Had a wonderful 1 week stay at the property. Located directly behind Johns’s Pass, we had all the best ice cream destinations close by. Very short walk to beach. Would definitely stay again !

This was out 2nd time staying here has everything you need and very quaint and private for 2 adults. Location is good and walking distance is close to shops and restaurants. Bonnie is a Awesome Host. We Enjoyed our stay again

My wife and I were lucky enough to grab this property after another host cancelled on us 4 days before our trip during spring break time. You couldn't be any closer to Johns pass and basically right behind the Bamboo Beach (Tiki) bar, the location is fantastic. We were a little concerned about the walk to the beach, but it is an easy 5 min walk across gulf blvd with a public access right across the road. We spent a couple of days just hanging in the peaceful backyard with the pool and dock which was very relaxing and refreshing. We saw dolphins on 2 different days in the marina right off the dock. Beverly was very responsive and Bonnie was available for anything we needed. We would 100% stay here again.

The property was located directly across the street from John's Pass which was great for shopping and just relaxing. The caretaker, Bonnie, was excellent. She gave great recommendations for places to eat and was generally very helpful and responsive to any needs that we had. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay here. We have rented condos and beach houses at other places in the area before but this place takes the cake! Your own dock/pool with friendly birds that come by to hang, literally footsteps to our favorite Bamboo Beach Bar as well as everything else John's Pass has to offer and a spacious and clean place, as well. Bonnie, next door, was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and Beverly is very responsive. We can't wait to come back!

This place is perfect for 2 people. Excellent location. Lots of beautiful wildlife. Bonnie the caretaker is awesome. Would highly recommend.

Could not ask for a better position. The shortest walk to all the bars and amenities of Johns Pass. Sitting on the jetty watching the wildlife and world go by was heaven. We both feel so relaxed. Bonnie next door was lovely too. A delightful property, we were sad to go. But have made lots of good memories.

Spent an amazing week here and could not have asked for anything but more time. This home makes you feel right at home. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I loved sitting outside and just watching the birds that stopped to visit. The pool was a very nice addition. I jumped in every morning and evening. The ocean is easy to access and an easy walk. The beach has small waves and is clear. The shopping village and boardwalk is a two minute walk. Many restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed listening to the live band that played at the outdoor bar. Bonnie the caretaker is a very sweet lady and we enjoyed her company. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Florida.

My husband and I spent 9 days at this beautiful property! We were so happy to be close to the boardwalk and beach as well as have a dock for our boat! Bonnie, the property manager is just a doll! We have already booked for next year!

Nice location with short walk to beach. Property Manager on site next door (Bonnie) was very nice. Nice Dock and small private pool. Buy a can of cheap Sardines and see how many cool birds you can attract at the dock!

Extremely great price! The cheapest place you will get with any semblance of privacy. Apartment was extremely spacious (well for 2 people) and clean. The pool was nice. The location is great! Right behind John's Pass which houses many shops, businesses and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Madeira beach, but is also within short driving distance with other great beaches (St. Pete Beach, Indian Rocks, Clearwater etc.). Very much worth the price if you're looking for something affordable and private. My Wife and I will be back for sure!

The property is a perfect location the pool is clean the fishing was good we saw two dolphins and one manatee standing on the dock and almost everything was in walking distance all in all it's a perfect place to take a vacation

We recently wrapped up our stay here and couldn’t be happier with our experience! Right outside the front door is John’s Pass with all the restaurants, shopping and activities you could possibly want! And take a step out the back door and you have the privacy of a beautiful and quiet backyard with your own pool and dock on the canal. It was nice to have the action of John’s Pass so close during the day and the peaceful nights relaxing on the dock. There was a bunch of beach gear in the closet that was really nice to have. The duplex was immaculately clean and well cared for. Bonnie who lives next door hooked us up with some coolers, bait buckets and floaties. She’s great! We’ve stayed at a lot places between St. Pete and Clearwater but this one really stood out. Thanks for making our vacation a great one!

My teen age son and I had a delightful time at this slice of paradise! We were on vacation for his senior spring break trip! The home itself is very spacious and VERY clean. The decor was Florida Fun and eclectic! It is a spot for those that are easliy satisfied with down to earth vacationing. The view out the slider and kitchen window ismarvelous - birds, boats, greenery and flowers. ( At the time the was pool was being fixed..no worries just head out to the dock and enjoy the view.) The dock area is a fabulous spot for coffee in the morning or a beverage throughout the day. There is everything you could possible you need in the kitchen...and then some. Be sure to check out the two closests...they are filled with more essentials for your stay. The location is beyond belief! It is one street behind John's Pass. It is across the street from Madieria Beach! You can hear live music while sitting outside. The Bamboo Beach Bar has live music!!! It ends at 9:00 or !00 PM. ( older crowd) Beverly and Bonnie are marvelous! They are warm, kind, and generous...loving souls! Beverly was very accomodating and generous when our plans were altered due to a canceled flight situtation. "Good begets good! My son and I give our stay 5 STARS! I say - book it!!!

This is a nice property in a great location. The layout is perfect for a short to medium stay. We enjoyed having parking right outside the door. There is plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable for a week stay. It is a small bathroom but has a large walk in shower. I can see why the property has received perfect reviews in the last few years but it is time for a few updates. The couch is worn out. The linens all need to be replaced. The original sheets on the bed were worn out and I thought it was no big deal to pull out fresh sheets from the closet but they were not in any better condition. The oven was not working and when I emailed Beverly she did get right back to me and was willing to have someone come and fix it. We would stay there again with those updates.

My husband and I recently stayed in this unit and had a wonderful time. It is clean and comfortable and is well-equipped with everything you need for your trip. The kitchen has ample utensils, cookware, barware and dinnerware. There are extra linens and towels. Just outside the back door, however, is the pearl of this unit. We enjoyed having a pool to ourselves. If we needed refreshments or use of a restroom, the trip was a couple of steps away. The landscaping and plants are tasteful and neatly kept. We spent morning breakfasts at the patio table on the boat dock. A huge variety of birds, dolphins and manatee entertained us daily. Restaurants and shopping are just a few short steps away. You won't need to drive if you so desire. Finally, we can't say enough good things about Bonnie, the full-time resident of the adjoining unit. She addressed any questions we had and kept the area around the pool deck clean and straight. Plus, she was excellent company. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Try it! You will be happy you did.

I can't say enough about this place. It's my paradise!! This year we seen dolphins and manatees right off the dock a few times. I think the manatees might have a nest nearby or something she stayed right there a few days with a baby. We survived hurricane Elsa and had an awesome picnic with Bonnie. I wish I never had to leave this place. The location is prefect for entertainment. Johns pass is directly behind it with everything u need from food to drinks to jet skis. I miss my second home already. Thank you for the perfect vacation!!!!!

Beautiful apartment and meticulously landscaped property in an amazing location. Very thoughtful touches from caretaker Bonnie. Would definitely recommend.

The location and pool can't be beat! The tiki bar is literally across the street and is the entrance to John's Pass. Public access to the beach is a short walk away to go watch the sunsets. Several times we took advantage of the trolley stop right at the corner to go to St Pete beach further into Madeira. It was so relaxing to float in the pool after a hot day of being out and about and not having to share like it is at the condos. Bonnie the caretaker is very friendly and pointed out a manatee floating in the water and she tried getting it to come to the dock. The native birds visiting in the yard were really cool to see up close. We have nothing like them in Illinois. This was our first time in Madeira but not our last and I contribute that because we had a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time. Bonnie came to meet us the second morning as we enjoyed our coffee on the deck. Although we came & went quite a bit, it was so nice to be close to St John’s Pass boardwalk. We would stay here again when we venture back to the area

The property was infested with said to be termites. We reported it when we noticed it. We had to move to a hotel during our vacation. They offered a full refund when we noticed them. When we left the declined to provide a full refund. VRBO will not refund their portion unless the property manager gives a full refund. Unfortunately there isn’t a spot where I could post the picture of the bugs. That’s just my experience. Yours may be better

We enjoyed our stay. Some people may not like the fact that across the street is the back end of a restaurant with live music. A couple nights there was music until 10 and 11pm. We did not mind because we enjoyed the bands. If someone wanted peace and quiet at 9pm, they would not be happy here Also right across the street were the many many shops of John’s Pass. We enjoyed walking through the shops and restaurants so close. And of course having close access to Madiera Beach was very nice. One minor issue was trouble getting a consistently strong wifi signal. We were busy enough it did not matter.

This was our second time staying here. We loved it again. Property is well-kept and in prime location. Lots of wild-life, beach-life, and night-life. The pool is the perfect getaway when it's too breezy for the beach. The dock provided plenty of happiness too...whether watching the dolphins, manatees, and abundance of birds, fishing, or just enjoying a cup of coffee. Bonnie was awesome again as well. I highly recommend it...just not when I want to book it.

Bonnie next door was kind and helpful when we needed her and takes good care of the property. Sitting out on the dock was my favorite part of our stay, saw a few dolphins and so many cool birds.
