Overall we loved the property and it was wonderful having all my questions answered by our host before I even had the opportunity to ask!! The only areas for improvement were the shower cleanliness (but I’m also notoriously picky about such things so take that criticism with a grain of salt), and the state of the mattress in the master bedroom wish caved in toward the center. The kids loved the home and so did we. Conveniently located near both lifts and the general store. Would definitely book again!

Location to slopes couldn't be better.

The house was unexpected on every level. There was something on every level that was useful for anyone. From the upstairs loft with a fireplace and desks, the next level was a inviting and comfortable living room, kitchen, wet bar and outside balcony with a nice BBQ and an amazing view. On to the third floor, small bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with a tub and shower and the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, fireplace, very large bathroom with a sunken jacuzzi tub large sink area and a really cool shower with multiple shower heads. Onto the bottom floor, nice big family room with a tv and another room with double bunk beds and a washer and dryer, the small hallway off the room has a really nice sauna, off the family room is another bedroom with a queen bed and a large room with a nice spa and a work out area. It is a really nice house that anyone and any size family or group would enjoy as much as we did. And dogs are allowed, which makes it nice if you cant leave them at home. Rich is a great host for this house with many great suggestions.

Loved the location of the home. Beautiful views and cozy. The parking area was large which was great because we have a large truck. Easily accessible and the owner responds quickly. We had to change our travel days and it was done without any issues. Thank you for that. My family is greatful. I liked that there was plenty of pots and utensils in the kitchen. It is pet friendly, so expect to see some pet hair in the carpet. It was a little stale smelling upon entry, we bought some air fresheners which helped with that. Overall, it was a nice stay.

My family enjoyed our stay in this house. The location is good and you can see the lake out the window.

Our only negative experience was not due to the property or the owner's co-operation.We understand that on a practical level ,there is no need for air conditioning given the primary purpose of the property.However,when we opened the windows to enjoy the cool and fresh air,the flies ,bees and wasps were overwhelming due to no screens on the windows.As a result,the top 2 floors were quite stuffy.Bur overall,I would most certainly and favorably recommend this property.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was very spacious and clean. The drive was not bad and the directions were helpful.

This large family cabin was just perfect for our 4 day stay in Brain Head! Amazing views and just a short drive to both lifts and lodges. Wonderful deck to watch the sun rise and set on the mountain. Great stocked kitchen and multiple hang out areas for the kids and the adults. The hot tub is very clean and hot and just what your muscles need after a day on the slopes!

We had a great stay here, house was well equipped. Fireplaces and the hot tub were great to have. The bottle of wine was a nice touch too, thank you!

let me start with saying thank you for this beautiful and functional home. cant wait to visit it again. Richard was very helpful with any questions I had, quick with response and so great with suggestions around the town. My family pretty big, it was 9 adults and 1 teen, but it felt like everyone had their own space to use and relax. The views from the house is breathtaking

This house was great for our family of 6 with 4 teens. Loved hanging out in the living room with the fireplace and unbelievable views. Had everything we needed, cozy and warm, gorgeous views from all around the house, quite street, and a short drive down to Brian Head Resort. I loved how well stocked the cabin was. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! There is a lot of stairs so be prepared for a high altitude work out as you walk all of the 4 stories. The spa was perfect for those sore legs after a long day on the slopes!

We had a great time. The kids loved the jacuzzi. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view is spectacular. Thank you for sharing your home. We couldnt figure out how to get the dishwasher working though.

We stayed two nights for a short family/friend ski trip. We had a great time. Played in the snow, played games, watched movies. Very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked for cooking.

Large property with plenty of sleeping spaces for large family or multiple familiies staying together. Well stocked kitchen and overall property. Might be too many steps for older guests but otherwise works great for anyone else. Easy drive into town and the resort.

The place is very nice with a weird structure design but it was well equipped. The only thing I didn't like was the some of the fireplace wasn't working and the bathroom tub in the master bedroom was not working but I would stay here again

This is our 4th time staying at Richard’s cabin. It’s our favorite in Brianhead. Plenty of room, excellent location and the new hot tub with the beautiful views was an added bonus. We wish they would have left the video games and movies in the basement area for the kids but other than that a great stay!

The property is dated. It has a funky layout with 4 levels and a lot of stairs. The master bathroom has seen better days. However, it was clean and we had everything we needed. This property is on a dead end street so, it is very quite. There is a bike/hiking trail right by the house. We enjoyed our stay.

This condo is awesome! It has a hot tub room with a small gym- windows all around and above it. Beautiful views from windows and balcony. Cozy rooms and a great kitchen. The location is perfect. The king bed is so comfortable. The owner is great to communicate with. We would book again!

Very enjoyable stay. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Lots of stairs if that is an issue. Comfortable home.

Wasn't sure what to expect with the home being multiple levels BUT it was great. The multiple levels gave privacy when needed. Awesome views of ski resort. It's near the end of a cul-de-sac so it was very quiet as well. Will definitely head back.

The hot tub was clean and a luxury we were looking forward to enjoying, but the chlorine smell was a little strong for us, even after opening a few windows, so we didn't use it as much as we had hoped to. I do agree with one of the other reviews that noted that the light switches were confusing, but we were able to figure out the majority of the ones we needed after a few tries. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable, the jetted, two person tub was very nice, and the shower looked very cool, but all of it's features were either not working, or we just couldn't figure them out. The master bathroom has a layout that made me wish I could take it home with me. Loved the kitchen! We had everything we needed, and easily within reach. The stairs were a little challenging to us, as we are not used to the altitude, and 18 stairs in between each level definitely got our heart rates up, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but my in laws would not have been able to make it up and down them, had they joined us. Rich was very prompt in answering all of our questions, and went out of his way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. We would definitely love to go back and stay again...Thank you for making this treasure available to enjoy for a long weekend getaway! 10 ☆`s!!!

The house was perfect for our two families - took full advantage of multiple hang options, including spa & sauna - with a gorgeous view of Brian Head and ski lifts just a few minutes away. Could use a bit of updating (and way too many/confusing light switches!) but it was spacious for our 9 person crew (+ dog) & yet somehow still cozy and warm. Would definitely stay there again!
