The house was just as shown online. Our family stayed here for a long weekend after Christmas and it was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for better - would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed here and hope to come back next year. We just love it there. The location is perfect. Close to everything and easy to get to. The house is super clean and kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. The owners are very accommodating and the check in process is very easy! Definitely recommend staying here.

We are a group of 8 ladies that have been friends for 30+ years. Only 6 of us were able to make this trip 😢, but this house was perfect for our needs!! So close to town, quiet neighborhood, and everything that we could possibly need! It’s an older home that has been redone to maintain some of the original design, yet updated with modern appliances to give you a taste of yesteryear with current conveniences! We loved it and have it on our list of places we would revisit!!

This is our favorite place to stay in Frankenmuth. Close to everything, great layout and space. Very easy communications with the owners. Kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes and small appliances that you could need. We have been here before, and we will be here again.

The house was perfect and exactly like described and meet all our needs and then some. I have stayed in multiple VRBO homes and this home exceeded them all. The home is older (which we loved) so there is no central air conditioning but each bedroom has a window unit which works great when some like it colder then others and the one unit on the main floor was fine for the living and one bedroom on the main floor. But the rest of the house is very up to date. The gas stove in the kitchen is amazing if you plan to cook a lot in the home. An the part of the house we loved the most was the front porch swing. The other above and beyond the owners provide is a lot of extras that I have never seen before and things I would normally have to bring i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and not just started packs. Also every room had tissues, had soap by each sink not just a little bar of soap, even laundry soap if we needed. Really above and beyond. Last thing is the location of the house was perfect. Close to walk to everything, neighborhood was nice and easy to walk around and quite. But best was sitting on the front porch swing and watching the horse and carriages go by. Would highly, highly recommend the home and we may be back in the future.

A charming older house that we absolutely fell in love with. It is in a perfect location and we walked everywhere. Quiet, relaxing and just perfect for our family. A lot of time was spent on the front porch swinging on the swing watching and waving to the carriages and mobile bar go by. The drivers looked for us each time they passed by and the kids loved it! The neighbors passing by on walks and bikes were friendly and stopped to talk. The updated kitchen and bathrooms, we didn’t need to use the basement bathroom, were adequate to our needs. There was plenty of room for the adults and children. The backyard is huge as well which actually played into my choosing of this home. I can tell you I will most definitely stay here again. We never heard of Frankenmuth MI, daughter graduated from MSU, but the festivals, activities and Bronners will definitely bring us back. Yes it’s an older house with older house nuances so if you prefer very modern you’ll be disappointed but I say try it anyway. The space, location and proximity to everything plus the passing carriages out weighs it’s age. Added bonus the library is directly across the street with a children’s room.

Three moms and a gaggle of kids loved our little Frankenmuth getaway. Property was large enough for everyone to have their own space and we walked all over town! Only downside is that the main floor AC just couldn’t keep up with the 90 degree temps.

Our location was perfect for our family wedding this past weekend! So close to the venue (Frankenmuth Brewery), close to other family hotel, could walk downtown Frankenmuth with ease! The owners made the process easy and were so kind with allowing a request for us. The kitchen floor was a little dirty but all else was great! Bed and bed linens were terrific! All kitchen necessities and towels, linens available so didn’t need to bring my own stuff. A great place to rent out.. thanks for the experience!

The location was great and the home was very nice and we had tons of room. It had everything we needed and is just as advertised! Renting the home for a wedding at the Frankenmuth Brewery made for a perfect weekend!

We came to town to celebrate our daughter's wedding. This house had plenty of sleeping room and its proximity to our venue was great! Even though the home is on the older side, it's well maintained and clean. The kitchen is updated and has space to cook if you choose to. We did not. One thing I would recommend is that they provide at least a minimum amount of toiletries. The only thing available was pump hand soap. I don't know if I have ever stayed at a short term rental that didn't have at least a bar of soap or a bottle of shampoo. Other tan that it was terrific!

The home was everything advertised. It is an older home which does add to its charm. Furniture and beds aren’t the most comfortable, but a very clean home. We really enjoyed our stay.

A cute historic house in downtown Frankenmuth very convenient to the Brewery and downtown where we were for a wedding for the weekend. The house was more spacious than I expected with plenty of room and 3 bathrooms this was nice considering we had 4 couples staying there. I would stay here again.

We had a great time at this property. It was clean and has a good set up on the inside. Close to the downtown area which was super convenient. Would definitely book again.

Location was ideal for proximity to Frankenmuth Brewery (attended wedding) and walking to Riverfront attractions.

This is our second time renting this property. We enjoy that it is so close to downtown Frankenmuth and has enough space for a large group. The only drawback from our group is the cleanliness. It's dusty in several rooms and we feel could use an upgrade in the bathrooms (the basement bathroom was terrible). It is an old home so consider that before renting. Again, the proximity is great and the street the home is on is generally quiet at night.

This home is in the perfect location with quick & easy access to the Main Street. It’s a charming house with lots of character and we loved the porch swing and watching the carriage tours clip clop by. Having said that, it could do with a bit of a refresh. The home needs a coat of paint on some walls, woodwork, baseboards, radiators, etc. It needs more of a deep cleaning than can be done in a 4 hour span between rentals. There are beautiful chandeliers in the living room, dining room and kitchen that would sparkle with a bit of cleaning. The cute tartan window coverings in the basement are caked in dust. Seriously needs hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms. The mildewed shower curtain in the main floor bath needs a wash or replacement. The chipped cups and cracked wine glass should be removed/replaced. Three of the chairs in the dining room had wobbly legs that we needed to retightened the nuts on before using. The front porch needs painting/staining and the enormous weeds in the front garden don’t give a favorable first impression. This place is a gem but just needs a bit of attention - all easily remedied and not so terrible that we didn’t thoroughly enjoy ourselves. One safety note: There are nails coming up under the carpet in front of built in linen storage in the upper hall. Painful when stepped on!

We came to the area for a wedding and staying here with our large family was more economical than 3 hotel rooms. The home is clean and quite spacious. We grilled dinner and relaxed in the backyard on Sunday evening. The kids enjoyed playing board games together late into the night. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location. Comfortable beds upstairs. Old house with potential but old renovations. Poorly cleaned bathrooms. Marred walls, broken shutters, filthy woodwork and corners, uncomfortable living room furniture. Lots of bees and debris laden porch with lots of peeling paint. Only there a couple nights, so we were okay. Pretty pricey for what it actually looks like. On line pics are misleading. I sent owner pics while we were there of filth, windows stuck open and full of dirt and webs, etc. Would not rent again.
