Robert’s place is in a great location. It is 4 blocks from the beach. You can easily walk to some shopping place, a few restaurants and a Publix. I would definitely stay here again.

Little late with review. Place was wonderful, very clean everything was there that was supposed to be. Owners were good at communicating with us. Easy walk to nice beach. It was my daughter and 2 grandchildren so having the Dollar Store, Publix and a few restaurants across the street made it easy for meals everyone got what they wanted. Trying to go back next year.

Family vacation we all stayed close together rented 3 places and rented golf carts to get around to meet up with each other. The place is very clean and nice sleeps 4 easily. The stairs to 2nd floor were challenging two flights up to apt so prepare to get your exercise unloading and loading. Robert the owner was easy to contact and responses time was excellent. Garage use of beach toys had lots of things to take to beach Chairs float .Beaches was quit beautiful Next time wont go on a holiday Memorial week traffic was terrible coming in and going out lots of delays construction and accidents.

I love this condo for all the reasons everyone has mentioned ~ we consider it our home away from home & don’t want to tell anyone about it so it will always be available for us! Just completed our 3rd stay & looking forward to our fourth!

Condo feels good and is comfortable. This was our third time renting the place and once again we liked it. Walking distance to the beach, a few restaurants, and Publix. We like the porch facing the trees on the marsh (and not a parking lot or a noisy road!), the pool, and the vacation feel of the condo, Price is great for holmes beach. All good!

This is a well kept property with plenty of space for our family of five. I loved the access to the washer and dryer and having the trolly stop just outside was really convenient. Having the Publix nearby was great as well. Robert was really helpful and accommodating and his attention to detail was awesome. We would book again in the future.

This condo experience was a pretty easy one. The main challenge was with our golf cart and East Bay drive being a no golf cart road by the entrance/exit to the condos, we made it work and went through parking lots. Kids loved the pool and my son loved all the lizards, small fish and crabs the location had being by the mangroves.

Nice clean condo with good beds and facilities. Pool was nice and clean as was the whole complex. Convenient to Publix and public beach.
Kayak/canoe launch close by along with several restaurants and shops. Easy access to the mainland.
Enjoyed visit with Roser Memorial congregation on Sunday.

The condo had an appeal to it and was tastefully decorated. Bed is very comfortable. The pool was great but even better the beach close by and an easy walk. Proximity to the beach and grocery store made it easy not to have a car. Already booked another stay! 🙂

We came down to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. This property was the perfect place for us. The condo is in a convenient location with everything you need within walking distance. We loved the mangroves outside the screened in patio and all the birds we saw, especially the Osprey that would visit daily . The close proximity to the bridge made getting on and off the island quite easy. Robert, the owner was very responsive and the check in was easy. We will definitely be back!!

Superb apartment within walking distance of shopping, beaches and restaurants. Took the kids to the beach every morning and relaxed most afternoons by the pool. The condo was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our 2 kids to run around in. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Great Centrally Located Condo
Overall great stay! Comfortably slept 4 people with plenty of room. Walking distance to Manatee Beach. Trolley stop close to the condo which we took every day to the North and South sides of the island. Not really near any restaurants, but again the free trolley will take you anywhere.

We went to a family wedding.
Our stay at Sandy point was wonderful. It was quiet, felt like home, and the condo was very spacious and comfortable. Robert was especially helpful when we got lost. We will would definitely consider renting again.

2nd story 2 br 2 ba condo has everything needed for a wonderful vacation, including a carport under the unit. The free trolley stop was quite close, giving access to anywhere on the island. Publix is literally just across the street, and the beach access a couple of blocks behind that. The beach is gorgeous white sand and the Gulf waters are a delight. This host was extremely responsive. This was a great home base to explore the island and I would definitely recommend it.

The only thing negative I could say is, it would be nice to be able to check in a little earlier. You are essentially losing a day by the time 4:00 comes, unload, etc…

Excellent condo and pool and island!
Our second time in this condo and I plan on more vacation there! Perfect condo with a vacation feel, nice balcony for relaxing family evenings, good pool, can walk everywhere, and Robert is the best host. Thank you Robert and we will be back once again.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was close by. Beach, nail place, grocery store , pool, and pharmacy. Very relaxing, and a beautiful condo.

Great condo and owner
Condo was perfect for our family of five. Robert’s communication was great and he was available for quick help if needed. Location is great and is a very good value. Brand new kitchen, well furnished and a nice screened in porch overlooking mangroves. Would highly recommend.

Anna Maria Getaway
Robert was a wonderful host and most accommodating ! We ended up having a later flight, changed, and he stretched our departure time, to a little later! We didn’t have to find somewhere to go to pass the 2 hours ! We were able to relax, after a fantastic week!!!

The property was in a phenomenal location. We were able to walk to various restaurants and were right across the street from a well stocked grocery store.Robert, the owner, was extremely accommodating from start to finish. Probably the best property owner we’ve had the pleasure of working with. For that we thank you.
