We loved staying in this unit, easy to access by stairs, close proximity to both the beach and the pool areas, and a great view of the ocean! The unit was as described, had everything we needed for our stay, and we'd love to stay again :)

Me, my husband and our middle daughter stayed just steps away from my son and his girlfriend and my niece and her family. The trip was wonderful. The condominium was very clean with everything you will need. I loved the lazy river.

The unit was on the second floor with an amazing view and easy access to the beach or pool. The unit had more than what we needed for our stay and the patio was so wonderful for morning coffee. Definitely recommend

Rocky Point June 2022
We arrived two hours before posted check in time and our room was ready. Resort and pool were wonderful. Amazing to watch all the workers cleaning and watering every morning which seemed like an endless job. The condo we rented was great. Only one bedroom but all we needed for two of us.

This was our first time in RP and in las Palomas. So we didn’t know what to expect when checking in. And since it was a busy weekend, check in was a nightmare!…. But everything else was great! The condo was beautiful and spacious. The ocean view is exactly as it shows in the pictures. We had a wonderful time.

Clean unit, nicely decorated with beach themed items and pictures. Convenient accessibility to unit from the parking garage to the elevator or stairs. Incredible views down sandy beach. Can see sunrise from the balcony, sunset is hidden but can easily be watched from the beach. Nice new patio furniture. Sleeper queen sofa in living room and king size bed in main bedroom, unit easily sleeps 4. Great host, very responsive! A pleasure all around! Highly recommend!

Clean unit, nicely decorated with beach themed items and pictures. Convenient accessibility to unit from the parking garage to the elevator or stairs. Incredible views down sandy beach. Can see sunrise from the balcony, sunset is hidden but can easily be watched from the beach. Nice new patio furniture. Soon afterwards a family came and sat down where we were told to move. A different security guard came and even moved a lounge chair for them and no one seemed to be disabled and they were able to have quite a few people sitting there. Need to have the same rules for everyone.
