The dishwasher needs replacement.

The unit was beautiful and spacious. The location was great.

Place was a bit shabbier than expected; missing kitchen things, Master Shower did not work until “fixed it” No salt but there was pepper Quiet and safe :) a real plus! Laundry in unit awesome

This was a lovely, clean, unit with a great location to one of the many pools on the property. The unit had everything we needed for a 5 day stay....comfy beds, wifi (although our cell signal wasn't great), nicely equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, electric BBQ and an AC that was easy to access and operate. The Legacy Villa community is GORGEOUS!....Complete with bunny & roadrunner sightings around the property. The unit had electronic locks that were easy to use. The community is less than a 5 minute drive from everything you would need....Starbucks, Trader Joes, Stater Bros., lots of restaurants, movie theaters, etc. We had our dog with us and there were plenty of grassy areas to walk so his little paws didn't get fried on the blacktop. Once we checked in and received our parking pass, driving on and off the property was very easy. Going out for early morning walks I saw staff cleaning the pool areas every day and grounds people trimming and cleaning. The host was easy to communicate with. There was an interactive video screen in our unit with helpful videos on the amenities of the property. Overall we LOVED this unit...just a couple of things that are noteworthy for future guests....the ceiling fan in the master bedroom squeaked when on...so loudly at times that we had to turn it off...which was a bummer since we like to sleep with the fan on. And, the master shower was ADA accessible which wasn't an issue except it was tricky trying to turn the shower on and off. I am not sure if it was the shower itself or operator error....a video added to the interactive screen could be helpful. And the last thing was that there seemed to be a very limited TV channels available on the 2 TVs in the unit. For us this wasn't a big deal because we stream most of our programming on our computers but for some it might be important. Other than those few things this was a 5 star unit and we would definitely return.

Place is exactly as described. Would go back I just wish a little later check out was available. After a week there it’s a lot to pack up the family and go.

Property had great amenities, close to restaurants, golf courses and shopping.

A beautiful community and great location. The Villa needed a better cleaning. We came across dirty silverware, knives and coffee mugs. Floor not clean in Master Bedroom & I think important to note the binding around the carpet has exposed nails so if barefoot someone could get hurt. Also A/C ran great in MB but did not circulate into 2nd bedroom & living room. We enjoyed the comfortable sofa & beds and really enjoyed the little patio. Communication with the rental agency was excellent . It’s a charming Villa that we did enjoy.

Lovely ground floor unit near the pool. This complex is one of my favorites - always well maintained and beautiful. I've been renting from California Vacation Villas for a few years now and always have great experiences dealing with them. Thank you for another great stay!

The property had everything we needed. The roll in shower and grab bars in the bathroom made it a safe, comfortable vacation. The view of the mountains was beautiful. In my opinion the carpet in the bedroom should be replaced because it’s pulled away from the tack strip and makes for a painful moment if you step in the wrong spot without shoes on.

Everything was very clean and wonderful accommodations. I would definitely stay again!

Had an amazing experience! It's our first time not in a hotel in the Palm Springs area and I can truly say this home, if available will be the way to go from here on out! Clean with a great floorplan! Loved everything about it!

All good, except a lot of ants in the kitchen's sink area and small bathroom toilet tank not working properly.

Only thing is we need to baby proof the place and put locks inside the doors because Mt toddler would open it and run out lol

California villas property management did not communicate accurately the total cost with pet fees even though I asked very clearly via VRBO messages. Note that even though we specified that we were bringing a pet, the total cost shown in the VRBO did not include pet fee. They hit us with a $100 pet fee cost after it was too late to cancel. Calling California villas did not help because they insisted they did not know what was communicated in the VRBO messages. Poor property management communication. We want to bring up that the hallway toilet has a leaking stopper valve. Also, the base of the kitchen faucet is leaking. Other than that, the unit is very spacious and comfortable. It is very near the main pool. The views are amazing!

Everything we received, and we received several emails and text messages, indicated a 3pm check-in. We tried to get an early check-in but we were denied because the property indicated they were busy but that's a different gripe. When my wife tried to check in at 3, she was told that check-in wasn't until 4 and had to take a good bit of time to deal with this. During covid, we've tried to be extra safe because she is visibly pregnant and we didn't want to use any public bathrooms when we can avoid it. After the drive, she had to use the bathroom and timed it out with our arrival. Coupled with dealing with our 3 year old and our dog, it was an unwarranted stress when everything we received said 3pm. Other than that, the rest of our stay was great. Clean unit and we'll located. Enough pools to provide plenty of distancing.

So when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. It was comfortable, clean and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The fridge and cupboards were not full of supplies but with covid-19 I was more than happy with that and would not want to use them anyway. Washing liquid, sponge, dishwasher tabs, washing tabs were all supplied, along with tea and coffee so for me that was perfect. The surrounding area was lovely, nice pools, a trail to walk and beautiful grounds. A good trip had and we would happily return again.

There are a lot of small pools and we had the hot tub pretty much to ourselves. Close to shopping and the kitchen was roomy for cooking. I agree with a recent commenter that said a few things look 'tired'. The dining room table and chairs need replacing -- chairs wobble a lot.

We had an issue with the dryer in our unit and they sent someone out the next day to repair. The Covid19 pandemic hit the US during our stay. The association decided to close pools to more than 10 people, but less people than usual were staying in the Villas due to the virus, so still acceptable. Overall, a very great place to stay. We will be back.

This property is perfectly situated. Lovely neighbourhood with fabulous amenities—pools and gym! Great for any sort of getaway or romantic weekend. Highly recommend!

My husband and I took my parents to LaQuinta celebrate our anniversaries. This was our first time using VRBO. It was a very easy process and the condo was even nicer than expected -- very clean, great location, and an easy renting process. However, I need to let you know that the bathrooms are a bit of a safety hazard. The tub in the hall bathroom is deep, with high side walls and a very slippery floor surface. I slipped the first time climbing into the tub and fell in, hitting my face and seriously bruising my leg on the shower doors on my way down. I emailed management to advise of the accident and request a no-slip mat. They responded, saying they were sorry for my fall and had a mat delivered within a few hours. While the master bathroom is ADA compliant (the main reason I rented this condo for my elderly parents), there is a polished granite border on floor of the shower. This gets very slippery and they had to make sure to avoid it. The shower head is hand-held, but, with the way it's mounted to the wall, you cannot sit under the spray. This being said, overall it was a lovely condo and would rent it again.

We traveled with my family and mother (in wheelchair) and everyone was comfortable! Condo had everything for everyone... roll-in shower, close proximity to pool, easy access patio, TVs in every room, nice kitchen, etc. Will definitely come here again!

Stayed for 15 years in legacy villas this is the first unit I was unimpressed with. No bbq , no water pressure and if u do get some your water is freezing. Master bedroom bathroom has been altered for older tenants, water gets everywhere when showering and no counter space at all. 2nd bedroom bed says queen but it is a double, no instructions to work TV and it took a long time to figure out. Was told I could come early as no one was checking out before me when I arrived after 3 hour drive and groceries I couldn’t get in the unit and when called was questioned why I was there at 130 check in is at 3 00. The price was also higher than other units I stayed in. I will not be staying in this unit again.
