Awesome place! Well supplied! Beautiful views! We loved the week!

We absolutely loved our stay at Treasure Island Escape and with everything Amy has available to guests, it made traveling with kids that much easier. The kitchen was gorgeous and we cooked at least 2 meals a day during our week long stay - Pretty much everything you need she has. For those traveling with a cargo box on top of their SUV/VAN, the parking garage does not have enough clearance for you to pull in - found out the hard way but this was my fault since it was my first time traveling with it but we just parked the van in the guest spot with no issues at all. I will provide a few minor concerns (not enough to prevent me from staying here in the future). -For those with small kids, there is a room upstairs with bunk beds but it's the metal railing kind and the top safety rail that keeps the kid(s) from falling off was a bit loose. I would hand tighten each night but didn't have access to tools to properly tighten it down. -The key for the patio closet door is hanging from the lamp post next to the sliding door. We had searched for 15 minutes trying to figure out how to get into the closet but Amy is very responsive and reached out to me right away. -During low tides along the intercostal, the mud gets exposed where all the roots are and there would occasionally be a strong odor. We noticed it during our swims in the pool too - This was really the only true negative of the experience but it's outside of the properties control so I wouldn't fault them for this.

Condo was clean and well kept. Place had everything needed for young kids, including some great beach toys! Easy walk to the beach and shops. Definitely plan on coming back!

We absolutely loved everything about this property that our family of 6 spent 7 days at! The general location, the “beach decor” of the condo with its well-stocked amenities including every kitchen accessory imaginable, an abundance of beach towels, bedding, bath towels, the beach supply closet, books, games for all ages, even puzzles and a puzzle table! The patio with its inter coastal view of the sunrises, dolphins and Pelicans diving for their meal was phenomenal ❤️. Across the street was the beautiful, white beach and Gulf. We had a perfect sunny weather week in the high 70’s with a warm breeze. Oh- and the nearby restaurants all serve excellent foods and drinks 🍹. You can find anything from pizza to seafood, to Mexican, to seafood, to Italian, to seafood, to all American burger cuisines. And did I mention the fresh seafood entrees available?! I felt so blessed to have located this Treasure Island property on VRBO.

What a nice property. Newly updated and very well stocked. The owner has thought of everything. Appreciated not having to tote all our own beach stuff. She had everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect. Beach and pool just few short steps away. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning next year.

Love the size of this condo and the location. We have stayed in the building before, and this unit has been really nicely updated. Everything we needed and more was available in the condo. Fingers crossed we will be back!

This property was very clean and organized. It was nice and roomy for everyone to spread out and relax. Appreciate the 2.5 baths. There is nothing negative to say about this property. The parking was handy with a space provided. Would definitely stay again.

This is our 12th year visiting FL for baseball and the beach and our first visit to Treasure Island. This Treasure Island property is every bit the treasure. A short ride north and south to baseball this unit is located with a porch view of the intracoastal waterway and a short walk to a beach that seems to run forever to the ocean. Walking paths are nearby as well as beach bars. The home offers a peaceful view of sunrise along with regular visits by dolphins each morning. Plenty of room in the well furnished kitchen. The second floor bedrooms offer plenty of closet space and the laundry is conveniently located on this floor. Comfortable, well located and good value.

We had a delightful stay at this Treasure Island town house. The property was ideal for our family. We enjoyed the beach We watched the dolphins and seabirds from the porch each morning

This property has great location to beach , shopping, restaurants, groceries . Views of inter coastal water way off porch amazing with plenty of birds and dolphins to see. Plenty of room for two families. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Very good amount of beach equipment. Owner Amy very friendly and helpful. Only downside very nice pool but not heated

Despite having unusual chilly weather, this tow house was really what we needed. The new kitchen update was a surprise to us and we enjoyed it. Any was excellent at responding to a minor issue we had, overall it was a good trip to celebrate Christmas.

We had a great time. The condo is located right across the street from beach access. Kitchen was well stocked which made cooking easy. The owners were very nice and also recommended some good sea food restaurants for us.

We had an amazing time in our week at Treasure Island! Amy's place was PERFECT. Fully stocked with all the things, even a few we forgot. This place is great for small children. The location is amazing (walk to grocery and stores) and the view, oh my gosh, the view. Having morning coffee on the balcony and being able to watch the sting Ray's and dolphins was priceless! The beds were very comfortable but I would have loved black out curtains for sleeping in! Amy has an amazing stock of beach stuff so DO NOT over pack for that! I could have saved lot of room in the car! Overall, amazing, we will definitely be back!

We had a great time staying at this property. You couldn't ask to be closer to the beach unless you were staying on it. The view from the porch is amazing. I loved sitting there watching the dolphins and birds enjoying the water, even though it was rather hot when we were there. The pool was mostly empty so usually we had it to ourselves, which was nice for the grandkids. It was comfortable accommodations and very short distances to Publix and eating places. We went to Egmont Key while there and it was very beautiful. I definitely recommend going there. Plenty of dishes, towels and all those extras if you want to cook.

My family from Ohio came and stayed for the week. We couldn't have been happier with the property or location. Thank you for a wonderful Florida vacation.

This townhome was absolutely perfect for our vacation. It literally had everything you would need for the beach. Very clean and great location! Everyone that we met while staying there were so friendly. Would highly recommend! Loved how close it was to Publix and right across the street from the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Condo and location were great, and Amy was very responsive when we contacted her with a question. We would stay here again!! Ages were 57, 79 and 83.

The beach, pool and inter coastal were beautiful. We saw diving pelicans, manatees and dolphins daily from our balcony. The set up of the property was great. Open and airy. Close to Publix and Walgreens. The public trolley had a stop right out front. We definitely had a great week in the sun!!

We enjoyed a peaceful visit, local restaurants were great. Beach across street beautiful and convenient. Pool is nice. Boat dock was great for grandson to catch first fish. Great memories

The family had a great time on Treasure Island. There is enough space for a family of 6 with everything provided for a 1 year old. Enjoyed mornings overlooking the Gulf Intercostal Seaway. A short walk to the the beach. Located a short drive from the local attractions. We were able to get away for a day to Disney World and the Clearwater Aquarium. We would stay here again.

This is a good property. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach from chairs to beach toys, boogie boards and more. A large amount of beach towels and ample bedding was provided. Overall, it was a most pleasant experience for our family. A very nice pool area and fishing dock made for a great stay.

The view is amazing! The condo is great! So many extra things to help with our one year old, pack and play / high chair / etc. Kitchen has everything you could need. A really great place!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy's condo. The location was perfect, fishing and pool were great, neighbors were super nice and the kitchen was stocked with anything you could need for prep. Also had a beach cabana and lots of toys for the kiddos.

There were 7 of us including two couples and 3 children with one being 17 months old. Location was excellent with being across from the ocean with a walkway right in front and the intercoastal out our main window. The pool was great! All neighbors were very nice. The house was stocked with everything you would need. All of the extras for the beach and kitchen were a very pleasant surprise and would cause us to go right back to the same condo next year! Thank you!!

First time to Treasure Island. Lots to do in the area. Beach access 2 minute walk across the street. Many restaurants within 1/4 mile. 2 small buildings. Unit faces bay on 2nd floor- view is lovely. This side is preferable. Easy parking under the building. Publix market is 3 minute walk- very convenient. Building was quiet. AC worked well although it might have been nice to have the AC on when we arrived. The unit has been partially updated and had a few minor issues which were mentioned in a message awaiting us upon arrival. The queen bedroom and it's bathroom, the twin bedroom and the downstairs half bath have been updated. The rest of the place is 30-40 years old. Long shag carpeting on stairs and 2nd floor- haven't seen this is in ages. Old kitchen is spacious, well stocked. King bedroom is nice with walk-in closet but bath was old. Beds are very comfortable. Of course the location, setting and cleanliness are most important for a vacation stay. All in all a nice place for a week's stay.
