Nice property with beach chairs provided, pool, shuffleboard and putting green plus tons of communal beach toys. No vending machine, and unit does not have washer/dryer or a dishwasher. Walking distance to Ace Hardware/gift shop and Bayfront Park with pickleball and kayak/paddleboard rental.

Great place to stay! Very clean, stocked and we really appreciated the view from the room. Sergy was communicative and the staff at Turtle Crawl Inn were very helpful. Exceptionally well maintained and comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay. Our only disappointment was not staying longer! We will be back.

We had a great time at this location. Easy to get to other sites we were interested in. Nice that it was so close to the beach and grocery store. Staff was available when questions arose. We will return for another stay!

It has all the things we look for. A balcony with a great view of the gulf, on the beach and close to good food and shopping. Our agent stayed in touch. In all it was a great 4 weeks of vacation.

It's not a 5-star hotel, and facilities are not updated, but our unit was, everything is nice, and the elevator is old, but if you are looking for beach time, this is a good place.

It was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were easy access, and the beach was just a short walk from your room. The rooms were fully stocked with everything you needed, including umbrella for the beach.
Just a suggestion…
You have to take their chairs down to the beach and return them afterwards. It would be nicer if the Resort would place the chairs out in the morning and return them in the evening. It would’ve been easier for the elderly or people with health issues because it’s hard to walk in the sand for some.

This was the perfect spot for a few days on the ocean. We loved the open concept with the kitchen area and absolutely gorgeous views from our balcony. We hope to be back in November.

Beach, steps away, was great. Furniture did the job. Window treatments in living room and bedroom should have been better.

The unit was very nice.. The other units were very noisy and slamming doors yelling and playing loud music.

This property has a great location and wonderful views. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean (I found NO signs of mold). The AC works great! They have new mattresses (very comfortable) but they need fitted sheets that have deep pockets. The sheet kept falling off. I was told by the staff that new sheets have been ordered. Overall everything was really nice.

Wonderful views. Small pool but we had it all to ourselves. Older building that was getting maintenance work done. Unit was as pictured. Just some wear and tear. In a quiet area. Several restaurants within a 15 minute drive.

Sergey did a fabulous job renovating this property.
The living room was very comfortable to hang out in the few nights we stayed in and ordered dinner. The kitchen had been completely redone with nice new appliances and cabinetry.
The views and sunsets are breathtaking off of the terrace.
I would stay here again!

The site on the beach is great. Quiet and not crowded. However the bedroom is full of mold. Particularly the air co diction in good unit and the closet. We left early because my spouse is allergic and had a horrible reaction. We had to send all clothes we hung in the closet to the cleaners to remove the stench. Surely there is something to remedy this problem. I told the front desk person about the problem and she ignored me when we left on Tuesday. We were supposed to leave on Thursday. I want a refund however I am not expecting to get it.

Amazing ocean view
The condo was very clean and up to date, with a beautiful view of this blue turquoise ocean seen from the living and kitchen area. Can’t say enough about the view, white sands and calm ocean! The beach is private to the condo making for a fun relaxing get away. The grounds of the condo are clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This condo is right in the middle of Longboat Key 6 1/2 miles from Anna Maria, Homes Beach, Bradenton. And on the other end Sarasota. Many restaurants, beaches and lots of shopping with a private beach stay to us a great blend. We will most definitely return

Nice place, we enjoyed our stay
Perfect size for two people and good location on Longboat Key. Too small for any more than two people. Some exterior construction work on the outside of lower floors of the building. Building is old but the interior of our unit was updated and very comfortable.

Beach vacation
Comdo is just as described. Nicely updated, spotlessly clean, spectacular view! No frills inn, but condo had everything we needed. We will definitely return 😊

Long Boat Key Destination Wedding
This is the second time that I have returned to this property (owned by Sergey) and it did not disappoint! The location on the strip and proximity to the beach make it the perfect place to stay on Long Boat Key. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering it and looking for a clean and convenient place to stay.

Perfect Longboat Weekend
Relaxing extended weekend beachfront at Longboat Key! Unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the pool and the beach as well as exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommend!

Winter get away
The unit was in great condition. The kitchen was fully stocked. Mattress on 1 queen bed needs to be replace, along with a brighter light over the kitchen sink.
Other than that we were very happy and will be back next year

Great beach
The unit was clean, nicely furnished and appeared to be recently renovated. Beautiful sandy beach with nice landscape and excellent location. The check in office is so crummy and the receptionist could be nicer and more friendly.

walk in shower
I especially appreciated the walk in shower instead of a bath tub since I am recuperating from a broken leg. Made life easier. Office staff was quick with a replacement for a broken coffee maker. View was lovely! Only negative was a hot mattress.
