Our room was so nice and we had so much fun in Jerome that were planing another trip and I’m definitely going to plan the trip around the availability at the Clarkdale lodge. There’s ton pretty flowers and a garden. There’s a fantastic library upstairs that me and my fiancé are using for our engagement photos. The park outside is beautiful and so close to a lot of neat places to eat. 10/10 am coming again

Really enjoyed our stay, perfect for my husband and I. Wish there were blackout curtains or some kind of darker curtains as the sun rises so early. The place was nice and clean and comfortable. The place was spacious and all amenities were great as in soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc. Not sure is the coffee there was instant or just stale, but was bitter and weird.

It was great! Instant booking, easy check-in, and the area was very nice! It’s a charming place to stay with easy access to a lot of areas nearby!

We Loved it , Was great peaceful could use some weeding outside, but very homey just like home. Scenery is Beautiful , lots to enjoy, Thank you be back soon again.

The two of us stayed at the Clarkdale Lodge for 3 nights in early May. We had what was described as a "studio apartment", but was really like a small hotel room - kingsize bed, dorm-sized fridge, microwave, 2 cup coffee maker, TV and private bath. That being said it was a super friendly place - we loved going up to the second floor patio and meeting up and visiting with the other residents who were staying there. It was very quiet and pleasant, and provided easy access to Jerome, Cottonwood, and Sedona. We would go back.

Not only is the location perfect, the rooms perfect, the park perfect, the walkable restaurants perfect AMAZING wineries 15 min away, but the HOST are perfect as well! So clean , everything clean, coffee, creamer, condiments m, ice trays, clean towels and plenty of them, Internet that works TV that plays more than Netflix, dog friendly, great parking....it is our home away from home and we love it!!!! See you soon!!!!! 💕💕💕

It was located in a good spot for us for what we wanted to do in the area. It was a very quiet safe place within walking distance to several good restaurants and bars.

They really do things right here! If you go to many homeaways you will definitely appreciate every single touch Clarkdale lodge does!! Plenty of towels, coffee, refrigerator, freezer, with ice cubes! TV with cable, and Internet that works. Many places offer TV cable and Internet but most places you have to have a Netflix account to watch anything on TV. Not Clarkdale liodge!!! Coffee cups, glasses for your wine that you bring back from the winery, hot water, great shower, clean, convenient, and pet friendly! What more could you ask for, oh that’s right? An extremely friendly host, And that is exactly what you get! Can’t wait to come back soon!

What a perfect location To get away, enjoying the cooler weather of being out of the city. The location could not have been better, so close to Sedona, cornville, all of the wineries and more!! The room it’s self was so cute and cozy, but more importantly had everything you could possibly imagine for a studio! As a matter of fact, we have rented three and four bedroom homes and I have not had the amenities like we have here. From coffee to creamer in the refrigerator, enough towels for our stay, as well as a microwave, refrigerator, Glasses for the wine we came back with, and even a hairdryer! Being pet friendly was an absolute plus, however having a huge park across the street and even free Wi-Fi at the park was a huge treat !! Restaurants within walking distance, decorated for the holidays and such a friendly staff to answer any and all questions!! Already booked to come back in 3 weeks!!

The lodge is in downtown Clarkdale. It was convenient that there were a few bars and dining options within walking distance. Only a few miles away is historic Old Town Cottonwood with many dining choices. We enjoyed sitting on the second floor patio with a view of Jerome on the hillside and Sedona in the distance. We stayed in room 103 which was one of the smaller units. We were there three nights and the space, although small, was certainly adequate. The refrigerator and microwave were a plus. The owner was very accommodating. The Clarkdale Lodge seems to be a work in progress so I am sure that it will continue a great option in the area. We would stay here again.

Lovely decor, homey atmosphere with period pieces that retain the historical flavor of the boarding house, clean and new linens, comfortable space. However, deleted 1 star for clutter of plants and disorganized arrangements on deck. Also could hear other guests through walls. Overall, this is a good place to stay near Jerome, although we had to go to Cottonwood or Jerome for restaurant food. Thanks to the owners for easy checkin and clean rooms!

Clarkdale lodge is just a great option to spend some time in the verde valley, great location and great staff.. we love come here.

The property is not new. It's old but very well kept. It is across the street from a park where I could walk my dog. Very quiet during the week.

We stayed in the room on the main floor. Overall the room was clean and well maintained. The lobby and indoor space was stuffy and hot with the exception of our room which was comfortable with the air conditioning. It would have been helpful to have a list of amenities available. We really enjoyed the small town of Clarkdale, and would consider returning to one of the apartments on the second floor.

Very quaint property. Hostess was nice, parking lot requires work as does the sound proofing of the rooms. Nice room, bed ok, very warn blankets, we were comfortable. Warm water took awhile coming, bathroom pretty nice. Looked for instructions on how to leave but none were sent or given. Can't wait til property is done. We believe will be a nicer place.
