We could not have been more pleased with the property. Its a half mile from the ocean. It is just the right size. It is completely fenced in if you have children. Great kitchen appliances, TVs, etc. Very comfortable furniture. Plenty of parking if you have more than one car. This is the first VRBO house I have stayed in that I could see myself living in full time. We are planning on annual visits.

Wonderful laid out and immaculate older home. Perfect location for our trip to US Women's Open at Pebble Beach. The owner is very accommodating.

Check in and check out was very easy. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great location, a few blocks from the beach and the 17-mile drive. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. The home was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped. It worked well for three older couples. We were close to Monterey and Carmel. The fire pit was a real bonus. Highly recommend.

We loved the location of this home. It was the perfect size for 6 gals. The home was clean and had a great outdoor entertainment area. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we return to Monterey.

Great value in a great location and a perfect place just to hang out. Plenty of off-street parking made it easy for our 3 separate adult groups to meet up here. The kitchen and dining areas were perfect for eating in and it’s only a 12 minute drive to Whole Foods for groceries. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to the Monterey Peninsula in the future.

I booked this house to take my son somewhere special and nearby family and friends to celebrate his 18th birthday. The house worked out perfectly! He and his best friend stayed in the room with two beds, his mother (my best friend) stayed in the middle bedroom, and I stayed in the master bedroom. We were all very comfortable and slept well with the delightful electric bed warmers on each bed! The house was well appointed and close to Del Monte center for anything we might need. We enjoyed a day at the warf and relaxing at the house but what really made our stay special was the charming courtyard with its central fire place. On a cool Monterey day with the sun shining family and friends came for an afternoon get together to celebrate my son. There were 9 of us and we all enjoyed the Court yard celebration. The kitchen was very well appointed with plenty of serving dishes that I used for the food. Larry is friendly and a great communicator for any questions I had before my stay. Thank you, Larry, for allowing us to create such special memories at your beautiful home.

Wonderful home. Wish weather would have cooperated for more use of outdoor areas. GPS essential, but enjoyed restaurants and shops we found. Great walking in neighborhood. Easy walk to coast path. House well equipped. Very spacious.

Property is really nice and located right near Point 7 along the 17 mile drive. The property is spacious especially in the kitchen area. Neighborhood is very quiet and seen quite a few deer walking around. This is a highly recommended stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at your property! It was so conveniently close to A lot of what 17 mile drive is famous for. It was also in a beautiful neighborhood and close to Carmel by the sea. We are looking forward to coming back here soon!

The property was conveniently located to beach walking path, golf courses, Monterey, PG and Carmel. Property was roomy and clean. Instructions were comprehensive and helpful. Larry was easy to work with and we appreciated his help.

Everything was above board for us. We have been coming to Monterey for over 50 yrs, and know the area very well. However this was our first time renting a house and won't be the last. Our favorite restaurant we always eat out while visiting Monterey is the Sandbar Grill, and now we found a new spot, La Mia Cucina in Pacific Grove. We are sure to return again for another stay soon.

It was the perfect place for our sister getaway. Close to everything we wanted to experience.

This is a perfect getaway for a rest and relaxing time. Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. 10 min walk to Bird Rock and beaches. 15 mins to Carmel or Monterey. When a question was needed to be answered Larry responded in an efficient timely manner. House was spacious and everyone had enough privacy. I would definitely come back to this home.

My husband and I (including my grown kids and grandkids) stayed at this lovely home for 6 days. We could have stayed much longer as we were smitten with not just the house but the courtyards and scenery. The house was clean and the décor was enchanting with the Mediterranean flair. The kitchen was a dream as it had top of the line appliances etc. We enjoyed barbecuing in the courtyard as it was very pleasant. The beds were comfortable, especially the master suite. That’s a must on my list of criteria. We didn’t do any tourist attractions as we had done them before. Located in the 17 mile drive location we didn’t want to leave the area as the beaches and ambiance are perfection. We loved the close proximity to these spectacular beaches. We are grateful to Larry and family for allowing us to stay at their abode. We hope to come back in the future.
