First, the host was very helpful in the few interactions we had. Legacy Village is really lovely and in a great location (right next to La Quinta). Nice little clubhouse grill even. The villas, including this one, are large and with nice decks/porches. They are older and you can see it in this one, although some upgrades have been made, particularly countertops, new frig and partial bathroom. Beds comfortable. TVs have all the channels which is nice. Would like to give it a strong review but carpets/bath rugs looked dirty/stained and pillows were truly awful. Inside of cabinets very beat up and pantry messy. Can't really recommend with those particular types of issues but the good news is that they can be fixed very easily with little expense. Would be nice to provide a little coffee and usable bath soap (liquid would be fine).

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful, quiet and comfortable condo. It was perfect for two couples to share and it had everything we needed. We attended the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament which is located nearby. The owner is very nice and communications with her were great. We will definitely stay here again!

We stay at Legacy Villas all of the time and would highly recommend this unit. It was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and even had plastic dishes for the kids! It was very clean and was well represented by the photos.

All was as advertised. Great spot with two nice sized bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Comfortable living space and kitchen. Only issue we ran into was the TV in the main living space kept going out on us, but we weren’t in the condo too much, so not a biggie. Location was close to old town La Quinta, which had great restaurants!!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

This is the third trip to Legacy Villas in three different units. Our stay this time at Mary Jane’s place was by far the best. The unit is clear, updated and located well for the main pool. Is is comfortable and well equipped. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Will definitely be back to this one. Thank you Mary Jane.

My family has a place in La Quinta, but we didn't have enough for everyone, so we rented this property. It worked well for the two of us who stayed. Very quiet, clean and close to our place. Mary Jane followed up quickly on one issue we had and it was handled expeditiously (which was excellent).

Mary Jane’s condo was great for our family stay. It was well appointed and she was getting work with.

My family enjoyed our time at this condo in the desert. It has all the amenities so you don’t need to leave the property, but it’s close enough to a lot of restaurants and shops. Pools are busy on the weekend and quiet mid week. Electrical plugs still didn’t work in 2nd bedroom (couldn’t charge phones, turn on lamps or TV) but otherwise a very nice property.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property as the interior was clean and modern and the community amenities were fantastic. Definitely would come again!

This is our second time staying and we love it. Perfect place for our weekend getaway. Quiet complex and great pools.

I traveled with a friend for a relaxing weekend and we had a wonderful stay! This villa is beautiful, super clean, and spacious. The double master/adjacent bathrooms worked excellent for our needs, and our beds were very comfortable. This location is fantastic for dining, shopping, etc, and we went to several great restaurants in the area that were just a short drive away. We enjoyed the great views of the mountains/desertscape on the balcony/patios which are usable all day long (shaded and with fans). Would absolutely return!

Lovely interior and exterior. Only glitch was that the grill outside on the balcony did not work. Otherwise, no issues

A beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and well appointed condo within the Legacy Villas. Comfortable beds. Short walk to clubhouse and several pools. Easy check in/out. Had such a relaxing stay and didn’t want to leave. Recommend for couples, a family or girls trip.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was beautiful and well equiped. The legacy complex is phenomenal with numerous pools, excellent exercise area, and many beatiful areas to relax.

The condo was just as it was described. Clean, updated, and the legacy villas amenities are wonderful. We loved it!

Our family of five had a lovely time. The pool got pretty rowdy on the weekend; it was a concert weekend and there were 1 million people there. During the week it was lovely and relaxing. The outdoor space is not quite as serene as we would have liked it to be simply because there were air conditioners running 24/7. the design of the neighborhood is very Andalucian, which we loved.

The Place was amazing! There was a little hiccup while checking in but we were able to resolve within 30 minutes of arriving at the townhouse. Mary was really nice and responsive. The home was clean and as expected based on the images that were advertised on this listing. We went to Coachella so it was about a 10 minute walk to the nearest shuttle bus station. We would highly recommend staying here!
