Had a wonderful week at Peck Plaza! The weekend started stormy as Hurricane Debby made landfall. The first couple of days were windy and wet but luckily the rest of the week was beautiful. The condo was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The amenities were great as my wine and his friend enjoyed using the fitness room and pool. The kitchen is nicely stocked with plenty of pots and pans. It was also night each sink had hand soaps. Most places we go you have to bring your own and that’s one thing we always forget! Thanks for the thoughtfulness!

The condo is great but the buildings elevators are a little bit troublesome. The one working elevator broke during the week we were there and we had to use the stairs for about a day and a half. The building management was very helpful and the condo owners did everything they could to accommodate for the inconvenience. That being said we loved the condo itself, the view, the access to the beach and the amenities. If you are unable to climb the stairs if the elevator goes out again then I would wait until the new one is operational.

Great Staff!! Beautiful Condo. Had everything you needed including washer and dryer. Comfortable Beds and very spacious. Beach area was wonderful. Not crowded and very clean. Owner responded to every email throughout the rental process, which was very easy and stress free. Property Manager was amazing. Always around and was very generous with her time and answered any questions any time. Regulars and neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We have stayed at many locations through out Daytona for the last 26 years and this was my favorite location. Can not wait to do it again.

This condo was great! It had everything we needed for our stay. We were very impressed with everything that was supplied, from soaps to kitchen items. The place was very quiet and clean. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great property…beautiful views! FANTASTIC VIEWS, Actually!! Owner/host was incredibly responsive; great communication; and so very accommodating to our last minute request for booking; with changed dates of week. We are so very thankful for them! Amenities included, everything that was needed. Will certainly be back!

Wonderful! Amazing! We made so many memories that will last a life time at this condo! Very comfortable , view is outstanding ! Instacart and door dash deliver to lobby area for easy groceries and meals.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and condo unit. Unit is gorgeous with spectacular views. We enjoy staying here. Had a small issue with elevators on check in day but it wasn’t long and I know they are working to correct the issues and better the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We are repeat customers, Lisa ( property manager ) and Julie ( owner ) go out of there way to make sure everything is 100% satisfactory for anyone who stays at their facility. The condo’s are spacious, well maintained and up to date. If there are any concerns, they are dealt with immediately. We are going back again as the experience we continue to have allows a wonderful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo! Check in was simple, it was very clean, and the views were amazing! Thankful also for Lisa, the housekeeper, for being there to give us a tour of all the amenities and where they were located. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This condo was just as described in listing. Fantastic views and location. Condo was very clean and accommodating. Check in process was very simple. Pool was heated which was great! We had mostly great weather while our stay so beach was amazing!! Overall fantastic vacay stay!

This was one of the best condos we have stayed at. We loved the lay out and the large windows in each bedroom.
Also at check in the condo staff walked as around and helped us get a lay of the land. Was a nice personal touch that I’ve not experienced before.
Getting to the beach was easy, great pool and hot tub. Tennis courts are great and fun to play right on the beach!
Highly recommend.

We rented the condo for a week. Our grands come then a few days quiet and then friends come the end of the week. It is spacious and allowed everyone to have private rooms. It was a great open spacious condo that was clean and stocked from the kitchen to the linens. The property is secure. When it ended up being the women at the end of the week, we felt secure. The owner reached out with information before our stay. The property manager and host we dealt with at the property were both great. We love this area and will definitely be looking at renting this one again.

During a rainy week in FL, we were very happy to be in such a nice place since we spent so much time inside. The condo is as advertised. Lots of space. Beautiful views. Lisa was great with check in.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo building is right on the beach with access and has everything you could need and it’s located between two grocery stores. Open pool and hot tub with huge outdoor patio space, indoor games and garage parking were a few amenities my group often used. The unit itself is very spacious and nicely decorated with great views. Plenty of additional bedding and linens, lots of beach and sports equipment was also available for use.
My party of 7 had plenty of room! There were not tons of restaurants or activities within walking distance but that was the only downside for us.

Definitely a 5 star stay. Amazing views, very clean, tasteful furniture and very well equipped. Stayed with 2 coworkers for an event. Lisa was very helpful. The hot tub, pool and beach access are great. And the views....the views are worth a million bucks.

This property is extremely well managed, spacious and beautiful!
We felt totally at home the moment we walked in, the amenities are excellent, access to the beach awesome. Julie and Lisa were extremely pleasant to deal with and very efficient. We have already booked again for next year.

Great property
First dealing with Julie and Lisa was great communication! Lisa was awesome to work with on getting into the condo, complex questions and a genuine person. The views are absolutely beautiful. I loved waking up in the master being able to see the ocean and bay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our party of 7. The living space and dining was also very nice as well and everything was clean. You can tell they take pride in having this condo while allowing others to utilize it. Having the designated parking was also very nice as you didn’t have to worry about fighting for a parking space. The building complex was very clean and offered a lot of things to do to keep the kids busy. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Daytona staying at the Peck Plaza. We use VRBO 1-2 times a year to vacation at different locations. The condo was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the hosts provided far more amenities than most places we’ve stayed. We are used to bringing/buying toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, beach towels, chairs, etc. We were pleasantly surprised that the host provided all of these items during our stay.
The condo was very spacious and located directly on the beach. It is close to several restaurants and souvenir shops.
All of the staff at Peck Plaza work very hard to make sure your stay is wonderful. They are extremely helpful if there is anything that you need.
We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Daytona.

Great property
Pictures does not due this property justice, nice upgraded condo with comfortable beds and great views. Only downside was the elevators were malfunctioning during more than half our stay but was a minor inconvenience.

The manager Dennis and his Wife Lisa are the best. Super welcoming and very helpful. The most beautiful place and best views on Daytona beach.
Great price also. We won’t stay anywhere else in Daytona. 3 beds and 3 baths is the way to go.
