The two gentlemen on the counter were rude, one even yelled and offended us because we asked for breakfast at 845 and he said we wasn’t gonna prepare more we had to buy breakfast that day because they ran out before 9 he even nagged us and told sus to wake up earlier

Comfortable beds.

Bad communication from the staff, room cleaning was bad, couldn’t even use the pool because their maintenance is terrible and didnt have the pool clean.

Everything was broken. Drug addicts around every corner. Unsafe. Very dangerous.

The property is unkempt and in poor condition. There was a hole in the wall next to the smoke detector, the room has the odor of mildew, the walls look like a child came from playing on a black top playground all day and rubbed the walls. I was in the room for 10 minutes and checked out immediately. That is when the poor communication started. The communication with staff and management were poor. They are not offering any value and strict policies that only protect them even when they are in the wrong (did not want to refund early check in fee when I left early due to cleanliness issues). I had to call the property multiple times, send emails, and call booking.com for a resolution.

Only good thing the beds were comfortable the mirror had a light on it, and my son loved that they had a waffle maker to have breakfast every morning.

Don't think they had enough people to have house keeping come around. First room we had beds and air conditioning was broke and second one didn't have a remote kids weren't to happy about getting up to change channels. Bathroom was so tiny. Didn't have much of a choice on breakfast foods.

I really did not like anything about it. It was not clean.

The place did not look welcoming. When I did arrive in my room the room was dirty, no remote for the tv. The mattress was broken. Overheard other guests were having issues with their room also.

Location is decently close to Disney Parks.

The room was dirty. The floors had not been vacuumed or swept. There was trash all over the carpet. The walls were dirty. The bed was horribly hard and pillows were like bricks. Sheets had stains on them. Not enough towels left for amount of people in the room. Overall will not stay again and don't recommend. Spend more money for a clean hotel.

The air conditinner wasn't functioning consistently. There was a leak in the bathroom floor next to the toilet. The AC needs maintenance

This it was close to everything

The room A/C wasn’t working we told the front desk person and they told us that they would switch off to a different room when we got back that evening and they did nothing about it. We called four or five times to the front desk and no one would ever answer you sucked it up and just stayed in the room. We are still waiting for the hotel manager to contact us which they haven’t stay away.

everything it’s a total dump not worth the price my bed sheets - comforter had blood stains human hair all over the bathroom human waste was lift in the toilet room smells like dead rats and this was the better of two rooms offered to me my wife had to get cleaning supplies and candles from Walmart

Refrigerator in the room.

It is SO outdated and really does not look safe! Sheets were dirty. No maid service. When we asked for new towels, they just tossed them on the bed.

the mattresses were filthy, there were bug dropping at the seams of the mattress. hair all over the bed sheets. the location was not the best. just overall dirty.

Breakfast was nice

Only one ice machine for the whole property, someone dumped food in the parking lot and no one cleaned it up

The hotel looks like they're going to closed because everything looks unclean and abandoned. No ice machine also the worst breakfast.

One of the reception staff tried to raise money by demanding extra fees. The same thing happened to another guest who was checking out when we arrived at the hotel. I recorded what happened with my phone.
