The only issue we had with the property we had a noise complaint but we did have 3 kids staying with us and it was hard to keep them quite and not be up moving around. Other than this we had a great time

We arrived and easily checked in at the front desk. After navigating to the appropriate building, we were happy to find a lunge cart to assist us getting to the condo. The condo was much smaller than we had anticipated. My husband is 6’5” and the amenities (sofa, bed) were very small, and the condo is small. The online listing did not mention a keurig, but thankfully there was a regular coffee pot as well. The condo could really use a deep clean. While it was generally clean, the baseboards, walls and floors needed a clean. The balcony is a nice place to have coffee and listen to the ocean. There is a pub table with two chairs. There was a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and some beach toys for anyone with kids. The pool was great and had a hot tub. It goes from 3ft to 8ft which was great for someone tall. The sports bar is fun. The wait staff are really friendly and the food is pretty good too. Get the Bloody Mary, it will not disappoint. Renting bikes is really easy. It’s $30 a day or $35 for three days. You can rent a basket and lock. There is a smart tv but the Wi-Fi is shotty. Went down several times and made it hard to work. Overall, everything you need for a short time. No frills but enjoyable.

This was our third year at the resort and we love it more and more every time!

The condo was newly renovated with the nicest finishings. With a full kitchen we cook or dine out without leaving the resort. With all views of the ocean. All the staff and guests were so happy all the time because they were in paradise. I cannot wait to return.

The condo was wonderful. The view from the balcony was beautiful and made morning coffee that much more enjoyable. The only hiccup was we didn't get the email with the entry info and front desk doesn't have keys. I called the maintenance contact that we had and he gave us the door code right away.

The condo was beautifully decorated with an awesome view of the ocean. The amenities provided were very nice especially the Keurig Coffee maker with a couple of coffee pods. The front beach resort had an excellent restaurant with beach bar and grill along with an ice cream stand. We will definitely make this a every year vacation destination.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our long weekend with our family of 5. Kids enjoyed the pool and the quick access to the beach. Good food options on property as well.

We stayed for a week from may 29 th and had a great time! Beach was really close and restaurants on site were a plus. Condo was nice and clean. 5 star well earned! Few small things to work in; All was good but had 2 towels not clean and top bunk bed had cracks in the bottom wood planks which kind of worried us. Also price of $2450 was a little too high

Lovely condo with a nice side view of the ocean. Beautifully decorated; very clean; all necessities provided; and the bed was comfortable! My kid enjoyed the bunk beds! Easy walk to the beach, pool, and the clubhouse. Thanks, Jeff, for great communication and an easy trip! We had a blast. Highly recommend! Five stars!

This is our 4th time in 3 years coming to this location. Love the area and love these condos. So close to the beach and such easy access. It was wonderful that there were beach chairs and a wagon to use.

Great location. Bedroom was VERY small. Loved the balcony.

Condo was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described! The only improvement I'd recommend is to have the icemaker repaired. Otherwise, it was perfect!!

We brought our three kids (ages 3, 5, 7) and this property was perfect. The pool area is awesome for kids and the beach bar is great for adults! The beach was beautiful and everything was very easily accessible from this unit. The property manager was very prompt when we had questions. The space it self isn't huge but served our family of 5 wonderfully. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Hilton Head. Note to bring your own beach towels and the on-site laundry is a bit of a hassle.

I’m very picky when it comes to vacation rentals. This rental checked ALL my boxes! Close to the beach, clean, updated furnishings. My husband and I were very pleased and would rent again. My two teenage girls didn’t mind the bunk beds. Value plus location = a win, win!

We had a great time in Hilton Head. The condo was clean conveniently located to all we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Cockroaches in the kitchen. I contacted the front desk and was told that since we have children they could not exterminate them and we just had to deal with it. We Could not get in touch with property manager at all. The beach chairs were locked up and we were never given a code to unlock them so we did not get to use them. Multiple lightbulbs out with no back up replacement. We were also disappointed to find there were no cleaning supplies such as the Lysol wipes to clean anything up

The accommodations at the property were great! The condo met all our needs, was very clean and updated. We would book this property again with no hesitation!

The condo it's self was a little small, but perfect for a couple. We wanted to try something new, other than the typical hotel experience and we were not disappointed! Whenever we come to South Carolina this is where we will be staying from now on.

My wife and I were very happy with this cute condo. It had everything we needed and had a good side view of the ocean from the balcony. The owner left beach chairs and a wagon for our beachwear- very nice perk. The resort was very central to everything on the island, but there were days we never left the resort because it had everything we needed! It is a small condo, but again, cozy and updated and perfect for what we needed .

Overall, we had a pleasant time on our trip here. It started off a little rough because we arrived and security didn't have our name on a list to let us in and our air conditioning didn't work. After the first rough night (we ended up staying in a hotel and got refunded) everything was great! The owner handled everything the best it could have and all was good. The condo is small but just fine for two people. It's close to the beach and pool and you have a peek at the water from the balcony. We enjoyed the restaurant on site and the pool bar as well. Tip: If you want to go when it's quiet, go RIGHT AFTER Labor Day. We got there the Friday of and it was packed but by Tuesday it was abandoned around there. Apparently, East coast kids go back after then so everyone was around right before and then was wonderful after!

Not a terrible unit. It’s definitely dated. The kitchen was updated though. At the end of a day, I can’t be mad because the price was right. But you get what you pay for. Not great, not terrible. And the bedroom is pretty small.

Overall, property was nice and it is just a boardwalk walk away from the beach. We utilized the restaurants and both were very inexpensive, and the food/drinks were good. We liked the condo as well, cleaners could have done a better job prior to our stay but we liked the overall property and it’s ammenities.

Loved staying

Had a horrible stay. Contacted the “property manager” Kovach properties who could have cared less about the fact that my non-smoking room smelled very heavily of smoke. No one from the company contacted me back. No one on site to assist. We cut our visit short and my oldest son did not stay in the room at all as a result of the room odor. We booked through Evolve. I WILL NEVER use that company again. As for Hilton Head Beach and Tennis, the resort that this room is located, I have stayed there for years, and strongly encourage anyone to book through them. They have on site property managers who actually will help if you have concerns/issues. I thought k found a deal, and learned the hard way. You get what you pay for!! This layout room is very very small as well. If you have small children, they will probably be confortavle on the bunks
