The property was clean. Great location for hanging out on beach. Ample parking- we got 4 cars in without difficulty. Close to the street.

Not only was this our first family vacation in many years, but it was my niece's 1st birthday as well. The house blew our expectations out of the water. It was clean, well kept, and had our own private direct access to the beach. Amy was very easy to reach via text when needed and responded quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and plan to come back next year!

The rental was pristine and had everything we needed to jumpstart our vacation week. The views from the balcony were amazing. Beach was clean and spacious even with the neighboring rentals. Amy was so accommodating and always readily available if we needed her. So close to everything (grocery, restaurants, shopping, ice cream). Can't wait to book again!

The location of this property is great. Beautiful views of the beach and surf. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Unfortunately, we probably will not vacation in the area again. The addition of $200.00+ a day for local fees is hard to swallow. This is in no way a reflection on the owner, but on local government, who's services do not rate these high fees.

Not a single issue. Got just what we expected. A week of beautiful sunrises, days filled with shark teeth hunting and spike ball on the beach, great local food, 10 minute trip to grocery and lulled to sleep every night by Ocean waves. Perfect in every way.

Great communication with owner. Place was clean and well stocked. Linens ok but a few extra towels would be appreciated. Not too far a drive to stores and icecream.

This place was fantastic! Well appointed, everything you could need, especially in the kitchen area. And, on top of it all, location, location, location. My wife and I especially enjoyed the top-floor balcony, where we could sit for hours and just enjoy the view! Thanks to the owner! We will return.

This was our second stay at 'Sea La Vie', and we enjoyed it even more than the first. This section of the beach has not been busy during both our stays, which has been a bonus. The location - right on the beach - is terrific, and we enjoyed the outdoor areas of the property. In fact, we ate every meal outside. We have also appreciated that the porch and balcony options included opportunities to get some shade. We found it to be a relaxing setting that really met our needs. The kitchen and main living areas are nice and well-appointed. The place has generally been clean. The owner, Amy, has been responsive to our questions... Overall, we had a great stay and we hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Three generations of us enjoyed our 2 weeks at the beach. The beach wasn't crowded and there was still plenty of room even at high tide. Finding shark's teeth turned out to be an unexpected activity for all ages. On our last morning we found that a sea turtle had come ashore and laid eggs in the dune at the house next door!

We really enjoyed our stay and will most certainly return! Very Cowan and well stocked with dishes, cookware and small appliances! Great location and right on the beach!

This beach house definitely lived up to it's photos on VRBO. We loved the beachfront location, the decks, and the inside was so comfortable! The house itself is well maintained and up to date. The kitchen was really nice and the house was supplied with all the tools we needed to make our meals. The furniture on both decks was sturdy and perfect for our needs. We loved sitting on the main/lower deck reading and listening to the ocean waves! And one day when the winds were high we laid out on the deck outside the master BR. The owners are very nice and responsive. We had a small issue with the outside water hose the day of our arrival and the owners came over that day to fix it for us! We were so excited to find such a great house that allows dogs. With pet friendly rentals you never know what you're going to get, but this house is in tip-top shape and you honestly couldn't see evidence of previous dogs anywhere! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy a beachfront getaway at Topsail!

We LOVED this townhome in Topsail. Amy was super responsive (we had some issues with the TV at first) and addressed any concerns we had very quickly. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the views were awesome. This was a perfect place for dogs ... the floors were great and easy to clean up (we have 2 dogs so I vaccuumed a couple of times to help with the hair and sand). We will definitely stay again, can't wait until our next beach trip!

Had a large deck on the third floor, perfect for sunrise viewing, sunset happy hour, and calming ocean watching. It was only steps away from the beach, had a foot washing station, and a partially enclosed shower with hot and cold water. The guidebook provided by the hosts gave great recommendations for fresh seafood and restaurants. An absolute gem for a relaxing getaway.

Maybe we were just not using it properly. The grill also struggled to come to temperature. Other than making sure we gave ourselves plenty of preheating time for dinner, we had a great experience and enjoyed our entire visit.

Wonderful home, you can tell that the owner cares. Quiet, not too much around (what we were looking for). The only problems were these... upon arrival the master bathroom shower wasn't at all clean. The tile floor of the shower was pink from residue. The shower curtain as well. The cleaning lady showed up a day early, parked in the driveway, walked over to our rental and started pulling trash cans to the curb. We introduced ourselves and informed her that we were aware of the rules and days and that when we were finished for the evening, we would take the appropriate cans to the curb. She then proceeded to ask us if we knew when we were leaving the next day. We informed her that she could access the unit after 10am (our checkout time).

Absolutely perfect location, pristine beach and ample space for 7 people to relax. Was an eventful week with hurricane Isaias coming through but the owner Amy was highly responsive throughout.

The house was great. It sits right on the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. It was perfect for a family getaway. Amy was also great. She was quick to respond to text and very friendly. Will definitely be returning!!!

Three moms and 6 kids stayed at Sea La Vie and everyone is already looking forward to staying again next summer. House was excellent, beach was right out the back door, Amy was an incredible host that was super responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend this house!

We usually stay in Surf City when we come to Topsail, but will be much more inclined to stay north in the future. Amy was very helpful, the house is lovely and very comfortable, and worked really well for three generations and a dog : ) The weather could have been more cooperative, but a great house for rainy days, too.

Owner is excellent and responsive. Views were amazing and the property is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the location is perfect - very quiet area - beautiful in the late fall.

You could not ask for a more beautiful house with a perfect beach location ! We will be back !

First of all, Amy the owner was outstanding to work with. I had a couple questions during stay and she was always quick to respond graciously. Super clean and well furnished. The linens included for week were wonderful. No beds to make. That was a little thing that was really a big thing. Top deck view was my favorite place, especially in moonlight. So PEACEFUL!! Location was great and not a crowded area on the beach our week. We loved our time there!!

We enjoyed our vacation so much more having a fabulous beach front home to enjoy. It made going to the beach so much easier having children. This property was recently renovated, and all of the upgrades were amazing. There were two things that I was a little disappointed with and I'm sure both of these things are out of the control of the owners. The windows facing the beach are clouded over so it takes away from the view of the ocean. (I'm sure keeping them clean is an impossible job) Also, the other side owner was extremely rude at first meeting. He arrived and our Ford Dually had it's rear tires over the line about 2-3 feet at the back of the parking area. He made sure to knock on our door and tell us to move it. He also pointed out the property line. I appreciate the fact that it is their property, but I guess the approach was harsh considering he didn't even come close to needing that 2-3 foot space. There again no fault of the owner of Sea La Vie

This is our 4th stay in the Spraker’s homes. We absolutely love the location and the houses are perfect for our family. The new tile floors are fabulous as well as the other updates. Everything we need is provided and the views cannot be beat. We will definitely be back❤️

Our family (7 adults, 3 year old and 2 babies) loved our stay. The house was immaculate, the furniture was new and very comfortable, the new floors were fabulous, the kitchen was well stocked and you can't beat the beach just steps away! Amy went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend renting Sea La Vie!

Loved our first stay at Topsail Beach and Gods Grace provided the perfect house for us. Beach is clean, quiet, and uncrowded. The house was very clean, comfortable, kitchen impressively stocked, linen service a definite plus! Beach views from house are stunning. Plenty of outdoor seating for a large group. As property manager, Amy is a dream, very accommodating and quick with responses. Would definitely rent this house again.
