We were very pleased with our stay in the unit Marcela managed. We thought the pictures looked great but thought it was even nicer when we arrived. The unit had everything we might possibly need and it was very clean. Many of our potential needs were anticipated with items in the unit or comments by Marcela. The view was great- a lovely spot to relax on the balcony, near the pool, or the grill area. The beach a short drive away. We will look to stay again. Great find. Thank you .

Plenty of room with easy check in and many shops and restaurants you can walk to. On site restaurant was excellent and I would recommend making reservation before arriving. Listing was accurate with plenty of storage space for all your stuff.

The unit was beautiful, Mediterranean style- spacious, a wall of windows leading on to the roomy lanai. It was well-maintained & comfortable. Our unit was a corner unit on the 3rd floor at the end, which was quiet but difficult for accessibility for me with 3 flights of stairs and the far end from the elevator. We found the pool to be too far from the unit for our convenience, and the bbq grills beyond that so we did not grill as we like to do. We enjoyed the lanai with the warm sun, and a slight breeze, being up 3 floors and we sat out there each day. Marcela, the owner, couldn’t have been nicer. A real plus! And the people at the desk in the lobby were very warm & friendly & helpful. The grounds are just beautiful for nature-lovers like myself, and most pleasant for daily walks. This is my honest appraisal of our 6 weeks at Park Shore Resort.

Marcela's condo is lovely. The pictures are accurate but the place is even lovelier in person and very comfortable. Check in was quick and easy and Marcela's notes prior to our arrival provided everything we needed to know. The location in Naples was also great - walking distance to several restaurants and the supermarket. We hope to return again!

We enjoyed staying at Park Shore Resort! Great location in Naples. Pool was nice, grounds well kept, and condo was comfortable. We enjoyed pickleball and tennis, basketball, cornhole on-site. Very nice Weber grills to cook out. Beaches are within short driving distance (too far to walk). Property manager Marcela was very helpful.

This was a last minute booking and all in all it was a positive experience. The location of the condo is away from the pool so it's peaceful and we spent the majority of our time on the balcony when we were at the beach. Three major downsides: 1) the balcony screen was filthy. Both of our little people would get some dirty if they nudged up against it. 2) the master bed is terrible. Hard as a rock, like Fred Flintstone. I'm not sure what the owner is going for with memory foam but it's awful. 3) patio furniture is way dated and for the amount of time you spend relaxing out there it would be nice to have comfortable furniture. Check in was easy, supplies were in place, and getting around was a breeze. Nice relaxing time

Close to beach, grocery store, other shopping. unit has everything you might need. One suggestion would convert one of the bath tubs to a stand up shower to bring the unit more up to date.

This place was perfect for our stay. When we weren’t at the beach then we went to the pool. Awesome setting and a convenient restaurant right on location. Beaches are within a few miles. Not walking distance but that didn’t matter to us. I recommend this for people who want a quiet peaceful stay.

The condo was perfect for what we were looking for! It was clean, nicely decorated and furnished, and had everything that we needed for our stay. And Marcela was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay there. The complex has pretty much everything even if it is a little dated. And we really love the location with great restaurants and a supermarket and mocking distance. Check in process was great and the host was super communicative. The apartment itself was good too, with two caveats: the master bed was really really soft, and the pool on the property didn't seem like it was the cleanest.

This condo is great. I stayed with my family of 4 and the condo fit us perfectly. It has everything you’ll need for cooking meals, going to the beach, and the best part is that it felt like home! The property is nice, we spent a lot of time at the pool and walking around the beautiful grounds. We would definitely come back! Thanks again!

Really well done experience for my 70-something wife and myself. Spent 9 days here. Looks a little undistinguished when you drive up, but when you get to the condo and see what's inside the complex, very impressive environment!! Check-in was slow, inefficient, but that's Park Shore's fault. Great appliances, accoutrements in the condo. Easy-to-use laundry machines. Very well supplied kitchen. Great Linai. Good place to repeat to!

This condo was very clean and nice . The condo is in a resort with a tropical setting and a very good restaurant (reservations required). We like a firmer bed and that would be our only nitpick but we don’t own the condo. Very easy check in . We will book again!

Condo was clean and stocked with supplies. The owner was very helpful when the TV played out. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning.

Overall we had an okay experience at this property. The positives of this stay are the quietness of the location, yet it is still in an area with lots of restaurants to dine and shopping. You could easily go to the surrounding cities to explore other beaches like Sanibel Island, Marco Island, and Ft. Myers. One of our favorite grocery stores was The Fresh Market. They had delicious, quick meals to make at the condo if you wanted to cook. The walk to the beach is about 1.2 miles away, however, this is through the streets and someone not from the area would need GPS to navigate the path. The foliage in the condo association was very pretty and the wildlife was fun to watch. There were a lot of turtles and birds. Some of the negatives were the actual maintenance of the property. The hot tub had missing tiles and the timer was broken. The waterfall behind the pool was also broken for over half of our stay, but once fixed was very beautiful. There were plenty of dishes to use during our stay, and many towels. The onsite washer and dryer was very convenient since we were staying for 10 days. The dishwasher was extremely loud and could not be used during the night otherwise you couldn't sleep. In addition, the water from the dishwasher smelled like dead fish, so we needed to put bleach in it in order for the dishes to smell clean. There was mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom and the window in the master bedroom was cracked. The knives in the kitchen were extremely dull so it was difficult to cut anything that you wanted to cook. In addition, there was a limited supply of pots and pans if you wanted to cook a large meal. There was one pot and 2 skillets to use for cooking, which was very limiting. The patio overlooking the pond was very relaxing and tranquil. There was also a fantastic breeze that came through the condo when you opened the sliders and front door. Overall, our stay was okay and there are some updates that are needed to the property, however the actual geographical location for the price you pay was worth it.

Property was nice, more spacious than anticipated which is always good. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Owner did allow us to check-in early, which was a plus. It’s conveniently located, offers a washer and dryer, and was clean all except I’d recommend the owner considering replacing the mattress protector. The sheet on the bed was silky, slipping off the edges, which exposed the mattress protector. All I’ll say is, it needs replaced. That is literally my only complaint. Everything else was good!

We had such a good time! The property is in a very convenient location. The grounds are beautiful! We were able to relax and enjoy! Marcela is wonderful to work with!!!

Good size for 4 people. Condo well stocked with linens, towels and kitchen items. Very clean and well maintained. Park Shore Resort is a great location for families with children. Great pool, tennis courts and much more. Resort walking distance to many stores. Beach about 3/4 mile.
