The views from this home are gorgeous! My family had a great time

Excellent location, very nice home with plenty of room for a large family. Was a perfect place for my group of 9.

Property was very spacious and comfortable.

Overall a wonderful place to stay. Cleaning staff could have done a better job on main house refrigerator, wine cooler and washer and dryer tops. Also, there is apparently no recycling for bottles, cans and paper products which seems odd. We would definitely stay here again.

We brought our expanded family together to stay at this beautiful home. It had a lot of room, incredible views, and was a beautiful home. We walked to the beach, went to the monthly art walk, and sat in the back yard staring at the waves. I would come back again. I loved the town and the house. Thank you.

I debated renting this property vs others in the area for a while before committing, but never looked back and glad I didn’t! Waking up to the sounds of the ocean right out back was incredible. Everyone who came along on the trip couldn’t stop talking about what a great choice we made and how thrilled they were with the house and the amazing views (bonus! We got to see some otters playing out on the rocks). The info binder also gave us a good chuckle.

The pictures do not capture the beauty of this fantastic home! Priceless views of the ocean from almost every room took our breath away. The kitchen was equipped with a large assortment of top quality pans, knives, and lots of dishes. All of the appliances worked perfectly and were in wonderful condition. We could not have been more pleased. The location is close to a large Fred Meyer where we could get everything we needed. Harris State Beach is a very short drive away. Kayaking with South Coast Tours was a highlight. We also had a group walk of the 1.7 mile round trip on the Oregon Redwood Trail was fun for the grandkids as well as the adults. Lone Ranch Beach is a great place for visiting tide pools at low tide. We built great memories together for with our adult children and their families. I highly recommend this amazing home that is worth every penny!! We are very grateful these gracious hosts shared their home with us.

We stayed in this rental a year ago & enjoyed it so much we returned this year. We love Brookings & this rental fit for all of our needs! Aside from the stunning view & spacious house it’s a peaceful place to just be. Had a hiccup w the trash collection, contacted the host & the problem was remedied within the hour. We would highly recommend this rental & who knows, we may be back next year!!

Had a great time with the with family. Awesome views and kitchen. We loved opening up the patio doors and night and just relaxing.

This is the second time I have stayed in this beautiful property, and it was simply wonderful, again!! The incredible setting overlooking the Pacific and perfect interior space brought everyone a sense of tranquility. This home lacks nothing. We will be back.

My family and I (8 people), stayed here the week of my wedding. We eloped in the Redwood forest, and needed a place nearby to accommodate our family and provide a lovely setting for our upcoming nuptials. The stay here was awesome. The home lived up the name: STUNNING MODERN Cliffhouse. We 'got ready' for the ceremony here, and the views made it spectacular. Also, there is an incredible speaker system throughout the house to get the vibes right. The kitchen is large, open and well-stocked with any equipment you'd need. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were super clean, and the showers were... chef's kiss! The steam room.. absolute game changer! Our moms stayed in the casita for a little privacy and some quiet time. Everything was amazing. Some cliff side yoga, some lawn badmitten-- we were well entertained. We also saw some deer and a skunk come through the yard. GORGEOUS PLACE for a larger family to gather :)

We spend 6 days at Modern Cliff House and were sorry to leave. We had a very pleasant stay.

The Cliff House Property was an Excellent choice for our stay in Brookings, Oregon. Our daughter got married on a local beach and our family was all able to stay together. The size of the house, plus the Amazing Views helped add to the whole experience. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our large party, and everyone had their own space (if needed). We had a nice whale out back that entertained us most days. This house and the surrounding areas were just what our extended family needed. Would 100% recommend without hestiation!

This rental accommodated my large family very comfortably with lovely amenities. The interior is spacious & comfortable. The location was very private. The view- phenomenal! We spent our days fishing, hiking, enjoying beaches, a trip to the nearby redwoods & evenings whale watching on the back patio. We will definitely rent this house again! Wonderful memories were made!!

We had a lovely memorial weekend at the cliff house! There was a large group of all ages and the house was perfectly laid out to allow for everyone to share the common areas, and still have plenty space of their own. By far the most enjoyable part was spending our evenings watching the sunset from the back patio. Absolutely perfect!

Wow! So many wonderful things to say about this decadent home.....Comfortable, stunning house and view, modern with the most comfortable beds we have ever experienced in the 15+ years of our girls group gatherings at the coast!! Everything you would desire in the kitchen and all clean and in great condition. Every bathroom was large with amazing showers and spectacular views from every room. One special thing we got a kick out of was the detailed operations and frequently asked questions book. Written very well with so much wit and humor, especially the "frequently asked questions". Fortunately one of our Ladies has had some acting classes and entertained us with that for hours. Excellent location and definitely a choice you won't regret! All of the amenities are high end and for us ladies (ages 50's to 80's) we did struggle a bit with some of the technology but fortunately were able to figure it out, with a lot of laughter involved. Love, Love, Loved this home❤️ Thank you Matt and Sharyn for such an amazing coastal experience!

This is the second year in a row my mom has wanted this house for her annual birthday beach getaway with the kids and grandkids. It's a beautiful and comfortable home with a spectacular ocean view. This year we watched whales feeding right off the shoreline every day!

Well designed house that was cozy, but stylish. Teen nephews loved the casita. All bedrooms were designed for quiet. Air flow and comfort were all superbly thought of. This location is great for a base to the Redwoods as well as up to Gold Beach and the scenic corridor. The town is not as touristy as most. The location is private with great sounds of the ocean and the ever cooling breezes. Fred Meyer is within 2 minute drive. The furnishings are such to handle a larger group. You'll love the house.

Overall, this property is stunning because of the design of the house, its dramatic Pacific views just outside its many ocean-facing windows and walkouts, and the comfort of the interior. Dramatic kitchen with everything you could want and a full service grocery is a short drive or walk. Very well appointed home! I will be returning in the future.

We had a wonderful time at the Cliff House. Everything was in order and everyone in our group commented that this was the perfect place for our large group. The views from the back patio and balcony were beautiful. Even the rain didn't hamper our having a good time! While we didn't have to, we took the opportunity to fix the screen door, so that we left this place better than it was. We will definitely be back!

Our family loved everything about this house with the view,comfortable beds,spacious living area and close to sites and stores!

Every year my siblings and I rent a beach house somewhere along the Oregon coast for our Mom's birthday. The Cliff House made this year's trip extra special. Our family spent hours on the patio, visiting, reading and watching the waves crash on the rocks below while the sun set. In the mornings, a few of us would drive the short distance to any number of gorgeous trails for a nice run. While the house feels like it's secluded, it's a short walk away from several decent restaurants and Fred Meyer for quick shopping trips. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and my mom has decided that she would like to return next year.

Great home for large families or groups. Very clean, high end linens, fully equipped kitchen for all your needs, use of the garage. Loved the 2 bedroom casita for the young adults. Main house has a lot of space for family dinners and just hanging out. The backyard has stunning views, but very limited seating and eating area. Outdoor furniture would be a huge benefit. Their is a small round table with attached bench seating and some Adirondack plastic chairs. Barbara from premier properties was very easy to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a gorgeous place with a beautiful view.
