Stayed for 3 nights and the only complaint was the AC was not turned on before arrival (not that big of a deal since it wasn’t too hot out), the cleaners and owner failed to mention the hot water heater needed to be turned on, but that was easily fixed and hot showers were had within 24 hours of switching it back on. Communication was too tier, very quick responses, easy to get ahold of, and quick and prompt advice on all questions. Definitely recommend to any and all future tenants.

July 4th at Rocky Point
We spent 4th of July at Las Palomas in Rocky Point this year. It was fantastic. Las Palomas had a band playing great 80's music, fireworks and food. It was so much fun. Topaz 703 was a great property. Clean, solid Wi-Fi, great patio. Everything you'd expect was just right. The service at Las Palomas is great. We needed a trash bag and an extra sheet for the pull out bed and housekeeping was right up. We have stayed at Rocky Point a number of times, but this was an exceptional trip. .

Great Stay!
The property itself is quite large and offers lots of amenities. The condo was clean and very nicely appointed. The hosts were very informative and helpful. It was our first visit to Rocky Point and the hosts restaurant recommendations really helped us find great food. Overall a very nice stay!

Fun stay
Las Palomas is the best place to stay on Sandy Beach. Everything worked in this unit, and it was quiet at night. We enjoyed the balcony too. Tip: When going down to the beach or pool, take elevator to S1 and walk out that way. Be sure that the l.r. tv connects to wifi for Netflix or Prime. We and staff couldn't fix it, but these good owners will make it happen.

Terrible! They overbooked our room
We ended up having to stay in a room way less nicer then what we paid for. No air conditioner for the first 24 hours and the bed was terrible. We got totally ripped off for what we were supposed to get and paid for!

Beautiful Unit
Unit was just as pictured. We celebrated my 44th birthday and had an amazing time. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed to cook a yummy meal. Will stay here again!

Check in process is the worst
The property was beautiful. Unfortunately the check in process is a sick joke. Check in is at 4 which is so late but when we arrived early for our bands they sid the room might be done early and the would call us if it was. We were on the beach and didn't go to check in till 5. The process is so long for them to tell us that the room wasn't ready and they needed another hour. We couldn't even shower before heading out to dinner. This is the last time we will be staying at Las Palmas. We are even thinking of purchasing a condo, it will not be at Las Palmas for the terrible customer service. This is not the first time this has happened. We payed 1 k for 2 nights. Not even worth it at all. What kind of place makes you loose a whole day to check into the room you already paid for. We were so upset.

Expensive But Worth It
We took a first timer down and met clients there. Las Palomas is the resort to do that. It’s got a more upscale vibe to it. A true resort. All the amenities. Our condo was very pretty and had everything we could need. Beds were comfy.

Wonderful Rocky Point trip!
Had a great time and our condo was perfect. We had another couple with us. We both had amazing ocean views and our own bathrooms. Kitchen had all the gadgets we needed too! The patio was our favorite spot to hand out when we weren’t at the pool or beach! I would highly recommend this unit!

Can’t wait to return
Condo is as shown in pictures. Very roomy and comfortable for the family! I do wish there had been beach chairs we could have used but not the end of the world. The sliding doors have issues locking so that was our only concern with an active 1 1/2 year old but we hope to return soon.

Beautiful condo ! Decorated like home ! Easy beach and pool access, just a short glare minute walk down . There was still a lot of sand on the door when we arrived so we had to sweep pretty good . And it was over an hour in line in the lobby to check in , very very slow and not covid friendly in the lobby . Too hot to wait outside . The lobby is a lot smaller than las palomas two !! Will definitely recommend

This place was great! It was clean and beautifully decorated. I liked that it was very modern. The view was great and had nice furniture to hang out in on the patio. I was very satisfied with this beach getaway.
