This unit was so awesome to hang out in, that we did just that quite a lot during our stay. The decks are amazing. The main portion wasn’t in the sun in the morning making it super pleasant to just hang out. Those who wanted some sun could Lay-out just around the corner. We loved this unit. Third floor. Close to the beach.

Fabrizio is amazing to work with…all communication was great. Have enjoyed this condo multiple times. We are looking forward to next year.

The 180 degree views from the balcony are spectacular. Great patio furniture to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves. Condo had everything needed. Washer and dryer is great to have. Beds are comfortable. Restaurants are convenient on the property and there are taxis available waiting to take you to other places in Puerto Pensacola Definitely will be back

Pictures are as described, missing a few essentials in the condo , didn’t have paper towels or laundry detergent or cooking oil . No coffee for the coffee maker. There is a store you can purchase these items for . I’m used to everything being provided during the Vrbo stay. The views were amazing! Keep in mind it is a bit loud in your condo due to the band playing below until late evening and people Being noisy below as you are close to the pool. It was great for the kids , felt safe and they loved the banana boat rides and proximity to the beach. We had 4 teen girls and two adults. Overall they enjoyed it. I loved the views but prefer a quieter stay . July is a super hot month to go there , it made coming back to Arizona seem cooler.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Views are amazing and the condo is super comfy and spacious. I highly recommend this place and the Las Palomas Resort. We will definitely be coming back.

This was a great room to book. It was very spacious with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loved the wrap around balcony. Of everything that we loved, the thing we loved the best was the mermaid mosaic mural in the bathroom. Hopefully we can book this room again in the future.

Good afternoon ! We stayed at your beautiful condo the 11th and 12th of June. Had just a few problems you should be aware of. We were not able to get in by four. In fact cleaning crew were still there at 4:30. Kitchen microwave not functioning. Master shower no hot water. Handle just spins. It may need a new cartridge. The whole building water was shut off Tuesday morning. Very disappointing. If you can provide a refund of any amount that would be appreciated and appropriate. Thank you! This owner never replied to our concerns😟

Our family of 6 fit in this condo very comfortably. It is very nicely decorated and had anything we needed. Fabrizio is a great host with quick responses. And the view is amazing.

We came for Memorial Day weekend and loved how spacious the condo was. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we would need. The owner was super responsive as well. The size of the patio was amazing and enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks out there. Definitely will book this property again!

The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The condo was well cared for and the beds were very soft. The best part was the incredible views. The only Dixon was the slow check in process but this has nothing to do w the owner or condo. Would definitely recommend.

Our family of four stayed over the holiday break and had a wonderful time. The views of the sea, sand, and city can’t be beat. Everything from the checkin process to the food to the beach service was great. Definitely will stay again.

A very relaxing getaway for my husband and parents. Beds and couch are so comfy and the kitchen has a large granite counter. Fabrizio was easy to communicate with as well. The location is fabulous with the deck so big you can sit in the sun or shade to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Thank you Fabrizio for your hospitality!

Had a great time, property is well maintained, view is amazing! Kitchen is well equipped and beds are nice. plenty of seating, both outside and in!

From the minute we arrived the entire resort staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, the condo itself is immaculate and has super comfy beds and plenty of space! Our teens loved the pool and our "big kids" loved the activities! The food is delicious and I'm incredibly impressed with the pride that is taken in the resort. I watched a worker legit sweep the beach for 3 hours one morning. We will 1000% be back 👏👏👏👏

Thank you to our host for sharing with us his condo for our 1st trip to rocky point. Our drive from la county was 8 hours at least but overall worthwhile. Just make sure you go for at least a week so you got plenty of time to enjoy before your drive home. Las palomas resort phase 1 was my fav place. Pools clean and not too crowded and noisy. Check in was not easy as las palomas email or vrbo email instructed. You can do all vheck in online but when you come to service rep they tell you that online check is not really available. Just make sure you fill the visitor info online and tell then to find it and print it out so you can sign it. The condo was not ready when we got there but i dont blame our host , probably a staffing problem with resort. The condo cleaning service person Moriama kept our condo in order and was kind. The view and balcony is just amazing to enjoy at night and during day. Your close to elevator and BBQ area. I defenitely want to come back and some Tips for those coming is bring water shoes, boogie board and donut floaties, sand toys they can inflate in store hotel and best area to get lounge chair with chair is under canopy area close to lazy river. Enjoy.

Overall was ok. Pool bar struggled to keep up with food and drinks. Other than that fine for a short getaway without having to fly.
