do is show up. Getting ahold of the staff is both easy and very helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone. We’re probanly going to go back to old orchard beach, and when we do we’re going to request this house again.

We had so much fun and the property was well kept and equipped with everything we needed. The quick walk to the beach made it easy for me with the younger kids to head back to the house when they were done and the bigger kids could stay at the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

The place is nice, very lot of space. Clean and nicely. Perfect for 5 or 6 peoples. Close to the main street cross Staples. Little bit noise because car traffic. Internet is very good. Overall we recommand with no hesitation. The only negative point is little bit expensive for 3 night at Canadian dollar....
