nice unit. The trees coulcd use a trimed. They were a lot taller than the pictures show. Blocked over 1/2 view of lake. Love seat recliner so uncomfortable couldnot be used.

Loved the master bedroom with the corner windows. We had a very relaxing and fun stay this weekend. Enjoyed making new memories. Thank you for your hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place!

My 3 teenage children and I spent a week here. The condo provided some really awesome views of the lake and had plenty of room for us. There were many nights and early mornings spent enjoying the screened in porch with ceiling fan. We swam in the lake and both the pools. The lake access and lower pool were right next to each other, so that was convenient. There are some sets of stairs to get to that area, but it wasn't terrible. We had a little issue with the right code for the pool areas, but that was quickly rectified by Sherri. The location was awesome! Not very far from the Bagnel Damn strip. Minutes away from restaurants, Hy-Vee, Walmart.

Lovely property, clean, loved the screened in balcony! Had everything you would need. Convenient location to pool, and swim dock and pickleball courts. Close proximity to Osage Beach shopping and restaurants. View of the water.

Rented dock for boat it was fine, but a lot of stairs if your carrying items back and forth.

Great place
We have stayed in several units at Regatta Bay. This unit is close to the pool and walk in unit which is what we were looking for. Unit was very clean and comfortable. They do supply starter staples so make sure you supply your own and also a hairdryer. Beds were very comfortable but we spent much of our time on the screened in deck when we were in the unit. We had a very nice stay.

Family Time at the Lake
Enjoyed staying here. Everything was just as the description said. We were close to other family members & we enjoyed be able to visit with them. Just wish the weather would have been better.

Ozarks Vacation 2021
Property was very clean and well laid out. Our family rented 4 individual condo all were very clean and stocked with basics…TP, paper towels cooking utensils ect, location is great for boating, golf, and restaurants.

Perfect location
The property was in a perfect location. Could use some foldable chairs to use by water but we got some cheap ones down the street. We bought some $15 fishing poles and cleaned them up and left on balcony for next guest. Great location. A/C works perfect!

We needed somewhere to stay while we did renovations on a house we bought near by. She was very helpful, quick to respond when I needed to add a few extra days to our stay.I love this place, during the week it was like our private spot time forgot about, however the weekend does get busy...but still is a wonderful place!!!!

Getaway during chaos
We just wanted a nice change of scenery after being home for a couple of months. This place was perfect. We enjoyed the screened in porch and wonderful view of the lake. Sherri was very attentive and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Great place to stay, very reasonable, awesome location.
I will never stay anywhere else. This was perfect for the lake. Close to Shady's and the Toad and gas close by. Awesome screened in patio and plenty of places to sleep. Sherry was very helpful and made sure we got into our unit with no issues. Would highly recommend!

Nice place!
Clean and comfortable place just a few steps from the parking lot! Great view.Gas grill was gassed up and ready to roll. Screened-in porch was nice to keep the bugs out, though the view was affected a bit. Nice amenities including 2 pools (one quiet up top and another one more happening right by the lake/dock and 2 tennis courts. Security system entry with numeric code, so no need to pick up physical keys at property management office. Decor is circa 1990's but, again, was super clean and comfy.

Never had to run a dishwasher and put all dishes away before checking out but other than that great place to stay
