We've stayed in another unit within this complex a couple of times and decided to try a different one this year. This unit is our favorite now, and we promptly booked a repeat trip for next year as soon as we got back home. This view is incredible! The condo is as is shown, yet somehow better. For us (middle aged couple) it was the perfect size. I was worried that we'd regret downsizing from a one bedroom to a studio unit but we didn't at all. We actually liked having the bed out there and we slept with the slider door open which we loved. Unit also has a traditional cable TV subscription which was nice. The bed is a huge king and we found it to be really comfortable. I slept like a baby there.
The only negatives would be that the bathroom is pretty small, and I think the unit only works size-wise for a couple or single. Even adding a small child would be a lot I think.

The condo and resort were very nice and safe! I only wish the weather would have been warmer to enjoy the beach. Would love to come back! Thanks!

Beautiful view, appreciated the king size bed and modern decor. Wonderful to have a secure parking spot in garage and easy access to beach. Every aspect made our stay so relaxing!

We stay in Oceanside all the time. This place was perfect. The view was great. Loved leaving slider open all night and listening to the waves. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfection! From the Condo, the ocean view, the location, the complex!! We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the ocean! Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Bed was very comfortable. It felt spacious with 2 of us. We walked to most of the eateries, as the town is quaint and easily walkable. The complex was in constant stages of being cleaned, to keep it that way. We highly recommend Thu, who is great with communication, and his beautiful Condo. Thank you for sharing it with us.

My family was blown away by the grounds! It was like being at a resort. This studio is well stocked and clean. There was even had a great selection of sand toys! The views were great. The parking spot is tight but not a big deal. We will definitely be back!! Thank you

We loved our California stay here! It was the perfect condo for us; privacy and a huge view of the ocean and pier. The place is like being in a tropical paradise! Direct access to the beach was awesome. The parking garage was so convenient being right under us. Beautiful walkways to our family staying in other units. Only a .5 mi walk to coffee at the harbor! Traveling from Tennessee, for a wedding, we had a family reunion barbecue at the pool with 20 relatives.

Really like the set up and location of unit. Only issues we had was we were not able to get pod coffee maker to work and the sheets for the couch bed too small. Would rent it again.

Everything we wanted in a cozy studio. Excellent view, even though we had the unfortunate luck of having rain 4 out of 5 days. We walked the beach during every break in the weather and enjoyed watching the surf from the balcony when it rained. The condo itself was great. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and a good size. Nice bathroom with the sink separated from the shower and toilet, which is great for privacy and convenience. The location of this condo cannot be beat. It is an easy walk to either the harbor or the fishing pier. There are many restaurants within walking distance and many more a short drive away. Several grocery stores can also be found just a short drive away. We really enjoyed our time in the condo despite the poor weather, and we hope to return in the future.

We enjoyed our week. It was a cold, rainy week but found lots to do in the communities surrounding Oceanside.
The property was wonderful. Very clean and supplied with everything you can think of for a good stay.

Property was exactly as described and extremely well equipped. The location can’t be beat - view from the balcony is amazing! Though the unit was just a studio there was ample space for the 2 of us. With the sleeping space off to the side it felt very roomy. First time staying in this unit and we will definitely be back!

Condo was wonderful, it was well stocked with all the stuff you needed. Thu was wonderful and if we had a problem he helped answer those concerns. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks again for a great week.

This property had a gorgeous balcony, view and kitchen. The property had a hot tub and pool my kids used quite a bit, but when we were there it was really cold. We couldn’t find a heater or extra blankets. We were freezing most of our trip.

Everything you need in a compact space. Clean, comfortable, thoughtful amenities. Awesome beach walking, beautiful grounds. Find the koi feeder near the office and bring some quarters! Great fun! The spa was big and clean, nice gym and pool tables go mostly unused, get in there! We had a great time.

We had a difficult time finding the Patrol Office. Otherwise all was wonderful. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We had an awesome time at this location. With beach view and steps from the beach. We had a wonderful time walking, swimming in the pool and jacuzzi. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Had everything you need. Also included exercise and game room and beautiful garden. You just don’t want to leave. Great place,

Thoughtful host in providing everything for the perfect stay at the beach. Easy beach access, chairs, umbrella, towels, toys, games, toiletries, spices, condiments, cooler for beach picnics. Walmart, Grocery Outlet nearby. Lots of restaurants. Amazing view from 2nd floor balcony.

Location, location, location! Also an adorable condo! Beach is right there. Pool is lovely. Safe and secure grounds with a parking garage. Many great restaurants within a short walk. We had a great couple of days. I definitely recommend this rental!

My son and I spent 5 nights here and we really enjoyed it. The studio is beautifully decorated. Great kitchen with excellent appliances. A very comfortable king bed. The views are fantastic. We plan on returning. 5 out of 5!

Excellent Views!
Excellent ocean, pier, and shoreline views. Owner was very communicative and the property had upgraded cable and internet. Property offered beach items, but we had our own. Will definitely stay here again!

Peaceful getaway
We had a very restful stay at this lovely, ocean front condo. Everything was in excellent condition and very clean, just as portrayed in the ad and photos. The king size bed was so comfortable, and we enjoyed hearing the ocean at all hours. The owners were also very responsive and friendly when we discovered that one of the boogie boards was falling apart. They stopped by within a couple of hours with a brand new replacement for us to enjoy!
The entire condo property is also immaculate and everyone was friendly, but the heated pool felt a bit cool to us, and a couple of the community BBQ's were malfunctioning. Overall a great stay, though!

Quick Get Away
We really enjoyed this condo. Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and listening to the waves was the best. Sleep with the door open so you can hear them all night long. Looking forward to staying again

Amazing property w/ Amazing View
This was the perfect get away for my wife & I to have some alone time without our 3 kiddos :). The space was amazing, the location was perfect, & the view/grounds were all absolutely beautiful!! Will definitely be back!!!

Amazing getaway

The place is amazing . My daughter and I was there for a week and it’s absolutely wonderful . The view was breath taking . The condo looks exactly like the pictures . Oceanside is great .
