The property was all that it said it would be. But... I feel that the cleaning did not do a good job. On the surface, it appeared to be clean. BUT, as I walked around bare foot, the floors were not swept or mopped because I felt it on the bottom of my feet. Other than that, I loved the house, the location, and the lovely backyard oasis.

Family of (11) and it was comfortable, spacious and close to beach! We enjoyed the pool and the patio. It had aplenty of room for bbq dinners! We would consider booking again!

Overall, nice property for a family. No dishwasher. No communication at all regarding the check in and check out process. Shower had very very weak water pressure.

This is the second time we stayed at this condo, first time was great now not so much. Plumbing issues, mold everywhere, place is not what we expected anymore.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location (close to the beach). We were within walking distance to stores and places to eat. The pool was a perfect size. We will definitely book again!

The house was beautiful and both the pool and backyard was nice and big, the whole family loved it. The house was within walking distance to the beach which was great. The owner of the property was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

The place was extremely clean and nice very spacious and love the pool area. If you’re looking for a great spot for your family to enjoy this is the place I highly recommend also close access to the beach with a beach a cart that came in very handy will book again next time we in south padre.

Overall we had a very positive experience staying at casa Delores. Easy access to the beach. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness. It wasn’t dirty but the kitchen needed a bit more attention.

The house is very nice and modern. It could be a little cleaner. The stairs are a little dangerous they are slippery, we had 3 slips. Thank god no one was hurt. The pool was wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

All of the images lived up to the actual property. Guys weekend was a huge success. The pool is great, and the beer fridge in the garage is clutch.

First time staying in this place and me and my family loved it an will be back soon. House is big and spacious, super clean and has everything you need. Also the pool is amazing. We had no trouble checking in as well. You will love it.

I had the best birthday weekend with family. The place was clean and spacious! Plenty of towels and best part was the private pool. The beach access was only a block away it was perfect we borrowed a wagon wheel to haul our tents and etc. everyone loved it can’t wait to book again :)

This house is located steps from two public beach accesses. It had all of the supplies we would need in the kitchen and the owner was highly responsive. It also had a few pleasant surprises. There’s an outside shower and a bathroom located right off of the heated pool! Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too. Quiet neighborhood, close to food and shopping. Highly recommend!

The only thing wrong the property was not clean filters are dirty hair in restrooms, in one bunk room the light sockets don't have covers,Kitchen appliances were also dirty. But other then that it's a great walking distance and beautiful beach house. We all enjoyed our stay .

Family Time
Three full beach and pool days with plenty of delicious homemade food was enjoyed by all thanks to our stay at Casa Dolores. Being located a half block from a clean easy beach access 17, coming home to our large clean pool perfectly designed to keep our twin two year olds in the step area while grilling on the large heavy duty charcoal grill , and enjoying outdoor dining was heavenly.

A Must Stay in South Padre Island
This truly is an amazing home and recommend all families stay here when visiting the island. Literally less than half a block from the beach access. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped and spacious. The best part of this home is the patio and backyard with its own pool. The owner has it kept so neat and beautiful you just want to stay out there enjoying the time. The owner was also easily accessible and helpful with any questions we had. We give this rental 5 stars all around!

Decent home with a great location
The location of the property was great, close to the beach and access to what SPI has to offer. We traveled with some teenagers and there isn’t a lot for them to do on the island, but this property was close to what was there. The house needs to be better equipped with necessities, there was not near enough towels for bathrooms no dish towels or cloths. We actually went and bought some to have for the week. We left them there for future use. (Note, home also has no dishwasher)I would also suggest things for the beach. They had wagons and that was the ONLY beach item. There are no actual lounge/ tanning chairs by the pool only chairs. The covered area by the pool was really nice. There was a grill by the pool but it was extremely dirty and was a charcoal grill which a lot more work than a simple gas grill.

Unforgettable Weekend
My family and I absolutely loved staying at this property over the weekend! The location is very close to the beach with a practical outdoor shower to rinse off before using the pool. The property was very clean and well maintained, providing for an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend renting the property without a doubt!

Short walk from the beach
Great property! Pros: The pool/backyard area is amazing and the house is just a short walk from the beach. We had problems with the garbage disposal and a plumber was sent right away.
Cons: not the biggest fans of the bunk beds but we made it work :)

Wonderful weekend getaway
It is a beautiful home. Very clean and well maintained. Has a spacious backyard with plenty of seating. The outside covered patio area is well equipped for all you grilling needs. By the way that is an awesome pit provided for the guests. The landscaping is very nice great for picture taking. The fridge in the garage was an A+ so were the gorilla carts. Very helpful if going to the beach. The property has three bedrooms upstairs. 1 bathroom in a general area 2nd you must go into a bedroom to access. The 4th bedroom downstairs has a bathroom as well. You can access the downstairs bathroom via patio as well. We had a great time will definitely book again. Will recommend to friends and family. Security cameras around home also made us feel safe and secure.

The house is nice, the back yard is fantastic and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The host is very responsive if you need anything. We’ve stayed here twice and definitely recommend.

Beautiful house
This house was perfect for our girls vacation...9 of us fit comfortably...2 minute walk to the beach...loved cooking in the kitchen had everything we needed pots, pans, utensils, plates,cups...BBQ grill outside...Amazing heated pool great for relaxing in after long day at the beach...close to lots of entertainment...host was great...easy check in...and provided all information needed for this wonderful weekend...well be booking again for next year...

Perfect Vacation Rental!
Extremely pleased with our stay. The layout of the house was absolutely perfect and roomy. You could tell how clean and well taken care of the property was. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to book this place again in the future!

Overall good amenities
Had a great stay even though Property was not as clean as one would expect. Great amenities but could use a dishwasher and a updated kitchen. The bunk beds in two rooms is good for two families but not couples. Could stand to be replaced or some maintenance, very rickety.

Pool was very cloudy and did not clear up until the last day there.The lawn service people filled the pool with grass clippings.
