It’s always clean! Rooms are so cozy and I love the decor! The staff are so friendly! It’s as if I’ve known them all my life! They always make sure my stay is the best!

The location was excellent and the staff were all amazing. The bed was comfortable and the pool was warm emough. It's a very short walk to the beach. We stayed in room.#22. It was the closed ocean room. There were ocean front but I feel our room we better because the balcony was fully covered.

There was nothing not to like.

I have always liked the location for our needs

The room was cold. Very drafty around air conditioner. Fireplace went out and wouldn't come back on

The staff were all so engaging and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. It was very nice having a refrigerator in the room. Parking on site. The beach couldn’t be any closer!

The property is older, but they work hard trying to keep it crisp. We even saw an employee sweeping / cleaning the parking lot each morning.

It was a wonderful stay. My wife and I had a a very pleasant time at OOB.

Just the weather but that was the hurricane's fault which was well off shore.

Right on the water! Friendly staff. Clean. Patio common area. Complimentary coffee in office.

Stayed four nights. Had to switch rooms part way through stay (not our choice). Some confusion by staff at check in with our reservation. Beds are full not queen, terrible pillows. No coffee pots in rooms.
