We greatly enjoyed our stay at Diane's Irish Beach home near Manchester. We walked to the beach from the home. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the home. The house was large enough to accommodate three couples and 2 children. The kitchen was roomy and nicely stocked with plenty of dishes and handy cookware. It was also great to have a garage with working washer & dryer. Thank You! We are grateful!

The women of our family had a wonderful time staying at this location. The upstairs loft beds were great as well as the circle of recliners in the Livingroom so comfortable. The hot tub watching the beach sunsets were stunning. Highly recommend this property for a great weekend retreat! 🎉🎉🎉

This is a wonderful property, perfect for a family vacation. Large common area to relax in, great hot tub, wonderful beach access, and close to the Redwoods. Wish I was able to stay another week and enjoy watching the waves, seals, and sunsets on Irish Beach!

Absolutely wonderful. The house was immediately inviting. We commented on feeling like we had arrived at grandma's house. Everything we needed was there for cooking and baking. The views are spectacular. Could not have enjoyed it more.

What a wonderful house! We had three families and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The loft is great for kids. Beautiful views all around, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at the Heinzer Irish beach house. It was perfect for me and my family’s stay. The house was very well equipped with most everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The kids loved the upper loft bedroom and the hot tub was very enjoyable on the cool nights. The deck was super nice and I didn’t want to leave it. We could see the light house from our bedroom and also saw some humpback whales with the binoculars. The Point Arena light house was amazing especially when you get to the top where the light is! The Pier Place restaurant food was very good along with a cold beer. We also booked a fishing charter out of Fort Bragg and we all got limits of rock fish. The Irish beach access was easily accessible by car through the private gate and very nice.Thank you Diane Heinzer and family for letting us experience your wonderful beach home! We had a trip planned for Disneyland over spring break, but due to the coronavirus, they closed the park. We decided to take a trip to the coast and stayed at this beautiful place. The location is perfect and the view is amazing from the house. The had everything in the house that you’d need and a store very close. We will continue to visit here in the future.

We had a wonderful time. Loved the openness and the view was amazing. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal and lots of games and puzzles.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It took us a few days to get used to the driving around the mountainous areas otherwise everything was great!

We stayed at Diane’s lovely home during my daughter’s nearby wedding, and it was perfect for our East Coast family who stayed with us. The spectacular location, views from the deck, hot tub—all provided the quintessential California experience! And we were able to accommodate some overflow young guests in the upstairs area. It’s an older home, but well equipped and very clean. Highly recommended.

Walking to the beach is not easy, the hill the house sits upon is steep. I’d prepare to drive. The house could use some deep cleaning and the “informational” notes were excessive. I think I counted over 23. A binder is appropriate, but the sticky notes placed throughout the house were not welcoming. Over all the stay was good, but could be great with a few minor tweaks.

We had a great time nice house close to the beach. It was unseasonably warm and the house got a bit hot but that was an odd stretch of weather. Great view of the Irish beach rock from the deck. The giraffes in Point Arena are a must see.

Came up w/ friends to escape the city heat and work life. Its always a relaxing getaway at the Heinzer house! Might go for a third trip this year :) :).

Our extended family of 10 stayed here while attending a wedding in Elk, CA. The house accommodated our large group nicely, with plenty of beds and a roomy gathering room. The house was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view of the Pacific. Just what we needed for a weekend stay!

Enjoyed our time in your home. Walked to the beach daily. Great exercise! There was plenty of space for our group and we appreciate your working with us on our last minute plans.

This home was ideal for a holiday with several couples. The proximity to the beach path made it popular with the children in the group. The view is one of the best in the development (and we have stayed in many) Will certainly return.
