I cannot say enough positive about this house and its owner. The location, views, layout are all amazing for anything you want to do in and around the Sedona area. Do not think I have been to a VRBO before that was as well stocked (corroborated by the rest of my family who were with me). Sandi was super responsive to questions, including accommodating an earlier check in when weather interrupted our first day plans. No question we would come back to stay here in a heartbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. There were an abundance of amenities through out plus a very well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed for our 18mth toddler was also available The layout was awesome for our needs. Location was convenient to grocery shopping, numerous restaurants, plus several trails with in walking distance. Our hosts were available when ever needed.

We’ve stayed in this beautiful home & enjoyed the amazing views 3 times. The location is great & the fenced-in back yard is perfect for our dogs.

We had a great time! We were a group of 10 women who came to hike. Location was very good for that, as well as to dining options. All of the amenities were there, and we really felt at home. Sandi and Paul were great hosts!

This is a great property that is well maintained and the host has terrific attention to details such as a welcome basket and other accessories - we will stay here again on our next trip.

This was a perfect house for four couples. The views of the red rocks practically in your backyard was awesome. We did a lot of hiking with several trails within walking distance of the house. The house was spacious and very modern. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and relaxing and taking in the views. The hosts recommendations on restaurants in the area was super helpful and they were spot on. I would recommend this as a super spot.

We had an absolutely great time. We love the house. It was exactly what we needed and what we wanted. It was the perfect place for us and it was a great location for everything that we could see in the area. We had a bunch of wildlife activity behind the wall, including a bobcat, 2 mule deer bucks a huge group of Javelinas. We would definitely rent this place again it was just the perfect vacation place.

This home is clean, spacious and in a great location near Thunder Mountain. Nice protected yard for kids to play or for star gazing. We enjoyed our stay.

Words cannot express how wonderful our stay was at Sandi and Paul’s home away from home. Sandi was very accommodating with our trip. We had swift and easy check in an out process. Four adults stayed with ample room to spread out. We congregated in the wonderful updated kitchen when we were at the house. Kitchen included all amenities needed. House was walking distance to 2 easy trails. We enjoyed binder of recent guests suggestions of what to do and where to eat. Hot tub was a great amenity after long hike and ate gazing. We couldn’t ask for a more perfect vacation! I look forward to returning. Thank you Sandi and Paul!

We had an amazing night stay. There were 8 of us and 2 cars. Some days we were all together, other days we split up and went different directions. Some got up early and hiked. 2 different trailheads a short walk away. Others stayed up late and enjoyed the hot tub. We had several game nights and never turned on the tv🤣 the house is stocked with coffee, tea, and basic essentials. Can’t think of anything that would have made our stay more enjoyable.

We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was walkable to some great trails and the view of Thunder Mountain from the balcony was breathtaking. We really enjoyed the hot tub, especially after a day of hiking. The house had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A great stay!

From the moment we got out of the car and walked through the gate to the front patio. We knew this was a good fit for us. Inside the house is clean updated and I had all of the facets that we needed for our family getaway. It’s location is ideal for hitting any of those trails or for Texas and especially places to eat. If we come back to the area, this would be our go to destination home.

Beautiful spacious home, gorgeous rock views, quiet neighborhood, awesome hosts. I rented it for a month and hosted family and friends. The kitchen and main family room is perfect for entertaining and added bonus the kitchen was stocked with every appliance and utensils/pots and pans needed to cook and entertain. Outdoor jacuzzi was used almost every day. Bedrooms are nice sized and beds were comfortable. Sandi was always responsive and helpful (but she and I rarely had to communicate because everything was truly well maintained). The views from the porch and the family room of Thunder Mountain was truly breathtaking — loved watching the colors change and watching the fog and sometimes snow make the rock disappear. 😊. Great location for hiking, grocery store and restaurants. I’ve been traveling to Sedona every year for 25 years — this home is perfectly located — west Sedona is quiet but close to all the fun touristy stuff and this house is also within walking distance to the hikes around Thunder Mountain. I would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you Sandi!

This is the second time we’ve rented this beautiful Sedona home for the month of January, and we hope to rent it again. Fabulous location & views, plenty of space, fenced in back yard for the dogs - it’s perfect! Other items to note—the kitchen is huge, the 3 bathrooms are all very nice, & the hot tub is a GREAT addition! We used it almost daily. The owners are very helpful & responsive. We have rented dozens of houses while vacationing around the US & this is one of our favorites!

Overall a great experience staying at Sandi and Paul's home. Pre-check in was timely and included hiking and restaurant recommendations. They were very quick to respond on VRBO too. 4 bedrooms plus a very comfortable couch/futon bed. The home is well stocked, including games/puzzles. The hot tub was terrific after a day of hiking. There was an outside fire table too, but we did not use it. Super close to tons of restaurants and a Safeway grocery store. We will definitely rent again when we come back to Sedona. Rented the month of November. All good. Spacious and well equipped. Plenty of toiletries , dishes, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies. Great views and location. Everything a family could need or want to enjoy beautiful Sedona.

Sandi and Paul were excellent hosts. We felt very much at home. The views of Sedona could be seen from everywhere in the home and were stunning. Beautiful home with lots of upgraded comforts. Our Family had a great time.

We were looking for a large home to accommodate 3 couples for a friends getaway and were not disappointed. The view is incredible. The owners had updated the kitchen and all three bathrooms and it really added to the experience. The space was large and comfortable with plenty of space for private conversations or group talks. Toiletries were provided which was appreciated. Communication with the owner was excellent and she allowed us to check in early to avoid the Friday traffic from Phoenix. We didn't take advantage of the hot tub but put the grill and firepit to good use. A great value in a wonderful location!

Fantastic views from the deck! Great location, it’s a short walk to several nice trail heads and hikes. The common areas of the house easily accommodated our 8 adults. The only downside for us was the beds, especially the queen and the double were not 7 nights comfortable. We booked a long time in advance when it was listed as two queen and two king beds, by the time we arrived one of the beds had been changed to a double. Sandi gave us great suggestions for restaurants and hikes and was very responsive.

Enjoyed our time at this property. Near trails, shopping and not far from downtown.

The views from the house were phenomenal. Good location . . . close to grocery stores and restaurants. The house was a perfect set up for a party of 8 each couple having their own bedroom.

The house is great with the perfect location and the views are incredible! It is perfect for a group trip or for a family. The owners are very friendly, communicative, and gave us recommendations for things to do in the area that were spot on. If you are thinking about booking here, just do it! We are hoping to come back someday!

Everything was absolutely amazing. We had the most wonderful time in beautiful Sedona. Sandy was the most gracious host and attended to every question and need. We would most definitely stay here again.

This place is outstanding. Took a long weekend trip and it could not have gone better. This place has it all!

Owner provided all needed information, home was clean & very comfy, location was everything we had hoped for. We spent much time on the back patio, every morning & evening, and it was beautiful!

Overall, we had a good experience at this home. Pros: The view is spectacular, as well as the location. The kitchen is large and was equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the Keurig. Having two separate living spaces was also a big perk. Cons: we had the cleaning lady come on day 1. Day 2 we had the hot tub guy come, both unannounced so we felt little privacy. The checkout time is a bit early with zero flexibility. The cleanliness was just okay, with the sliding glass door extremely scratched and dirty so we had it open much of our time there.

We stayed at this location for a girls getaway, and it was perfect! Spacious, clean, great kitchen and incredible view from the outside patio! Hot tub was an extra bonus after a day of hiking. Very well located, close to downtown and most hiking trails. Thank you Sandy for being part of making this trip very memorable! The mountain view to wake up to and enjoy coffee with was incredible and definite highlight for our trip!
