This was a great Villa. Quiet neighborhood, steps to the beach, all the amenities we needed. House Keeping did a great job. Any time i had any questions, Angela was very prompt and accommodating. We will be back in the future and will be renting both houses.

Perfect location, 30 seconds to the beach. Great house, even better than the pics. Perfect for a family of 10 including 4 kids 10-12.

Honestly we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed. Super close to the beach and the beach there is wonderful. There are lots of great amenities and we especially enjoyed all the beach supplies in the garage. We even used the two bikes! The neighborhood is safe and secure while still being close to all the activity in town. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!

I stayed with my wife and kids and a few family members. The home was super spacious, more sleeping room than in the listing. House was super clean and had no lack of amenities. The area the home is located in is a super secure and safe place for anyone, they had constant security making rounds throughout the day and night so there was never any feeling of worry while there. Everything plays has to offer is within walking distance from the home. The beach is just a few short steps and was very clean, good to swim in woth calm waters. Erin and Angela were extremely quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there again in the near future!!!!

Great location, you can walk to “La Quinta Avenida” and beach is 1 minute away. The property is super comfortable. My family and I had a great time relaxing at the pool.

The house was amazing and the location can’t be beat. Everything was as good or better than listed. We are a family of 7 and this was more than enough, could easily have the grandparents or another family with us. FYI the house next door can also be rented with this one for a larger group, which we are considering for next year. Great service from the booking to airport pickup, grocery delivery and cleaning. Great stay!

This house was perfect for our group of 8! The four private suites allowed for each couple to have their own space, including a king sized bed and ensuite bath. There are two additional bathrooms in the home. The kitchen was well appointed and had nearly everything we needed. We did purchase some additional spices and oil for cooking. We used the grocery service the first night as we arrived very late to the property. That was wonderful! The living room is perfect for lounging. The location of the property was fantastic. The beach is steps away and the view of the ocean is beautiful from the balcony. The house had all the beach essentials we needed, and more. As far as the shared pool, it is a nice addition. We enjoyed complete privacy for the first few days as the sister house was vacant. We really didn't use it after a large group arrived on day four. So I would say it is a lovely pool and outdoor space but I personally didn't feel the need to co-mingle in the pool. The location to Fifth Avenue was awesome. It's a lot of walking, but it worked perfectly for our group. The proximity to the ferry is also so convenient. Although the house and property are amazing, it does show some minor wear and tear. For example, the garage door does not close all the way, some of the faucets are a little leaky, and the microwave is extremely loud. None of this effected our stay or enjoyment of the home. The communication with Erin, Angela, and Susan was very positive and timely. We would definitely recommend this property to others!

The house is right across from beach access. Bathrooms in every bedroom. Easy communication. If we come back to playacar this is where we will stay.

Very large and clean. This property had everything we needed. Just a few steps from the beach. The taxis were close and plentiful. Each room has it’s own bathroom and shower. This home is not lacking in space. Susan del Lima helped so much with setting up travel outside the city.

We loved our stay at Casa Jalach Naj. The property is beautiful and has everything you need for a great stay at the beach. We especially enjoyed the fantastic meals prepared by the wonderful chefs. Erin is also terrific at helping to arrange transportation. Hope we are able to enjoy another stay here in the future!

We had an amazing stay in playa del Carmen. The home was large enough for our whole family. It is just minutes to the beach and the home itself was in great working order. We had a little trouble with the door lock at one point but someone came to our rescue right away. Garbage was taken daily as well as purified water was available daily. House cleaner 3 times during the week and the pool area was amazing. Thank you for all the attention to details and the easy communication as that was a huge help throughout our stay!

Awesome home for a family, friends or couples gathering. The place is just as described and is in a good location to the action (20 steps to beachfront) and 5th avenue but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. It's just a short (10 minute) walk to everything you might want to do...shop, eat, catch the ferry to Cozumel, tours; etc. The home is well-equipped with most everything you need if you intend to make meals and the grocery stocking option is a good service to utilize. Erin, Angela & Susan attended to our needs and made the process seamless from beginning to end. Pool was cleaned daily, bottled water service daily and garbage pickup. The washer/dryer was a bonus and we really appreciated beach towels, chairs and other beach accoutrements. I'd definitely recommend Casa Jalach-Naj as a place to stay and for larger family or other gatherings renting the sister villa. In case you are wondering also if the rental of the sister villa next door is distracting if other guests are there, I'd say it depends on the people there but it wasn't for us and it was rented. We used the pool daily without worries and also dined outdoors on the patio. Overall we had a wonderful family stay for a family of eight (7 adults + 2.5 year old).

I rented this house for 12-13 men for a bachelor party. Angela, Erin, and Susan we're all very helpful and responsive when I was planning activities around Playa del Carmen, and making sure that we had an amazing time for the weekend. The house was to our liking with enough space for all of us. I worked with Susan for preparing meals and shopping for our stay, and it went absolutely flawlessly. The chefs were prompt, friendly, and kind, and cooked deliciously amazing food. Erin helped me coordinate travel between Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum, which was all handled flawlessly as some of the travel situations changed due to Covid. When we ran into issues at the villa, Angela was prompt to correct the issue and provide us with ways to prevent the issue from occuring again. Absolutely recommend this property and the staff that support this property.

The loveliest of holidays. Easy, efficient and a beautiful house. Both Erin and Angela were a delight to work with. Highly recommend the house and the area. Great town... enjoyed 5th ave strolling, shopping and dining!

Great time

We had an amazing stay. It was 6 adults from my family as well as 3 young children. With us being in a pandemic this property was awesome! The beach was very private and was little to no people. We used chef services and they were super attentive to our needs, even when it may have been last minute. Erin attended to ALL of our needs quickly and kindly! Definitely will be back.

The place was lovely! Spacious bedrooms, many balconies, awesome pool, etc. we had amazing time. The walk to town was a quick 10 mins. The beach was 1 minute away. There wasn’t any seaweed in this part of Playa this year. I highly recommend staying here. The personal chef that was recommended was awesome and the food was delicious. We look forward to our stay next year!

We stayed at this house for five days and we loved it. It’s beautiful, clean, and the location is just perfect. Definitely recommend it. Hope come back soon. :-) Robert

The house was amazing and the proximity to the beach was an additional perk. While we did have a few mishaps during our stay, Erin was quick to respond and send someone to have the issue resolved.

This house is outstanding. The pictures don’t do it justice. We are avid world travelers and always rent houses. This is the best one yet! We stayed with 4 adults and two little kids (1 and 4 years old). Much larger than it looks in pictures and exceptionally clean. The bedrooms are gorgeous with large comfortable beds. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. It’s actually 5 bedrooms: 2 upstairs including the master, 2 large bedrooms downstairs and 1 very small bedroom near kitchen (not an ideal bedroom to stay in but does offer another full bath). You are just a few steps from the beach. The balconies offer beautiful unobstructed views of the water and you can see the water from the dining room. The pool was perfect for relaxing. The Playacar neighborhood is in the perfect location and adds a level of safety given that it is a gated community. We never had any issues or questions about safety during our stay in Playacar or walking the VERY short walk less than 10 minute walk (we are slow walkers) to Playa del carmen. The Latin Latitudes team that manages the rental are exceptional. Susan helped us with all of our activities and answered all of our questions about the area. Ilena helped with our booking of the house. And Angela was available to answer questions about the house once we were there. The restaurant recommendations in the guest guide at the house were fantastic including La Perla and Patio8. Couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fantastic vacation!

We were a family of 8 and had such a great time at this property, it is steps away from the beach and the pool was great as well. The interior was very spacious and the furniture was really nice. Housekeeping came every other day and did a great job. The listing description was accurate. We enjoyed all the great restaurants as well as eating with the locals, great quesadilla and tacos for 15 pesos. The area is very secure.

Half a block away from the beach, great pool, walking distance to town and shops. Extremely safe neighborhood. This place really had it all. Angela, the property manager, was incredibly responsive (we had an issue with an air conditioner in one of the bedrooms - it was fixed within half a day), and the booking/reservation/payment process was super straightforward. We were 3 families with 2 elementary grade kids and absolutely had plenty of space to stretch out. Got a lot of use out of the double garage (we rented 2 cars), along with all the beach toys/chairs that came with the house. There were events at neighboring houses (many cars parked in the street) while we were there, so it was nice to have dedicated parking. We had an absolutely fantastic time, and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed stay there, the house has All we need, very comfortable beds and furniture, AC in every area of the house, bathroom in each room, Equipped kitchen, own Pool, very clean installations and in front beach. Places to visit very close. The price is worth it.

Estuve en verano 2015 y la casa estaba lo máximo de comodidad....tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, delicioso estar en la alberca bronceándote y solo tu familia te puede estar viendo, tiene privacidad, muy seguro y a unos pasos tienes el mar!!! Lo disfrutamos bastante!!!!
