The hotel itself its beautiful, some staff are amazing, they go out of their way to help, its very Comfortable. Well equipped rooms, i had a great stay!

1) Some staff need to fix their attitude. 2) they charge alot for room service!! Those charges cost more than the food itself, so guys better to order from outside on delivery, its much cheaper! And their drinking water is 4 times higher than outside! 3)its right ontop of a train platform, so thats 24 hours noise for you weak sleepers. 4) before making any payments, always check your bills, they claim we get 15% discount on food and beverage, and i stayed there 10 days , they gave me the discount first 2 days, thereafter they never added the discount, bill was paid for, later i realised something was wrong, and indeed it was, they have said they transfer me back, but again thats an inconvenience!

I liked the location of the property and the cleanliness. Since we were provided with a studio room the appliances were operative and adequate utensils were placed for use. However, we could use only induction for small cooking. The stay was nice.

At the time of booking the website displayed the rates inclusive of breakfast but when we checked in we were informed that breakfast was not covered. Foods were available on orders only and there was no common dining area but this fact was not mentioned on the website at the time of booking. Moreover, the way to the swimming pool and the location of the swimming pool was also not appealing to me. A proper approach needed to the swimming pool needs to be made so that the view is good.

First while checkin they gave us smoking room. I asked for nonsmoking room for which I to paid extra. My breakfast was including, they give you breakfast I room, which is never on time and also by the time it comes it cold. So impossible to eat. Also they dont give you cuttleary, u need to wash the cuttleary which is in the room , if its used a night before then better wash it yourrself Staff is ok but reception staff specialy lady on counter is very rude and won't willing to help. Gaurds are very cooperative. Surprise to see people sleeping in gym and gym don't have any water and towels. No phone to call anyone. Bathroom don't have and hangers to put clothes. One stand is thr on tub but you have to struggle to use it. Rooms are have oven to hear food, no microwave oven. The pan provided on the kitchen so bad that they can't be used.

Very convenient having an apartment with facilities to make a longer stay in Mumbai much more convenient. The location was really good - walking distance to plenty of good shopping and services. Staff were very helpful and friendly, excellent to have a call up each day to check what time was convenient for room cleaning. Cleaning services were excellent. Room service food was very nice - good selection of authentic Indian dishes at reasonable cost and service was friendly and quite fast. Overall very good value for money - definitely recommend.

The only thing I thought could be improved was the provision of items in the kitchen. Having a kitchen with cooking facilities was really great, but a few basic items missing - no can opener or sieve for example. Also having a washing machine provided is excellent, but really need a drying rack for clothes afterwards.

The location was perfect for me.

This is the best hotel and i will book next time as well but they need to increase pool time at least to 8pm
