The staff that we interacted with were very nice. The room was great and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered nice options and was good. If I had to criticize one thing, it would be that the hallway floors needed a good vacuum. The pool was nice and warm.

The hotel was great! Very clean, staff was friendly and attentive, price was good and in a great location for visiting Frankenmuth. I did make a couple suggestions: add a exhaust fan in the bathroom, one of the outlets in bathroom needs to be replaced. one day we did not get our room cleaned or fresh towels when we reported it the staff could not be more apologetic and gave us new towels.
The continental breakfast was very good. Cereal, yogurt, self made waffles, bagels, English muffins, oatmeal, etc.
This hotel will not disappoint!

Very nice hotel in a location convenient to tourist attractions. The service was excellent; check in was quick and efficient. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. We would return if we visit Frankenmuth again.

The hotel was nice, but our room smelled and thier is no sound proofing. We could hear people talking in thier rooms and people getting ice from the ice machine which was a couple of roo.saway from us.

When I went to check in, my reservation could not be found. The afternoon shift supv took care of the situation promptly, repeatedly apologizing. She was awesome and I walked away laughing. Everything was great, breakfast was delicious.

Housekeeping forgot to clean a few things in our room before we checked in. And since they start removing breakfast items at least a half hour before breakfast ends, make sure you go down to eat early or you go without. Location is great!

The young woman working the desk was very vague and short, and looked down the entire time speaking to me when I asked questions about nearby shops the young man with the ponytail was polite and resourceful.

The hallway was very smelly . Our room had the same smell. The shower curtain had a mold smell. I requested a new shower 2 days in a row before I got one.

Great location right on the main high st. The rooms are ok, the stairways had carpet which didn’t look too clean. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I would stay there again

The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring Frankenmuth, but is in desperate need of an update and refreshing. Carpets were stained, furnishings worn and overall just looked and felt like a building ready for a remodel. Pleasant check in staff and spacious rooms. With some updating, this could really be a winner!

The swim towels were very small, the breakfast was less than expected, no juice at all the second morning. The staff were not particularly welcoming. Room smelled like smoke even though the hotel was smoke free. Staff on the second day was better giving us coupons and information on the sites to visit

Stay was excellent. Room and accomodations were clean and modern. Continental breakfast was great with lots of choices and variety. Location was excellent and 2 minute walk of all of Frankenmuths attractions. Highly reccommend

The room was not clean, the floors were very dirty. The bathroom mirror frame was broken, and there was no fan in the bathroom so nothing dried, including towels. We called several times for housekeeping to come and they never came during our 3 night stay. When I called to at least get dry towels I was told that they did have any clean towels to give me. Poor communication from staff compounded our issues, whenever I called to ask if housekeeping was coming I was assured they were but no one actually communicated our request to housekeeping. When I was able to speak to someone they did not care. Very disappointed.

Negative issue is that we found a shirt on the floor just under the bed. So how clean was the room?

The Holiday Inn Express was centrally located to shops, restaurant's, and most activities. The cons were that we arrived an hour early and they said our room was not ready yet. When I came back an hour later to check in they asked me what floor we wanted. To me that means that we could have had a room an hour earlier because how could rooms on every floor not be cleaned, but then be ready an hour later. Also, our room was not cleaned properly, the exercise facility was not clean, and the coffee machine was empty early. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and this time I was not satisfied.

We stayed on the main strip of town and the traffic was all we heard at night. The walls are very thin so we heard our neighbors upstairs and next to us throughout the night. Bring your own pillow and a fan to drown out the sounds. It was not anything to up to date but if your going to hang out in town than not a big deal. It will meet your basic needs. It did have a breakfast to help you save a little money.
