This is our favorite place to stay when we visit our family! It has lots of space to host family dinners and has everything we need for a comfortable stay. Not to mention the view - it is stunning!!

We truly enjoyed this beautiful and convenient location. The house had everything we needed and was tremendously comfortable. Very clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Our host was gracious and responsive.

My husband, two daughters and I stayed at this gem of a property for college move-in weekend. Our daughter is a freshman and was nervous about being away from home for the first time and living independently. This rental provided us as a family the PERFECT opportunity for that transition. We could not have hoped for a better place to stay! Toni was incredibly fast to respond to all inquiries at all times, unbelievably kind and polite. Excellent communication aside, of all the rental properties we have stayed in over the years, nothing compares to this one. The level of personal touches is off the charts at this property. It was literally a home away from home. Everything we could have needed and then some was available for us to use and they were all quality items. The signa on the walls were inspirational and relaxing. The views were breathtaking and phenomenal. It is a very safe and extremely quiet property that is spacious and comfortable. We will be back to stay here again for sure. Thank you, Toni, for making this huge life transition so much easier on all of us by sharing your incredible property with us. We were in town for a baseball tournament and a to get away from the heat! He was lovely and the views were awesome! Super quite and a perfect weekend! We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning. Thank you!

Clean, quiet, modern, and well equipped house. Owner was responsive. All pictures on listing were accurate. All amenities were as advertised. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

This is our third stay here, the family is very attentive and take great care of the property! Lovely views of the Ocean and farmland below. The neighborhood is great to walk around and very well maintained.

Beautiful home, with all the comforts one needs. Great kitchen, plenty of entertainment, beds are perfect. The view is breathtaking, looking out over green fields that lead to the ocean. and to the left a view of the bay. The nicest and most inspiring place we have stayed

We were looking for a quiet stay away from city life over the holidays and that is exactly what we got here. Toni's place was exactly as we expected and hoped for based on the photos and description. Communication was fast and easy. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. Highly recommend and look forward to a future stay here!

Spectacular sunsets, easy access to Highway 101, great location, lower bedroom is awesome, upper bedroom is exceptional. I recommend this location. Thanks for a great time.

Toni's house was lovely and so well equipped, it honestly had everything that we needed. The house was probably one of the cleanest rentals that we've stayed in and Toni was easy to communicate with. After hiking at Redwoods, it was nice to come back to a comfy, cozy place to relax. Hopefully one day we'll be back!

We stayed here for four days with our friends and our dog. The home is beautiful, clean, well equipped and comfortable with an amazing setting. We spent every late afternoon/ early evening enjoying cocktails on the deck with gorgeous with views as far as the eye can see. It was hard to leave. We cannot wait to return.

Home was very clean and easy to access. The home was very well stocked with supplies. Kitchen was the best ever! Just a note for pet owners - the yard is not fenced and is shared. Due to other animals in the area I remained outside with our dog. In addition at times there were children walking through the yard/in front of the windows. The home lacks some privacy due to the proximity of the home next door. The master bedroom was excellent and a true suite. The second bedroom and sofa sleeper are in a loft area that is open to the rest of the home. As a result anyone cooking in the kitchen would wake those sleeping in the 2nd bedroom. Home worked for us but wished the back area contained a bed so someone could sleep/nap without being disturbed by those in the main area of the home.

We have stayed at many vacation rentals, and this one was our favorite. The house is spacious, VERY well equipped (better than most people’s homes, I would imagine), great views, and has very friendly hosts. The bed was perfectly soft and comfy. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

One of the cleanest houses and (hands down) best equipped kitchens we have ever rented! The beds were comfortable, showers great, and space (and privacy) for two couples exceeded our expectations. Although it was separated (but next) to the owners house, our rental was quiet and had an unobstructed view of Humbolt Bay. And, to top it all off, while the inland areas were suffering from 100+ heat, our 66-70 degrees provided an awesome break!

The property was not as expected because it sits extremely close to another house, nearly all windows look onto the other house or their driveway. The house basically shares a yard with the neighboring house and people were out working with noisy equipment, or kids playing, and barking dog wandering freely. It was impossible to come and go with any discretion or without encountering the barking dog. Inside the house, it was "packed" with ammenities like 2 coffee makers, a ping pong table and many TV's. Unfortunately, many items didn't really work such as jaccuzzi tub that didn't work, shower door that didn't close so water got everywhere, heater that wouldn't turn off, leaking kitchen faucet, ripped dining room chairs, broken blind in the bedroom, etc. Finally, the house was decorated in the most awful culturally appropriative art (golden buddhas, etc). On a positive note, the bed was excellent, and the kitchen was well stocked and the view was very nice.

The home was lovely, clean and well stocked. It is conveniently located, close to freeway and Arcata. We would love to stay there again.

Great jumping off point for hiking in the Redwoods and tide-pooling. It was always great to come back and relax a bit at the house before making a leisurely dinner on the grill. This place was stunning and was so well appointed in every way. Hope to be back!

Comfortable, well-appointed home with a view.

On a clear day, the view is spectacular. It is very well equipped and a great home base for our trip to see the Redwoods! It would have been nice to know that there was another unit on the property. This is an entire (and quite large) guesthouse, but there is a shared yard and house is close. It wasn’t an issue, just a surprise.

The house is located in a very nice neighborhood with beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding area. The kitchen had everything we needed, including 3 types of coffee makers and an air popper. There are also books and games available for guests. The reason I gave only 4 stars for cleanliness is because the oven and BBQ grill were extremely dirty, and we had to clean them. But everything else was clean and well-maintained.

I stayed Easter weekend and hosted a small Easter brunch for my family. It was so wonderful to entertain in such a lovely house, in an amazing location, with a great view and and an incredibly well stocked kitchen. I wanted for nothing.

Just a perfect get away!! Well stocked home with everything you need to cook at home, great location and views!
