The best part about renting this unit and I know he owns a few other units is the host Arthur. I feel like I was borrowing a friend's place that's how cool this guy is and how comfortable he made my wife and I feel. Thank you!

Very nice view with excellent living experience. Self parking is very close to lobby. Room contain most daily living stuffs. It’s a private room so some others pi required may need charge. However, it’s very nice to live there.

This is a great place for a guys trip or romantic getaway. It was nice to have extra space to relax but still be close enough to the strip to get after it.

This place is exactly as listed. We came for a bachelor party and it was a magnificent penthouse suite. Arthur was wonderful and very accommodating. Thank you!!

The Dream Penthouse was a great space for my "divorce party". The view of Vegas was epic, the place easily fit 4 guys with plenty of room to spare, and it was connected to the Palms. And it was a quick taxi or Uber trip to the strip.

Great place for a group of people, plenty of space, perfect balcony and Arthur is great to work with. 2nd time I have stayed here and both were fantastic.

Booked this for a bachelor party it more than lives up to the listing information. Best view I have ever had at a place and the owner was super easy to work with. Has a washer/dryer and card keys to get in and out. Will certainly book again next time I am in Vegas.

I rented this penthouse last week for my birthday and had the BEST time! It all started with the owner Arthur who is the coolest. He was beyond attentive to my needs and tolerated all my crazy questions...He even put a Keurig coffee machine in for me to use before i arrived..I never expected this and he made it happen. Arthur clearly has his guests needs in mind and will make your stay nothing but the best. This place is beyond clean and spacious. The kitchen is great for entertaining or just relaxing. The attention to detail in this place is superb and I have to think that it's called "Pride of Ownership" by this super host. The view off the balcony is EPIC and the private spa is definitely a special place. I spent most of my time staring at the view from the spa...You really can't beat this place! It was an absolute TREAT for me stay here! Thanks again Arthur for offering this dreamy rental! #dreamypenthouse Jen

This place was everything my friends and I could ask for. The Penthouse itself was big and spacious. The balcony's view and jacuzzi was amazing. We hardly left the place because we were enjoying it so much. I would definitely look to stay here again if I have the chance. The Owner was very nice, helpful and accommodating with great communication. Definitely recommend to anyone who has the opportunity.

We had my bachelor party at Arthur's Dream penthouse. Arthur is a chilled out host and has done a good job giving this penthouse his own twist. Nothing beats the view from the balcony and infinity pool. The place was cleaned up before we reached and Arthur was nice to let us store our luggage before check in since we reached in the morning. We'll stocked with towels and toileteries. Would definitely return. Ask Arthur for his other properties at the Palms.

Arthur is 1st class. My wife and another couple could have sat on deck with the view all weekend!! Private and luxurious.

Loved it Property was amazing , ready when we arrived. Immaculate, more than enough room for our bachelor party. Pictures don't do justice , view is top notch. Owner met us on arrival and showed us around. No expense spared. From the extra large bedrooms to the spa like bathrooms. Movie room was the perfect extra room. Kitchen was stocked and jacuzzi was hot! View from the penthouse is sick.No pressure or ridiculous requirements. Owner is upfront, fair and wants you to enjoy yourself. Makes it easy. Thanks for a good guys weekend!

Our overall trip was nothing more than perfect! Our host was always in communication with us making sure our experience was perfect! He even went as far as making sure we had some welcome snacks and drinks for us to enjoy. The place itself was immaculate, very clean and well stocked with all items you could need! The pictures really do not do this place justice, it's an amazing penthouse with an even more amazing view. Don't wait pull the trigger you wont be disappointed!!

Our stay here is one for the record books. This penthouse has everything you would ever need and want during your stay in Las Vegas. Arthur was more than courteous, and checked in via text during our duration of the trip to make sure our expectations where met. I am definitely going to stay here in the future and I think anybody that is looking to have an experience of a life time should stay at this listing. Thank you again Arthur!

You couldn't ask for a better host and accommodations have no comparison. Would recommend location in a heartbeat and hope to return soon.
