Having said that, we won't return. It is worn down. Many of the beds are very uncomfortable. The dishwasher doesn't work. Having said this, if the price wasn't over $1,000/day, I wouldn't make these complaints. But at this price you expect better conditions.

The house was great and the views were spectacular. There was plenty of room for the 15 of us and we had an amazing time. Would love to be back.

We had everything we needed and it was clean and well maintained. Only downsides: The jacuzzi is very small and we would have liked a bigger one. Also, the smallest 'bedroom' is really like a closet with a rickety bunkbed in it.

Gorgeous and spacious property. The photos do not do it justice and I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Plenty of bedrooms and space for all 16 people in our party. We mostly enjoyed the outdoor spaces and played games in the garage and living room. Several people said they want to book the same property for a family holiday or another group setting. The driveway was STEEP and although it says close to town, I wouldn’t recommend walking because the house is uphill. Incredible views with multiple decks to enjoy

The house accommodated 9 of us very comfortably. Had a nice big kitchen. Elevator was wonderful as we had two handicap people. The ice maker & coffee machine did not work which was a bummer. I think the management company should have known that ahead of time so we could have been prepared. The house had way to many throw rugs & the bad part was all the corners that stood up. People kept tripping. Lucky we didn’t have a fall. Also seems strange to have 5 bedrooms downstairs & 1 bath. Overall we liked the house. A gorgeous setting.

The house is really big, stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, a working spa and good bedding. The check in process was easy and the checkout ( 1h late as previously talked with the management company ) was a breeze. I highly recommend for family or friends gathering

Great home for a large family or a big group. Big living room big kitchen and big dining table. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Very steep driveway but plenty of parking. Would be nice if they would fix the elevator since the kitchen is upstairs and difficult to lug all the groceries up there. All in all we had a wonderful time, and created lots of new memories.

Although this house has stunning views and is in a great neighborhood we had problem after problem with upkeep issues. I booked this home for two reasons, the spa and the elevator since we had an injured person with us. The spa was not working upon our arrival on Thursday, we were told someone would come Friday evening to look at it and we never heard from them so Saturday morning we had to call again only to find out that mice had chewed through the wires. The elevator was also broken and has been but we were not told that prior to our arrival and only found out after we called to find out why it wasn't working,. All of the deck railings are really loose and we were nervous about them because we had small children and with a good shove, they could have easily broken. The deck chairs are uncomfortable, extremely worn and in need of replacing. For paying a premium for this house, we were really dissatisfied with the disrepair of the amenities that it advertises. The spa was a huge disappointment because that was one of the primary reasons I selected this home. The refrigerator never stayed cold so we were constantly having to rotate through ice packs to ensure our food did not spoil. It is a gorgeous home with great views in a nice neighborhood and we did get a very small refund for the issues that we encountered but with so many things wrong with this home and the price they are charging, I felt it wasn't equitable.

We had a group of 10 celebrating a bday and enjoyed our stay at this home! The deck was spectacular and all the king beds were really comfortable. Loved that we were walking distance to the downtown area. We did hear some mice, and one girl spotted one inside :( something to consider as you are truly in the mountains!! Overall would recommend the stay!!

The kitchen is very well stocked (cooking utensil wise), and the management company even brought us a griddle when I had asked if the house had one. The views are amazing and there was enough space for people to go and have time to themselves if they needed it.

There were beds for everyone, it was comfortable and well equipped. The large table was perfect for all our game playing, and the living room large enough for us to sit and chat. We loved using the hot tub while it was snowing, and the view was spectacular!!! We look forward to using it again next year.

Terrible company to deal with. Overcharged us for alleged damages, stopped responding to any attempts to communicate in order to resolve the issue. Could not prove the damages to the credit card company, so they sent it to the collection agency for the WHOLE AMOUNT OF THE RENTAL that has already been paid for, not just the alleged damage. Idyllwild is beautiful, you'd be wise to arrange your rental somewhere else.

This place is wonderful. It feels larger in person. Everything was in working order. 14 of us stayed Aug 2019 to celebrate moms birthday and we really enjoyed cooking here and using the hot tub. I highly recommend a stay here.

We booked our reservation and four days before we were going to leave, they called to say we were bumped off the booking because they double booked. The contact person was rude and didn’t give much explanation. We had to scramble for another booking and didn’t get to go to our destination of choice. I understand things happen, but waiting to inform us so late when the other people had reserved over two weeks prior is poor management/customer service. I don’t recommend working with them.

Each woman enjoyed every aspect of this lovely home. We did a silent heart chakra meditation outside, meditated next to the beautiful sounds of the outdoor flowing waters. We rested on the deck and was in AWE of the how high were, literally eye level with the trees. This is an amazing space. Very clean, plenty of room, nice energy and just simply amazing.
