Wonderful downtown location. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy to check in and out. Perfect for what we needed!

Good location but when the windows are open at night for air you will hear all the noise from the bars across the street. Morning wake up from the bars cleaning up. The place was nice but could use new bedding. Other then that the place is good

We came to Steamboat to attend a wedding. The house we chose to stay in was perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed the location because it was easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and the creek path. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils so we enjoyed doing some self catering. The apartment is on the ground floor so we could hear the people in the apartment above walking around and it was a bit dark again because it’s a ground floor apartment. FYI - The blind in the dining room is a bit tricky to open. I thought it was broken and was afraid to try to open it in case I pulled it down. My husband figured out how to open it. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy Steamboat Springs.

Everything was as advertised and was in a great location for downtown Steamboat Springs.

Property was exactly as described. Great location. Right amongst all the restaurant and bar options in downtown Steamboat Springs. Super convenient. Express bus service to base of ski mountain is less than two minute walk (about 1.5 small blocks). Only complaint is that master bathroom shower water temp was warm at best. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Check in was great - management was super responsive. You can’t beat the location. You are walkable to everything downtown has to offer. The condo was exactly what we expected from the photos and was a great place for our family of four.

Clean, nice kitchen and central location for walking around Steamboat. While we drove to various outdoor activities it was nice to have a walkable spot in town.

Nicely decorated, very comfortable and well-stocked. Only one issue- sofa bed is only appropriate for kids, not adults!

While the location is one to envy in the heart of Steamboat, the space and the comforts of this property also shine. The convenience of a reserved parking spot is so helpful in what can be a congested area. And although plenty of foot traffic nearby it is tucked back enough from the street so there is little interference, if any, with the enjoyment, comfort, and privacy, that this property affords the guest.I would definitely return to this property again and highly recommend.

Close to downtown. woke up to farmer's Market on Saturday right outside our door. walking distance to restaurants, Tubing , shopping. Great location. Only one parking spot so if people are coming seperately, street parking is a challenge for 2nd vehicle. unit kitchens and baths very clean and kitchen well-equipped. Owner very responsive. Cooling system was horrible. Make-shift room coolers with ugly vent system taped into the windows. Cooler in one room moldy or mildew and smelled bad when turned on, so it could not be used. If you're allergic to mold this is NOT your unit! Couldn't just open the windows for cool night air because the noise from back alley made sleep impossible. Cooler in other bedroom automatically went on and off loudly all night so sleep was difficult there as well. Probably a good unit in the cooler weather.

Great property, only complaint would be lack of working air conditioning in the bedrooms. We had to move the unit from the front room to the bedroom to sleep. Otherwise it’s a great place!

Enjoyed our stay, we were able to walk everywhere downtown easily, to restaurants and along the Yampa. The condo was clean and the hosts were great with communication with any questions The only thing I’d add would be more comfortable seating in the living room. We found the couch uncomfortable, the one other upholstered chair was fine. Since it was on the ground floor you could hear people above you but it wasn’t to bad.

This is a great in town location, walkable to everything, even the bus line that takes you to the ski mountain.

The condo was very spacious and was conveniently located in central downtown within walking distance of restaurants, bus stop (for skiing), and shops. Jenni was a great host who was very attentive and responsive to our questions/inquiries. Would definitely stay there again.
